The Multi-Dimensional Earth, Shamballah and 2015

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. Today we want to look at the nature of the Earth as a planet. It is important to understand that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet. The Earth has the capability of going into the fifth dimension, and not all planets are multi-dimensional or can ascend to the fifth dimension. This means that the Earth is a unique planet. The Earth has special powers and special energy. This is one of the reasons why you have come to the Earth at this time. There are a variety of reasons that bring starseeds to the Earth. Some of them have to do with your mission, some with life lessons, but also one of the key factors in your choosing to incarnate on the Earth at this time is the fact that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet. I want to explain, in more detail in this lecture, what that means. What does it mean that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet?

First, let me explain a little bit about your nature and who you are, because there are many comparisons between you and the Earth. You are a multi-dimensional being. You are a being that is able to ascend to the fifth dimension. This is similar to the Earth. A planet can also ascend. The comparisons between you and the Earth are several fold. You have an energy field around you and you have meridians. You have chakras, and you also have an aura that at times is full, or round, or in good condition. In other times your aura is broken. It can be distorted or can have holes in it. Of course, you can repair different parts of your aura when this happens. One of the tools of the new spiritual technology is the tool of learning how to repair your aura when your aura is broken and when it has distortion or holes in it.

The Earth, of course, has an aura and an energy field. It has different aspects that can be called holes in the aura. The Earth’s energy field is that part of the Earth which enables it to experience and work with the higher dimensions. Of course, planets are different from people. But like you, the Earth planet is multi-dimensional, and the planet has an awareness and consciousness. The consciousness of the planet is not in the same realm or the same level of awareness that you have, but the planet is aware of itself and that it can relate to other dimensions. The planet Earth is aware that you are highly evolved, conscious and that spiritual beings are living on her surface and are interacting with her.

The question is: Will the Earth ascend? If Man has the capability of ascending, then can the planet also ascend? If Man has the capability of understanding the fifth dimension and translating himself into higher vibrations, then is it also true that the Earth could ascend? The Earth could translate herself into the higher dimension.

I said that there are comparisons between a person and also between a planet. There are certain characteristics of the Earth at this time that are important to discuss. When you ascend, you are going to take your body with you. In essence, this has been described by some of the conservative people as “The Rapture.” The Rapture is a beautiful term that describes your energy vibration becoming so accelerated that you disappear. This acceleration of your energy field is described in our technique of shimmering, because in the technique of shimmering, you begin to accelerate your energy field so that you can begin to experience what it is like to go into the fifth dimension. Your body will go with you. There will be no trace of your body on Earth when you ascend.

How about the planet? When you think about a fifth- or a third-dimensional planet ascending, then you might use the same comparison. You might think that the Earth will disappear as a whole planet, and then it will go into the fifth dimension. You would think that this is what the Ascension means, and you would think that this is similar to the human, to the starseed, when he or she ascends. But there are differences, and one of the big differences is that the Earth is a major planet that has billions of people on it. The Earth is becoming a polarized planet in terms of energy, economics, social history, and of course, in terms of the environmental problems. This is another way of saying that this polarization is creating a lower third-dimensional energy.

There still is fifth-dimensional energy here. The fifth-dimensional energy is being stabilized and being grounded by the many starseeds and by the many spiritual minded people on this planet who are working to hold the light and to create a great fifth-dimensional receptivity. But in order for you to go into the fifth dimension, you have to have a certain level of soul evolution, an open heart. You have to be free of ego and free of your attachments. Certainly, there is grace which does allow for you to skip a grade or a lesson or even skip a lifetime, so that you can advance more quickly in this great opportunity of the Ascension.

