The purpose of the PCOL Advisory Committee is to oversee the Planetary City of Light Project. It develops guidelines for the creation and maintenance of areas on Earth to become these Sacred Cities of Light to hold fifth dimensional energy. The committee reviews applications for new PCOLs and also reviews and oversees the existing PCOLs to ensure that they continue to meet the criteria established by the committee. It oversees and encourages communication between the PCOLS and will develop ways to inform the greater public of their existence. It develops programs to inform and encourage GOF Members to establish New PCOLs. We will be extending the program to include protected areas in our waterways, particularly in the oceans.
