Greetings, this is Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We are in a period of dramatic change. You are witnessing what I have called a Cosmic Drama, and this drama is being accelerated on many different levels. You came to this planet as part of your soul mission, and you came to this planet to participate in planetary healing and repair. Many of you came from other planetary systems in this galaxy. You came from planetary systems in which there were similar dramas, polarizations and conflicts. You may have even been in Atlantis, a lost civilization which suffered a traumatic injury due to polarizations, conflicts and misuse of science for military purposes. Now, there are soul lessons for you here on Earth. It is possible that in your previous lifetimes, you were not able to intervene, and you were not able to shift or change the drama that you had experienced in that lifetime. In this lifetime you have more resources, more insight, and your previous memories from those planetary traumas provide you with information, insight and motivation to act differently than you did in that previous experience.
But now, we are looking at a situation that perhaps reminds you of your previous frustrations. We are looking at a situation in which we are confronted with very basic planetary evolutionary problems. To say it succinctly, based on what is happening now on this planet, including dramatic climate changes, military conflicts and the sixth mass extinction energy, then this unfolding drama looks like it is heading for a dramatic catastrophic conclusion. And the conflict that you may personally experience can be stated like this: “What role am I to play in this, and how can I be part of the change that needs to occur? Or am I to just sit back and be detached and watch as the beloved planet, the beloved Earth, beloved Gaia, continues to be in this pain and suffering?” In fact, there are many inhabitants of this planet that are suffering terribly.
In our spiritual work, we talk about this concept of equanimity, which is related to detachment. In this spiritual tool, known as equanimity or mindful detachment, one becomes an observer. This means that one is looking at this global crisis as a drama, as a play, and from that spiritual vantage point, you are in the audience and you are watching the drama unfold. As you know, in the theater, the audience is not allowed to influence the play; the audience is watching. This would be your role. You are trying to detach, and you are waiting for the Ascension and you are waiting for your opportunity to depart from the planet, and this is the hopeful solution. This means that you continue in your spiritual meditations, and you will continue to practice your detachment, as you also become aware of the changing spiritual landscape. You remain open to the new spiritual tools that we, the Arcturians, and other Ascended Masters are offering, and you might even decide to withdraw more. You choose not to be involved, but remain as an observer.
This is similar to going into a cave and meditating so that you are able to advance spiritually in your individual practice. I know that this is not a satisfactory solution for a lot of the starseeds in the Group of Forty. I know the quality of your concern for this planet and for your fellow people. I know that you are empathic, and you feel the suffering that is going on now, and you want to act. You want to do a planetary intervention; you want to be part of the planetary repair.
In fact you resonate with our concepts of personal ascension and planetary ascension, and that means that you are willing to work for repairing this planet. This repair work occurs through your planetary healing meditations and your Planetary Cities of Light work. This will occur in any other format that is in alignment with the higher planetary repair. And this reminds you, perhaps, of your previous lifetimes where you might have been faced with the same situation, that is, in the light of this chaos and unfolding of catastrophes, you had to make a choice between detaching on the one hand, or trying to repair the situation on the other hand. And at that other lifetime, you might have felt that there was no successful intervention that you could do. In fact, you might have tried and failed, and because of that, you left that lifetime in a great emotional state of trauma.
And here you are again, on a planet that is struggling with a polarization and an unfolding imbalance that is leading towards a chaotic conclusion. You even have a term for this emotional reaction in modern psychology. It is called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). You experience on a firsthand basis the trauma of these current unfortunate events that are occurring around the planet and the suffering, and it is triggering traumatic and painful memories from other lifetimes. It is triggering memories from those lifetimes and on planets which went through the same thing. You even have an idiom that says there is nothing new under the Sun, and perhaps we should say there is nothing new under the Central Sun.
It may be comforting for you to know that these situations that you are now experiencing have occurred on other planetary systems in the Milky Way Galaxy. This is not a consolation, but it is just an observation that I make, and I know that you are eager to find another alternative for your interventions.
You are eager to go through this time creating planetary healing work, as the Earth crisis is accelerating. You are eager to look at a more positive intervention and a more positive type of healing. And the healing is on the personal level and on the planetary level. And on a personal level, I would say that you do not want to just sit back and watch. You are capable of doing that, but that you feel also that you came here to participate in the repair.
There are several observations that I can make for the planetary repair, and we will be looking more closely at that in this discussion. The first observation is that we are coming towards the end of the male dominance on the planet, and that means that the way of war and the way of domination of the environment, and aggressiveness is no longer serving this planet. It is time for the feminine energies to emerge. It is time on this planet for a feminine approach and feminine leadership. It is clear that the confrontation, the domination and the aggressiveness, which are traditionally male attributes, will not solve this planetary crisis. We have many Ascended Masters on the feminine side. These include Mother Mary, Quan Yin, my colleague and partner Helio-Ah, and White Buffalo Calf Woman. These are just a few of the feminine leaders that can provide new insight and new healing modalities for this planetary crisis.