The Earth does have a substantial third-dimensional presence and a lower vibration, and this lower vibration is now being filled by many people. Many people are expressing lower instinctual energies and have lower vibrations and are reverting back to early primitive activity that is creating the violence and the disharmony that you are seeing on the planet. You, of course, would even ask this question: How could the whole planet ascend and bring those types of lower energy people with it? The answer is that the Earth cannot ascend and bring those people with it to a higher level because the lower third-dimensional people who are engaged in dense and primitive actions are not allowed to go into the fifth dimension.
This is a dichotomy, and this is another differentiation that needs to be made. Can these people, who have this lower density vibration, stop the spiritual development of the whole planet? Can this lower vibrational energy that you are witnessing daily on your televisions and your radios and in your newspapers take over the planet and stop your spiritual development? The answer is: No! It will not and cannot.

But a separation is going to be created, and that means that the higher vibrational energy, which I call the multi-dimensional presence of the planet, will ascend. There will be a separation of the spiritual light and from the lower energy of the planet. The lower level beings will stay in their lower energy. This means that these lower energy people will continue to fight with each other and to destroy each other. They will continue to be guided by false beliefs and lower vibrations. But the Earth is multi-dimensional. That means that the Earth as a planet is able to separate and to bring herself into this higher vibrational energy field that I call the fifth dimension.

This can be described in a beautiful and perhaps poetic way as Shamballah. The earlier descriptions of the fifth-dimensional Earth were often referred to as Shangri-La or Shamballah. It is helpful to look at the concept of Shangri-La and Shamballah in light of the differentiation between the third-dimensional and fifth-dimensional Earth. In the concept of Shangri-La or Shamballah, there exists what I call a Planetary City of Light which has a protective energy field around it. People of lower vibration are not able to go through the protective energy layer of Shamballah. In fact they feel no attraction to the energy, and if they did see the energy, they actually couldn’t go into it. You see, the higher vibrational energy blocks lower vibrational beings from entering. They often can’t even see the entrance. They often don’t know that it exists, and furthermore, they have no desire to enter. It’s just not something that lower vibrational beings would want to do. They would not want to enter a spiritual place where there is meditation, and where there are people chanting Om, or where there are people doing Medicine Wheel ceremonies. They would say derogatory things about something like that. For example, they would say things like, these people are crazy, and this is not what I want to do. They are more interested in using weapons or planning attacks or doing different harmful things. I am not saying it in a judgmental way.

There is a large, higher vibrational energy that now exists on the Earth. The ascension of the Earth is going to be the graduation and ascending of the spiritual part of the Earth, of the spiritual energy. There are more spiritually minded people on this planet than at any other time in the history of the planet. This means that there is a dichotomy, a polarization. Even though you might see and experience a lot of the lower vibration, you also are capable of feeling and receiving this higher light.

The nature of the Earth as a multi-dimensional planet needs to be explored, also. There are several reasons why I can say that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet. One of the reasons is that the Earth has a Noosphere, which is a Collective Unconscious and a Collective Subconscious of all of the energy, thoughts, and deeds that have occurred on this planet. A second reason why I can say the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet is because of the many sacred places that exist on this planet. There are many spots throughout the planet where you can go and feel the corridors of the fifth dimension. For example, this channel lives close to Sedona, Arizona. There are corridors of light there. People can enter these corridors. Sometimes they are called vortexes. They will enter the vortexes, and they will immediately feel that they are in another dimension.

There are many sacred spots, and there are many power spots on the Earth. Many of the starseeds are activating and creating more power spots and more sacred areas. Some of these sacred areas have existed throughout the planet for centuries. Stonehenge is another example of a multi-dimensional place, a sacred place that is full of fifth-dimensional energy. People go to Stonehenge to experience this different, multi-dimensional presence. The Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem is another multi-dimensional place where people experience multi-dimensional energy.

There are numerous other places. I have attempted to work with you throughout these years to help activate and identify other sacred places that are connected to the fifth dimension. I have worked with you on the Ladders of Ascension which are sacred, multi-dimensional areas. When you go to these areas, you can feel the fifth dimension. When you are there, you feel like you could enter the fifth dimension. The sacred places are extremely important for the health of the Earth. The higher beings are able to come down through the sacred places from the fifth into the third dimension. This is another sign that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet and that you are living on a planet that can ascend.

