The ceremony was very powerful – uplifting and grounding at the same time. A feeling of happiness and the feeling of “mankind is one family“ pervaded. To the participants in Mittenwald, the thought that people would meditate somewhere else on a different continent for them and their village made them feel so lucky and happy. And, at the end of the activation ceremony, we got this beautiful gift from spirit: The light that came through the sun at Mount Karwendel after the ceremony, and formed this beautiful angel, heart , dragonfly that lasted for about 5 minutes…. I believe, this was a thank you to all of us.During a recent Maintenance Meditation in Feb, 2015 in Mittenwald, Germany:Everyone present was gifted three light balls (golden, crystal and silver) and was ask to lay the golden light ball on the ground – watching it – how it got connected with the ground, the soil of Mittenwald and put the City into this light. Then the same with was done with the crystal and silver balls of light.Then out of the center of Mittenwald came golden balls of light that emerged out of it and flew to the area, less than a mile away, where the G-7 Summit will take place.

The PCOL Bucharest-Titan activated on April 4th 2015 shines stronger and more vibrant every day. It is the luminosity in this PCOL that is raising continously while the energy influx from the Central Sun, the center of the galaxy, grows. Except the cloudy days, the concentration of the light particles, the photons in this area is very high and as a result, the light is almost phosphorescent, of a pure white. We notice that the colors are more vivid, for instance the sky and the grass, from time to time there are blue shimmerings of light that are merging with these vivid colors, so we are remembered that the Arcturians are here with us. Although around the PCOL there is a  speeding of things, within the PCOL area anchored by the crystals there is calmness, peace and love are at home.

Immediately after the anchoring of the PCOL, members of the group received many informations in form of images and also sounds. Everything flows through the crown chakra, when looked at with the 3rd eye, we see a wave of incoming blue light.
The Arcturian Masters are extremely receptive to our thoughts , especially when we express an intense intention to transmit a thought. What I have been witnessing in my personal life after the anchoring of the PCOL, let’s say in the last month, is that are really wonders that are taking place. It is, for instance, enough just to get in touch with someone over the phone or personally, in order for that person to change its state of beingness, the way it sees things and even to recognize the energy it came in contact with. This new energy does not allow them to be the same persons as before this activation anymore. They are pushed to recognize their own fears, agressions and blockages and to understand that they cannot be something else than tolerance and love.

More than that, this month I heard this trompet sound, the Arcturians are speaking of and that we heard about also last years. Our auditory system, our ears are tuning to other frequences and many that are not informed or initiated may think they will go deaf. In reality the registry of frequencies and tones are changing and our consciousness is tuning to this new system.
There are modifications in how we eat and drink. The sleep state is very different from person to person, some sleep just a litle, others need to sleep very much, we believe it is about integrating the energies that are increasingly pouring in from the galaxy.
One of the biggest challenges that we have lies in the modifications to our own perceptions. I mean especially those related to time and space, which is a result of the balance between the inner and outer world of our human self. It seems that even if we are also matter, our physical body becomes more and more a hologram which vibrates and atunes to higher energies. Sometimes in the evenings it seems that the reality surrounding us starts to crumble.

While in the outside there is much agitation, while people seem to be preoccupied and lost in getting busy with small things, we try to establish a telepatic relation and communication with our Mother Earth through biorelativity in order to counterbalance major instabilities in nature.

It is for all of us an honor to be a planetary healer. Our dedication comes from our hearts full of love.

Once the PCOL was anchored on April 11 2015, the members of the group were called to be perceptive of and to monitor all the changes of all kind within the PCOL and also near to its boundaries.

Due to the very high incoming energies during the ceremony and immediately after the anchoring of the crystals, some of the group members had several physical issues like, some of them severe, like headaches, spinal distress and pains similar to the experience of raising the Kundalini energy flow through the spine, many were overwhelmed with tears and had emotional releases, but after a while everybody claimed to have reached a state of inner peace and joy that lasted many days after the anchoring ceremony of the PCOL Constanta-Mamaia.

At the same time we witnessed another human aspect of the event that we would like to share with you, one of the founding members left the group and we understood that due to the higher frequency of the Arcturian and higher dimensional energies coming in, there were some personal issues that came up involving lower vibrational energies that were stirred up and challenged within the new high energy context that led to these decisions.

We intent to hold mantainance meditations every two weeks, we are very happy to have achieved this goal until now and we are building a strong connection and bond between all the members of the PCOL Constanta – Mamaia.

We did not perceive important changes in nature during during this time, but we perceive clearly a general calming of the people and of the events, which are in general very tumultuous in this part of the country due to the very popular tourist area in Mamaia but also because of the Constanta harbor. Immediately after the anchoring ceremony we witnessed an explosion of spring vegetation which seemed to be asleep up to this moment. We had wonderful events like great rainbows out of the blue, with no sign of rain clouds at all, just like the one in the picture below.

To end the report, I would like to add a funny note. We received an information in the news some days before I wrote this report, that there was an Italian criminal named Juliano that was hiding in the city, named “most wanted person“ in the news, hiding exactly somewhere in the region Constanta-Mamaia. So it seemed that Juliano’s name was all over in the media and all police forces were mobilized to seek for … JULIANO 🙂 !
