I recently shared with David Miller my personal experience with my Ascension Process and my actual ascension in body last December. He has asked me to share this with GOF members.
Three years ago I came to a place of wanting to “go home” because I was getting very tired being here on earth. I did not know at that time that my soul had decided to stay here on earth and needed to prepare me. Throughout 2011 and 2012 I experienced frequent episodes of dizziness, some disabling. I just thought I was receiving “downloads” of new energy, not realizing that with each episode my higher self was actually “downloading” herself little by little into my 3 D body, preparing me for my Ascension.
During these two years, I continued to deal with past life/karmic issues as they came up. Shortly before December of 2013, I had a vision and was told my work was done and I could move on. Then in the middle of December, I experienced severe dizziness and loss of control of my body. I was able to call a friend who lived nearby and she came and took me to her home. I was surrounded by my beautiful friends who witnessed my “Ascension”, reporting what was occurring. The house and the neighborhood were filled with angels and Ascended Masters, including Sananda. I was told through channel that I had ascended and I could go “home” if I chose. I decided to stay for a time.
For two or three months following my Ascension in body I was floating between 3 D and 5 D, feeling ungrounded, my heart full of unconditional love for ALL , able to see the “bigger picture”, more compassionate than ever before; in great peace and gratitude for ALL and was given a much younger physical body.
I was told I had twelve Ascended Masters working with me to help integrate the energies and just recently received the message that the integration is now complete. I can only say that I am very glad I decided to stay and be in this “new earth” that I experience more and more. I still have lots of human moments and I can recognize them easily and quickly let go of these old conversations.
I have a strong warrior soul. Everyone is different and my Ascension is personal to me. Many experience the Ascension process very gently. My soul chose a more intense route. There is nothing to fear with Ascension. Your soul will guide the process and may choose to ascend in body or move to 5D and other realities, moving on from the earth experience. Ascension happens when you have cleared all 3-D denser energies and your soul is ready.