We are also working with you to activate and to create more fifth-dimensional energies and more Planetary Cities of Light. The idea is to create, what I would call a mini-Shangri-La, a mini-Shamballah, which has many of the features that I have described in these highly developed fifth-dimensional cities. These are fifth-dimensional cities that are going to continue to exist on and within the third-dimensional Earth.
We also have created etheric crystals. They are beautiful crystals, and the key in understanding these crystals is that they are holding an intense amount of fifth-dimensional light. The reason why we brought these crystals down again is because the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet, and the Earth can hold fifth-dimensional light and energy.

I want you to visualize now your favorite fifth-dimensional place. It could be Mt. Shasta. It could be your backyard, your Tipi, your Medicine Wheel, and it could be the Dome of the Rock, an etheric crystal like Lago Puelo or Montserrat or Mt. Shasta. Visualize that spiritual place and go and thought project yourself to that place now and say these words in this meditation:

”I am helping to hold the fifth-dimensional light in this sacred spot. I am helping to hold the fifth-dimensional light in this sacred spot.” Let us go into meditation while you hold that thought and vibration, and remember that this is one of your major missions, to hold the fifth-dimensional light in this spot. We will go into meditation now. I am here to hold the fifth-dimensional energy in this sacred spot. (Chants

The important thing to remember is that the Earth responds to your consciousness and to your fifth-dimensional work and, as I said, the Earth is eager to have this type of activation. The Earth is eager, just like you, to experience the fifth dimension. Your consciousness and your spiritual light can guide the Earth into the fifth dimension and help the spiritual energy be elevated into the next realm.

While I’m on the subject of the etheric crystals, I want to address a question that comes up repeatedly, which is: Can there be more etheric crystals downloaded into the Earth because we, the Arcturians, have brought down 12 etheric crystals. I know that there are other starseeds around the planet who want to bring down new crystals and activate their places with the fifth-dimensional energy. First of all, I want to compliment and tell everyone that this is a wonderful idea that they want to spread and activate more fifth-dimensional energies around the Earth. This is in true alignment with the new Arcturian spiritual technology for the planet and is a true expression of your love and your desire to spread the spiritual energy around this planet. This is definitely going in the right direction.

My answer though is that it’s better to create sub-crystals from the 12 main crystals. The reason is that these 12 crystals are holding an energy for many years, and they are etheric duplicate crystals from the main crystal in the Arcturian Temple and lakes. But also, most important, they are 12 powerful energies which cover all of the basic energies that are necessary for healing the planet. The fact is that 12 is a magic number for planetary healing. The fact is that the 12 cover all the different aspects of multi-dimensional ascension for a planet. The fact that 12 cover also the necessity of how each etheric crystal can most effectively interact. If you or some people decide to do 13, 14, 15 crystals, then it is breaking the sacred bond and energy of the number 12.

What I suggest is that those people who wish to correctly expand, and again we approve of this, and make more fifth-dimensional light and corridors, use the 12 etheric crystals but choose one that is in alignment with what they feel and create a duplicate of that crystal in their area, and then you still are adhering to the main 12 energies, the 12 crystals, and you are helping to expand the energies.

For example, there is a great energy of justice, and there is a great energy of judgment, and part of this energy of justice and judgment is represented in Volcán Poás, Costa Rica. It is difficult for one area to hold all of the energy of judgment for the whole planet. You have experienced this already. This planet is huge and there are so many intervening variables. There are so many factors that need to have an evaluation and need to have a judgment or a decree. Plus all judgments must be in balance with compassion. We already have energies of compassion set up in other etheric crystals.
My recommendation is that you work and choose a crystal that represents one of the forces that you feel strongly about and that you recognize that this is one of the great opportunities to spread the multi-dimensional energies throughout the planet. It is needed and the planet is hungry for it. The Earth is hungry to experience more fifth-dimensional energy.

