The Group of Forty (GOF) Members’ Volunteer Placement Program is a program that provides opportunities for members to volunteer throughout the organization for one-time events such as the yearly GOF Conference; newly created one-time events; on-going positions such as the “Newsletter Editor” or becoming a member of a working committee. Another important area of volunteering is in the area of language translation. These are a few examples.
We wish to provide our members opportunities to share their spiritual and “in the world” gifts and fulfill their desire to contribute and assist the GOF in manifesting its Vision and Goals. It is the role of the GOF Volunteer Placement Coordinator to assist leadership and staff in identifying volunteer opportunities throughout the organization and provide these opportunities to members based on their documented “Volunteer Profile”.
This program is based in unity consciousness as it creates connections with our members and offers opportunities that support the Vision and Goals of the Group of Forty.
