The Intersection Between the Dimensions - July 2015

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We would like to again look at concept of the fifth dimension intersecting with the third dimension. I would like to explore on a deeper level the meaning of the fifth dimension and help you understand the complexity and the technology that’s involved in the intersection of the dimensions.

I’m going to begin the discussion by speaking about vibrations and higher frequencies. I want to use the example of an opera singer who has a very beautiful, high voice. Perhaps she is a soprano. If there is a glass, and she begins to sing at a very high frequency and with the proper vibrations and tones, she can possibly shatter the glass. The glass cannot withstand the higher frequencies, the higher vibrations of this beautiful singing from the opera singer. Let us take this as a symbolic description or metaphor for the frequencies of the fifth dimension and the third dimension. The fifth dimension is at a higher vibration. It is difficult to describe a higher vibration and its effect on the lower vibration unless I give you this example of the glass. This is to say that the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension sometimes can shatter existing energies, existing patterns and vessels on the third dimension.

The solution is that the third dimension, or the glass, must be strengthened, and the glass must be prepared so that it can receive the vibration. The vibrations of one dimension are on an entirely separate plane from another dimension, so the vibrations of the fifth dimension do not really intersect directly with the third dimension. However, we are now in a period of great spiritual light and advancement in which the sphere of the fifth dimension is going to intersect the sphere of the third dimension. This brings some interesting technological problems and issues. Can the third dimension withstand the higher vibrational frequencies of the fifth dimension? Again, I return to the analogy of the glass. This is an interesting analogy on several levels because this analogy with the glass also shows that the higher vibrations and the higher thinking and higher frequency of the fifth dimension can cause breakages and shatter some of the vessels and systems that hold the third dimension together.

You are perhaps aware on a basic level that many of Earth systems are in jeopardy. I’m especially referring to the old systems of power, economics, religion, and social and political conduct. In part, each of these old individual systems has to adapt and has to expand in order to be able to tolerate the higher frequencies of fifth-dimensional light. You are in a situation now where the intersection of dimensions has not yet occurred, but yet you are feeling the attraction of the intersection. There are strands of fifth-dimensional light, and there are many magnetic influences coming through to the Earth now. These are coming directly from the fifth dimension. They are experienced like intuitive thoughts, psychic energy and auric advancements and upgrades in your chakra system. Even though the fifth dimension has not yet intersected the third dimension, nonetheless there have been major spiritual influences because of the approaching closeness between these dimensions. This closeness is the forerunner of the intersection.

One of the many issues is: How long can the third dimension tolerate the intersection with the fifth dimension? If this analogy with the glass is acceptable, then let us think that the opera singer can sing at a high pitch for a while, but then at a certain point, she breaks the glass. Maybe she does not want to break the glass. Maybe the glass is very valuable. From that analogy, we again say that the third dimension can only tolerate a brief, perhaps a fraction of a second of the intersection with the fifth dimension. If the intersection were to occur for a longer time, then the downloading of energy from this higher vibrational frequency would cause major disruptions on the Earth.

Incidentally, many have asked why the higher vibrational masters and teachers, especially the extraterrestrial masters and teachers, do not appear immediately and do a mass intervention. One point, and this is only one of many points, is that we are at a very high frequency and many people could not tolerate the frequency that we are at, and this would create a problem. This is not the only reason, but I did want to point out the difference in the frequency.

I want to make a brief historical note about the history of the third dimension as it relates to the history of the fifth dimension. You are perhaps aware that astrophysicists in modern times have determined that the Big Bang occurred 13.7 billion years ago. This is the accepted scientific understanding of when this dimension began and when this universe began. This universe and your perspective from this universe is the core structure of the third dimension. I would like to point out and even ask the question: Which came first? Did the third dimension come first or did the fifth dimension come first? I’m asking this strictly from the linear perspective because as you know, on the fifth dimension, time is not linear. From the linear perspective, we can say that the fifth dimension existed first, and then the third dimension followed. Why was the third dimension developed? There was a need for a new dimensional space that would allow soul development. All souls are not progressing or evolving at the same rate, and it was determined that there was a necessity for the lower dimension to be created that would allow specific soul development to occur.