How are these feminine leaders and how is this feminine energy going to be introduced into the spectrum of this planetary crisis? We do not just look at it only from the standpoint of whether a leader is male or female, because even feminine leaders that have emerged often are carrying masculine energy. And it is also possible that a male can carry the feminine. This is why we have talked about the concept of Homo omega as embodying the masculine and feminine in a new unity type of consciousness. But, it is clear to us that these old systems and old institutions that are predominantly male oriented cannot solve this crisis on the planet. And so, we all need to work towards a greater awakening and a greater receptivity of the feminine leadership and the feminine ideals.
I am impressed by White Buffalo Calf Woman, because her characteristics include personal power that is able to overcome some of the darkness that comes with the male aggression and domination. White Buffalo Calf Woman does embody a strong intervention energy. What do we need to do to provide the opening for her? What do we need to do to provide the opening for Mother Mary? What do we need to do to provide the opening for Quan Yin and other recognized feminine leaders?
Starseeds’ need to focus on receiving their energy is part of the spiritual Intersection of Dimensions. You, in your thoughts, can focus on welcoming them to our planet. That means that we, in our work, need to call on these positive feminine models to intervene, and we need to provide the receptivity and the welcoming of their light onto the planet. Now, this requires education. Many on the planet are desperate for change. There are many people who feel hopeless about the planetary situation, and at this point of desperation, which I also refer to as the crisis, there are spiritual openings for change that would not be available in normal times.
The second point and tool is the Arcturian Planetary Tree of Life. We have provided this upgrade from the Kabbalistic Tree of Life to give you more information and guidance on how to be better planetary healers. This tool has several principles that are well known and easy to understand. The first principle is that there needs to be a balance in the planet. There needs to be a balance of Divine Justice and Divine Mercy. And when there are forces that are out of balance, when there are forces that are not in alignment with the way of Nature, then the planetary catastrophes become stronger. And when that imbalance becomes too out of alignment, then Justice, which some refer to as “End-Time” events, becomes dominant.
Planet Earth is out of balance in many ways. The most important imbalance is that the sacredness of this planet is being stepped on. Sacred space and sacred energy on the planet are being ignored. There needs to be protection of the oceans, which are sacred. There needs to be more protection of the rivers. The solution to the healing of the planet will come from an increase in sacredness and the protecting of existing sacred areas around the Earth.
Sacred areas are being diminished. Therefore, according to the Planetary Tree of Life, the solution to the repair of the planet means that there must be an increase of sacred protection, which could mean more sacred places need to be created. That means that there needs to be more Planetary Cities of Light and more corridors of light around the planet from the Fifth Dimension. There must be more discussion and education about the Ring of Ascension. There must be more presentations on White Buffalo Calf Woman, on Quan Yin and on Helio-Ah and the feminine light. There must be more discussions about Homo omega and the evolutionary process that humanity must experience as soon as possible. The evolved Homo omega can make up for the aggression and the domination and the ignoring of the sacredness of Planet Earth.
You as planetary healers must help create more sacred places and more sacred energy. The other lesson of the Planetary Tree of Life has to do with manifestation. Manifestation of higher spiritual ideals has been a constant theme in our work. Working to manifest spirituality into reality is part of the work of spiritual development. We need to work on the manifestation of our work into the third-dimensional reality. This is the constant theme, and this is the theme that you came into this lifetime to solve. How, with your spiritual light and powers and energy, can you work towards manifesting this healing change that is so needed?
The solution to that manifestation is described in the Tree of Life, but it is also found in the concept of the Noosphere. The Noosphere is the Collective Thought Field that controls what is manifested on this planet. And it is sad but true that the Collective Thought Field on this planet is dominated by negative male energy and aggression. The Collective Thought Field is dominated by the television and movies and Facebook and the smartphones. All of these formats, including the computers and the YouTube, often use negative imagery. Our observation is that the most powerful way to affect change in the Noosphere is through positive imagery.
Using positive imagery with your Subconscious is the same way that you can create change in your life. When you are working with your Subconscious, you can be more effective in manifesting change, by using positive imagery and sending images to your Subconscious. The Subconscious responds most directly to imagery, and this is why we like the fifth-dimensional art that is being produced, because those who are visionary artists have the ability to present new powerful fifth-dimensional imagery that can be used by your Subconscious to help you manifest more spiritual energy on the Earth.