As part of this lecture, I wanted to look briefly at the year 2015. I want to do a brief update about 2015 because there are a lot of thoughts about how the planet is doing, and there is a lot of feeling of despair among people. Generally, there is a feeling that things are descending into chaos. If I were to look at the year 2015, then you might be curious as to what do the Arcturians see for the planet in 2015, and how does this relate to the Earth’s ascension?

First of all, I want to point out that the multi-dimensional presence of the Earth is going to become more intense and more accepted. I also want to add that many of the extraterrestrial and UFO sightings actually are originating from other dimensions. The Earth is a multi-dimensional planet, and the Earth can experience multi-dimensional visitors. I say this because I want you to clearly understand that not all planets are multi-dimensional. Some planets are younger than the Earth. The Earth is 4.5 billion years old. Younger planets may not have the developmental energies and the spiritual vibrations to hold other dimensions. This is one factor. Earth has the maturity and has the ability to hold multi-dimensional energy.
The other factor that you’re going to see is an intense spiritual brotherhood and sisterhood emerging in 2015. This intense brother/sisterhood is going to help unify the spiritual aspects of the Earth and bring the sacred energy of the Earth into a greater unity. This is happening and will continue to develop in 2015. The ascension of the Earth is also getting closer. This spiritual, multi-dimensional, fifth-dimensional part of the Earth, will and can separate from the Earth and bring you and other people who are with the Earth into the fifth dimension. That means that the Earth, from an objective standpoint, can be split into its spiritual side, and the spiritual energy and its ascending side can leave behind the lower, third-dimensional side. That is how the Earth’s ascension looks.

When I look at 2015, I also see that there is a tremendous polarization, and that there is a tremendous amount of lower vibrational energy that is being acted out. I have noticed that a lot of this energy has come from galactic sources. A lot of this lower energy has been downloaded from genetic histories and genetic conflicts that have occurred throughout the history of our galaxy on other planets. In particular, we know that the constellation of Lyra has housed planets that have experienced terrible polarizations and wars. In some of these cases, these wars have led to the destruction of planetary systems. 2015 will unfortunately see a dramatic continuation of these polarizations, and you will see pretty much what you are now seeing in a more violent and more dramatic way. You might say, “Well, how can it be more violent and more dramatic than what I am now seeing?” There is a dangerous mixture when you place spiritual beliefs and religion in with lower vibrations. Then you get the potential for increased major upheavals. These upheavals are going to continue in 2015.

But I keep on telling the starseeds that, simultaneously, there is going to be this huge spiritual brotherhood/sisterhood and awareness. Now, some people have asked me, “Well, why can we not stop the violence and the upheavals?” Isn’t it true that the spiritual light and the spiritual vibration is stronger than the lower vibrational energy that we are now seeing, especially in the light of the unbelievable destruction that is being done on this planet? We measure our spiritual success, they say, based on whether or not we can have an impact on reducing the negativity on this planet. In 2015, you are going to see more intense polarization. What this means is that those people on one side refuse to be affected by those people on the other side. If people are of lower vibration, they begin to close themselves off to spiritual light. In simple terms I can say that when there is a more conducive environment to peace and harmony on a planet, then those people who are more closed sometimes will open up and consider the spiritual energy and spiritual light.

But in 2015 you will see exactly the opposite – those people who are closed to spirit will become more closed and more convinced and will turn off to the other side. So that this polarization will also mean that there is turning off to the spiritual side. I say this because this is already happening, and you already see some religious leaders saying we are right on the doorstep of the End Times. This is exactly what has been predicted in Revelation. There is some truth to this, of course, but they are also ignoring the spiritual development and the spiritual energy on this planet. No one wants to easily accept that there is going to be a division of spiritual light, spiritual harmony and the lower vibration. You have to work and still have to believe that the spiritual vibrations and spiritual harmony will begin to affect and change the overall negative energy of the planet. The answer is yes, that is going to happen, but it’s going to take a couple more years.

2015 is going to be the turning point year in which people are going to demand some type of action. You have seen this already. You have seen that there must be a certain intervention, and that the governments and the politicians are going to be more apt to be making major interventions. Unfortunately, the interventions are going to flare up and create more polarizations.