I would like to make one reference to the story of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden. You could look at this story symbolically, and you also could look at it from a realistic perspective. Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden. The Garden of Eden is the fifth dimension. Now there are stories of the mistake that Eve made in eating the apple, but the most important point in the story is that Adam and Eve were not able to maintain the high vibrational energy that was necessary to be in the fifth dimension. It does not matter who ate the apple first, nor does it not matter who is guilty first. That’s really insignificant. The story is a beautiful description of the fact that the human pair who we call the Adam Species, were not able to tolerate the fifth dimension and therefore, they were brought down to the third dimension. This again shows that there is a need for the third dimension. The third dimension then, became a world of duality. It became necessary to do certain functions to survive, such as farming, that were not necessary on the fifth dimension. Clearly, on the fifth dimension there is no work as you know it in order to make a living. There is soul work and spiritual work on the fifth dimension, but there is not the traditional work that you might think of to earn a living. There is no economic system of money, for example. I want to also discuss the fifth dimension and the third dimension from the perspective of time.

I think it’s important to look at fifth-dimensional energy and how ideas manifest onto the third dimension. In the story of the Garden of Eden you have no sense of time of how Adam and Eve experienced time when they were in the garden. We have some direct accounts of people in the fifth dimension. The time frame and perspective changes on the higher dimension. It is difficult to align the time on the fifth dimension with the time on the third dimension. I’m going to give you some examples. Moses was on Mt. Sinai for 40 days, and when he returned, he did not like what he was seeing. But one of the points is that from Moses’ perspective, he might have been gone for an hour or 45 minutes! But that 45 minutes on the fifth dimension turned out to be 40 days on the third dimension! This shows you the difficulty in correlating third-dimensional time with fifth-dimensional time.

When the intersection of the dimensions occurs, those who are in the fifth-dimensional frequencies are going to have a much different experience of time. Another example of this time perspective problem would be the teachings of Jesus and how his teachings were interpreted. One of the main interpretations of his teachings is that there was an End-Times event on the horizon. There was going to be a great apocalyptic ending of the world, and that it was necessary to immediately prepare oneself. But looking back, we see 2,000 years later the apocalyptic ending that was predicted at that time, during the time of the Roman Empire, did not happen. There was destruction of the Jewish temple and destruction of certain groups of people, but there was not an apocalyptic ending of the world.

Now, when we look at our current situation from the higher realms and from this perspective, I could say that in truth, you are now closer to an apocalyptic ending of the third dimension. Remember the Doomsday Clock (http://thebulletin.org/clock/2015), for example, which now show it’s 3 minutes to 12. (Author’s Note: Here is a quotation from the Doomsday Clock: “Unchecked climate change, global nuclear weapons modernizations and outsized nuclear weapons arsenals pose extraordinary and undeniable threats to the continued existence of humanity, and world leaders have failed to act with the speed or on the scale required, to protect citizens from potential catastrophe. These failures of political leadership endanger every person on Earth.” Despite some modestly positive developments in the climate change arena, current efforts are entirely insufficient to prevent a catastrophic warming of Earth. Meanwhile, the United States and Russia have embarked on massive programs to modernize their nuclear triads—thereby undermining existing nuclear weapons treaties. “The clock ticks now at just three minutes to midnight because international leaders are failing to perform their most important duty—ensuring and preserving the health and vitality of human civilization.”).

Also some of the observations we have made in the Earth crises include the mass extinctions of the animals and plants on this planet, which some scientists have now referred to as the Sixth Mass Extinction. (Author’s Note: See Paul Ehrlich, Stanford researcher, for scientific confirmation of this assertion.) Now, 2,000 years later, we are actually in a period which may have been the period that Jesus and his teachings, or the interpretations of his teachings, have forecast or predicted. What is happening now and what insights prophets receive from the fifth dimension have a complex filtering process to go through in order to be put into alignment and calibrated to third-dimensional time. Fortunately, we are in a period now in which the spiritual technology of understanding the relationship between the third and fifth dimension is improving. There is a better understanding of how the third and fifth dimensions interact and intersect. In fact, we are in a period of higher spiritual advancement where we can freely discuss this complex issue of how the third and fifth dimensions intersect, and what is the time differentiation, and how can we calibrate the time.

