The purpose of the PCOL Advisory Committee is to oversee the Planetary Cities of Light Project. The Committee develops guidelines for the creation and maintenance of PCOL areas on Earth so that these areas can become Sacred Cities of Light in order to hold fifth dimensional energy. The committee reviews applications for new PCOLs and also reviews and oversees the existing PCOLs to ensure that they continue to meet the criteria established by the committee. It oversees and encourages communication between the PCOLs and develops ways to inform the greater public of their existence. The PCOL committee also develops programs to inform and encourage Group of Forty members to establish new PCOLs. We have extended the program to include protected areas in our waterways, particularly in the oceans. These areas are called Planetary Ocean Reserves of Light (PORL).