Despite these problems, spiritual energy will become stronger and stronger in 2015. As I said, the Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light, the energy of the Sacred Triangle, will become more powerful in 2015. The connections of the starseeds and the power spots and the sacred energy will become more noticeable, and people, who have a spiritual inclination, and who have a spiritual ounce of blood in their energy field, will be drawn to the spiritual light. That means that those people who are doing spiritual work and speaking in spiritual ways will find themselves becoming more in demand and more needed. There will be greater followings and greater success in spiritual work. I hope that people who are spiritually minded do not despair. I hope you understand that you are going to be part of the fifth-dimensional Earth. (Chants OOOHHHMMM.)

Greetings, I am the Chief White Eagle. I embrace you in the spirit and for the healing of Mother Earth, and I call on each of you to remember that your mission and goal is to bring and hold the fifth-dimensional light on the Earth. This is one of the great tasks that we, the Native Peoples, have tried to do and in many ways, now is the best time to bring this message to the planet and to activate the sacred places and to work with the Earth’s aura. 2015 is going to be a time of great spiritual need. There is a shortage of spiritual speakers and of spiritual leaders on this planet.

It’s true that there is a great deal of spiritual light and of spiritual interconnectedness that will emerge in 2015. There will emerge a great teacher in 2015 who will help to unite the spiritual energies. This will not be the false messiah. This will not be a false leader. This will be a great teacher who is going to bring this spiritual message to more people, and more people will accept it. More people will begin to act on these spiritual messages for our great Father and Mother. We are calling on the awakening of this teacher so that he can come and fulfill the mission of light and the mission of shining light on the darkness.

It is true, there is a great darkness that is also coming in 2015, and this darkness will be experienced on several levels. It will be a darkness that, on a symbolic level, will be manifested in the shutting off of the satellites and the Internet. All of the electronic devices have become so much part of the mass consciousness that you are dependent upon. These are all going to be threatened in 2015 by various different intrusions. Some of the satellites and some of the Internet will return, but you know as well as I, that even a short interruption can create a chaotic environment and a chaotic circumstance.

Prepare now; separate yourself from all of these possibilities because this is part of the grand illusion that all of these electronic devices are necessary. These are part of the grand illusion that has created the buildup of this electronic society which is so fragile. 2015 will see a disruption that will create some chaos on top of the other disruptions. I recommend that you try as much as possible to become less dependent in 2015 on the electronic world, even at the same time that you see its value in creating a great brotherhood/sisterhood. Know on a personal basis that you need to separate yourself and recognize the fragileness of it.

Those who are of a violent nature are going to look for ways to corrupt the electronic system, but there is a spiritual network of lightworkers like yourself who are stronger, and you will be holding great energy and great foundation. One of the things is that we understand the importance of the foundation. We understand that the spiritual foundation holds light, that holds the great support. You have been working on creating and holding spiritual vibration and a spiritual foundation for the Earth. You have been creating and holding a spiritual vibration for yourself. When you have a strong spiritual foundation, then you can activate this foundation and use this foundation to create a spiritual network.

I see that great Medicine Wheels are going to be built in 2015. I see that there will be a great connection to all of the Native Peoples. The Native Peoples are becoming more united in 2015. Finally, many of them will put down their disharmonies and agree to work together, and I see that there will be more of acceptance to working with the White People. The idea of the Rainbow People, the blending of the spiritually minded Whites with the Native People will become stronger. I see that people will understand that we need everyone to work together who is of a spiritual nature who understands the fifth dimension. We want everyone to work together, and therefore there will be a great brotherhood, a great sisterhood coming and manifesting itself in 2015. Heya ho Heya ho, heya ho.

Yes, we await the coming of White Buffalo Calf Woman. We await someone who is going to unite us and lead us into a new spiritual light, and you, my friends, are going to help to establish and create this foundation. Visit the sacred spots on the planet in 2015. To the best of your ability pray at the sacred spots and connect sacred spots to other sacred spots around the globe.