I’m going to use one other example to illustrate the point about interacting with the fifth dimension. I’d like to use the example of Mozart, Beethoven and Albert Einstein. All three of these men were geniuses. Mozart and Beethoven were receiving their inspiration for great music from the fifth dimension. Einstein was also in contact with fifth-dimensional energies, and he was receiving high-level instructions in mathematical formulas and in how to conduct thought experiments which enabled him to make the major scientific breakthrough known as the Theory of General Relativity. All three of these men received higher downloads of fifth-dimensional energy, however, each one had to do a great deal of work in order to manifest this connection, this inspiration into the third-dimensional world. It wasn’t just like Mozart would receive the symphony, and he would write it down and then that was it. There was editing that had to be done. There were arrangements. There was addition, and of course, the same with Beethoven and the same with Einstein. Einstein had to receive the inspiration and the connection, but he still had to download and manifest it. When you are interacting with the fifth dimension now, you still have to bring clarity from the inspiration into realistic third-dimensional manifestation.

I want to make clear that because of the closeness to this time when the intersection of the dimensions is going to occur, there are more opportunities for downloads and for intuitive receptivity to the fifth dimension. Of course, you still have to do third-dimensional work on the ideas.

We are looking at the fifth dimension. We also are looking at the Ascension. We are looking at this whole process that this planet and this dimension are going through. There has to be a lot of filtering between dimensions. There has to be a lot of understanding of the different ideas, and there has to be calibration of time differences. I bring this up specifically because I know that there are many of you who are hearing about specific dates of when the ascension to the fifth dimension is going to occur. How should you react to such predictions, and what would be the proper procedure? Our understanding of such events as ascension is that they are complex spiritual events of great proportions. It is difficult to pinpoint specific dates, but rather that there are trends, that there are opportunities and windows when the Ascension can occur. We are to take all those things into consideration when we are looking at predicting when ascension is going to occur.

Let me again return to the story of Moses. Moses was up in the fifth dimension for 40 days. When he returned from the mountain, the people were extremely agitated and they were impatient. He was so involved in his fifth-dimensional work that he had no idea that that length of time of 40 days had passed. He felt that less than an hour had passed. So let us look at the Ascension from the fifth-dimensional perspective using the model of Moses’ experience. If I was to say to you that this ascension is going to happen five days from now, you would first have to ask what is the calibration between the five days that Juliano is speaking of from the fifth dimension and from the third dimension. Is it possible to exactly calibrate the time, given the complexity, and also the many different variables that are involved? In looking at the Ascension, I would have to say that there are different reactions from people; there are different possible scenarios of awakenings and even new discoveries. All of these factors can influence when the Ascension will happen, and they also have to be taken into account when trying to predict what date the Ascension will occur.

I want to return now to this other issue, an important issue, which is preparing the vessel for receiving fifth-dimensional light. The starseeds in particular are involved in strengthening their spiritual vessel and the Earth as a vessel, so that this third dimension can tolerate the new, higher frequencies. These higher frequencies will be greatly increased when the fifth dimension intersects with the third dimension. Doing the work with the Etheric Crystals and with sacred spaces and with Planetary Cities of Light and the Ring of Ascension are all examples of spiritual technology that is strengthening the fabric of this third dimension on Earth. This means that the third dimension will be able to tolerate the intersection. Can you imagine if the third dimension were not able to tolerate the intersection? Can you imagine the shock and the difficulty in experiencing reality if the Earth were not prepared for higher light? It would be similar to an earthquake. How comfortable would you be in experiencing a great sunrise or sunset during an earthquake? I mean you wouldn’t have the state of mind to enjoy the sunset if you were in the middle of an earthquake. The starseeds like you are providing a foundational support network for holding and preparing this dimension for the Ascension and for the intersection.

So what does all this mean for the summer of 2015 on planet Earth, and how are we to process this information so that we have a better grasp of what is to happen? When is the Ascension going to happen? What should you do to prepare for what is to happen? I want to emphasize that there will be three waves in the Ascension. The first wave is what I call the silent wave, by that I mean it’s not going to be a lot of announcements or publicity about it. It’s not going to be publicized in the newspaper, and it’s going to be quiet. Quiet in a sense that the first passing of the ascension wave will in many respects be unnoticed by the major media and major publicity. Therefore, it’s unlikely that the Ascension would be announced on a specific date to occur. Remember the humorous movie “Left Behind”. People were flying in airplanes and suddenly the pilots were raptured or ascended, and the planes would crash.

No, it’s not going to be like this at all. The most important point I could say is that the first wave is going to be silent or low key in terms of the general world. This means that there is going to be but a select few who will ascend on the first wave. Some of the figures that we have seen recently from the council indicate maybe 30,000 – 50,000 starseeds will ascend. That’s a small number compared to the population of the Earth, which is over 7 billion. The first wave has to be a small number for several reasons. There are many of you that are doing such valuable work, and it is important for you to continue to provide the foundational stability necessary for maintaining the process of holding the light and holding the structure that will keep the third dimension able to tolerate this great energy from the fifth dimension.

The second wave is going to be more dramatic. Seriously, the first wave is still dramatic. I mean the 30,000 – 50,000 that ascend still is very dramatic. When I’m saying that the second wave is going to be dramatic, I mean we are talking about a huge public awareness that some type of spiritual event of outstanding importance has occurred. I think it’s fair to say that the energy of ascension and the energy of the approach of these dimensions do create a higher vibrational frequency. Just like the opera singer’s high tones breaks the glass, so too the higher vibrational frequencies of the approach of this intersection will have an effect on shattering some of the Earth systems. It can be accurate to say that, on the one hand, you’re going to see more chaos and shattering of systems, while at the same time there is going to be this experience of higher frequencies and higher spiritual vibrations. The second wave will be announced. The second wave is going to be a situation where it will have the most dramatic effect on the planet. The first wave will have an effect on the planet, but it’s going to be more isolated. It’s going to be more hidden. Those people who do ascend on the first wave are completing their life missions and have made arrangements for others to carry on for them. Their leaving the Earth now is not going to be what I would call a big loss. As I said, it’s not going to be noticed. It is going to be clear to the world that a spiritual event of dramatic proportions has occurred.

The third wave is going to be what you and I would probably call the traditional rescue mission There is going to be a situation where a dramatic rescue and placement of large numbers of people off the planet into a safe place will take place.

Now this is the basic outline, but I always like to point out in these lectures that there are so many intervening variables, and even though I gave you the broad outline, there are still things of high importance that could change. There still are people who are receiving intuitions and energies from the fifth dimension. They are on the verge of making dramatic discoveries that have the potential for positive global interventions. There still is the coming forth of new energy and new leaders who have a new face and a new perspective on interventions. There still are new galactic energies which are continuing to be upgraded. These new energies are difficult to assess in terms of the impact on the planet. The masters and teachers of the council have outlined this and the general consensus is that the summer of 2015 is going to be dramatic! Dramatic in that there is a “quickening” of events, an acceleration of events that is going to bring many people to a breaking point. At the same time, there are more people who are realizing that the only way that solutions are going to be found for the Earth’s problems will be from a spiritual perspective. You’re going to see a spiritual event this summer that is going to awaken spiritual joy and spiritual hope for many people! This is what I’m talking about when referring to a unifying event on this planet.

Let the energy of the Ascension Codes be open for each of you so that any spiritual event of this magnitude will bring a greater resonance with the higher light and bring the likelihood of the Ascension closer and closer to you. Let these tones and sounds (channel tones special sounds. . ohhhh. …. ohhh) activate your Ascension Codes. These codes are internal cellular structures that turn on with the proper energy and stimulation. This means that you are ready to ascend. You are ready to go through this advanced process of spiritual acceleration. It could be compared to taking off from a rocket ship, for example. Greetings, this is Archangel Metatron! I’m here to activate and awaken your dynamic, neurological, spiritual energies. The third dimension intersects with the fifth dimension in your mind. This is the primary entrance way into the fifth dimension. Clearly, the energies will accelerate when the dimensions intersect, but the core energy still is your mind. It still is your understanding. It still is your consciousness that must be the final ingredient that allows for the Ascension. You must be in the correct vibration. You must be in the correct frequency, and you can use these words that you have heard many times, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of Hosts”, to accelerate your ascension vibrational codes. These words contain a vibrational energy that specifically addresses your cellular structure and specifically turns on the Ascension Codes.

This is to say that you are already programmed for the Ascension. Ascension is part of your spiritual genetic codes that are within each of you. But it is not always turned on. It’s somewhat similar to other genetic discussions where somebody might have a gene for a predisposition of a certain illness, for example. But that illness only will come on with the interaction of the environment and your behavior. How you deal with the environment is important. If you eat the right foods, if you get the right exercise, if you avoid smoking, then you might find that that gene that might produce a certain illness would not be turned on. But in this case, we are talking about turning on a gene for the Ascension gene. The Ascension Codes within your cellular structure are not turned on unless you interact with it and give it the proper environment and the proper nourishment. This nourishment includes special prayer and meditations. These words, these tonal sounds which we will sing in Hebrew, have the ability to turn on the ascension energies within your cellular structure so that your behavior, your energies, will be in alignment with the Ascension.

So listen now. (Sings in Hebrew: “Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh Adonai Tzevaoth.”) Go into meditation now and tell yourself: “The Ascension Codes are now open within me.” (Sings: “Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh Adonai Tsevaoth.”) Let your Third Eye be open. Let your Crown Chakra be open. Let your Heart Chakra be open as a higher vibrational, fifth-dimensional light is received in your energy system. Your Merkabah vehicle of light is before you. It is specifically tailored for your own energy field. It is helpful to have your own Merkabah vehicle so you can interact positively with the surrounding dimensional densities in the world. When you need to be uplifted immediately, your Merkabah vehicle will provide you protection and allow you to go through the densities on the third dimension with ease and relaxation. Visualize that you are now sitting in your Merkabah vehicle; the vehicle and we rise together above the room, above the sky, to the Ring of Ascension. This Ring of Ascension is a special fifth-dimensional, energetic thought field in which you can interact, and it can provide support, a boost, to go up even higher. In your Merkabah vehicle, join me in the Ring of Ascension around the Earth. (Sings: “It is good to be together. It is good to be sitting with others in the Ring of Ascension. It is good to be in a group energy field.”)

Let me be clear that this ascension is a group experience, and you are participating in this Ring of Ascension with a group of starseed brothers and sisters. As you are participating in the Ring of Ascension in your Merkabah vehicle, be aware that your sense of time may change. Be aware that you may feel only a minute or two has passed, but down on Earth it could be a much different experience. Remember the experience of Moses on the Mt. Sinai. Again, we sit together and merge our energy in the Ring of Ascension in our Merkabah vehicles. (Sings: “Merkabah, Merkabah ha-Kadosh Merkabah.”) Remember, Merkabah is “chariot”. It’s a vehicle that brings you to the higher dimension and brings you to the palace. (Sings: “Merkabah, Merkabah.”) Let the Ring of Ascension bring you into this beautiful energy field and prepare you for the fifth dimension.

Now we will take our Merkabah vehicle and travel back into your room, back into your home again. Return from the Ring of Ascension back to your home, back into your physical body. The Ring of Ascension and the Merkabah vehicle are like insulations so that you do not experience any undue stress when you travel dimensionally. With your Merkabah vehicle you can return perfectly integrated back into your physical body. This is the beauty of the Merkabah vehicle. You can re-enter the Earth immediately and in the highest resonance with your physical body. Now you’re back at home. You step out of your Merkabah vehicle and are into expanded consciousness. Your Codes of Ascension have been opened, and you feel a deep state of harmony and light and awareness. May the Light of Ascension that is on the Earth’s horizon (it is a beautiful harmonic glow and you are part of that glow) follow you everywhere!