The planetary healing has to work on a global basis. Global work is necessary now for a worldwide spiritual intervention. How can we have a global spiritual intervention? I would like to point out some interesting historical facts. Even 2,000 years ago there was a global spiritual intervention started by a new religious movement. There have been global spiritual interventions on this planet before. Look at the history of Christianity. In a period approximately during the first and second century A.D., in the Roman Empire, there was less than five percent of the population in the Roman Empire that were Christians. And as you know from your history, the Christians were being abused, mistreated and even put to death in the early years. It is estimated that the Roman Empire at this time at 100 or 150 A.D. had about 40 to 45 million people, yet less than five percent of the population were Christians. But yet, 200 years later, we are talking about 300 A.D., 50 percent of the people were Christians. Something shifted in the Collective Energy Field of the Roman population. A spiritual intervention occurred. Eventually, Christianity became the religion of the Roman Empire and spread around the world. This shows that global spiritual interventions can occur, even in early history without the Internet and modern communication devices.
Unfortunately, there has also been spiritual misuse of power, and the motivations of those who use spirituality for personal gain has led to problems. My point is, though, that there have been spiritual expansions in the history of civilizations. The early Christian spiritual expansion took almost 200 years before it became part of the accepted Roman society.
We are now in the 21st century, and a global spiritual intervention again is needed. But this global spiritual intervention has to be fast. It is not something that we can wait around with for 100 or 200 years. This spiritual intervention must be immediate. It is possible to have an immediate intervention.
I also refer you to the COVID-19 pandemic, which went from a few people to a whole global problem that has affected every country on this planet. Now, this was a negative event, but it does show that the pandemic provides us with an example of how ideas, fears and solutions can go through the entire planet in a short time. This is powerful because then it tells us that an idea, such as a spiritual message, can travel around the globe quickly.
If we are able to find the right methodology, then we can institute a new spiritual idea that can lead to a global intervention. This is the task that you as the starseeds have. The Group of Forty is a small group, and you are working towards the number of 1600 members. But it does, it can work. The ideas of a new spiritual movement always start with just a few followers.
There are many other starseeds on the planet, not just the Arcturian starseeds. There are many Arcturians starseeds that are not in the Group of Forty who want to hear and work towards a solution to this planetary crisis.
New spiritual energy is coming to the planet. We believe that there is going to be an intersection of the Fifth and Third Dimensions coming up between January 15 and March 15, 2023. But even that is several months away, and you may want to see something happen more immediate. The fact that the intervention is going to occur means that we are approaching the energy of the intervention. This intersection can be compared to an eclipse. When an eclipse begins, there already are changes that can be seen and experienced before totality is reached.
I am going to lead you in an exercise using the energies of the Intersection of the Dimensions to provide for you the foundation for this shift in consciousness, and for a shift in your manifestation abilities. Starseeds can help to manifest this intervention. The time is right.
So take three deep breaths, my friend. (Tones “Oh oh.”) I, Juliano, send down a corridor of light over each one of your homes and to all who are listening or reading my words. Connect with your Spiritual Energy Field; connect with your Light Body; connect with your Higher Self. Feel the protection of this corridor of light.
Enter the corridor by allowing your Spirit Body to rise up through your Crown Chakra, emerging above your body. I call this Spirit Body your Etheric Double. Enter the corridor of light above your Crown Chakra and begin to bilocate and travel to my starship Athena now on the Fifth Dimension. (Tones “Ta, ta ta.”) Travel at the speed of thought, the fastest speed in the universe, a speed with which you are so comfortable and familiar with, for you are experts in thought travel. In thought projection or bilocation, where you think is where you go. This corridor that I send down to you is connected to my starship. Think that you want to go to my starship on the Fifth Dimension, and you will be there. That is how thought projection works. You need a corridor; you need a destination, and you need the right thoughts. (Tones “Ohhh.”)
You arrive at my starship Athena on the Fifth Dimension. Enter, and I greet you with Helio-Ah and my guest Quan Yin. I also have as my guests, White Buffalo Calf Woman and Mother Mary. They are joining us today in our meditation.
Walk down the hallway into the Gaia Planetary Healing Chamber. You have been there before. Walk into the room, and you see a glorious beautiful blue light in the entire room. You see two holographic spherical images. The first spherical image is the third-dimensional Earth now, and the second spherical holographic image next to it is the fifth-dimensional holographic Earth, representing the future Earth. These two Earth spheres represent the Third and the Fifth Dimensions. That is because this is the easiest way that I can describe them, and you can visualize the dimensions.
So, take a seat and see the two Earths representing the Third and the Fifth. The fifth-dimensional Earth is above the third-dimensional Earth. You see the two spheres, and through my planetary powers in holographic energy, I, Juliano, with Helio-Ah, holographically intersect the top of the third-dimensional Earth with the bottom of the fifth-dimensional Earth. As that intersection occurs, you see gigantic sparks of Holy Light and a large amount of fifth-dimensional energy being downloaded into the third-dimensional Earth. You see the third-dimensional Earth lighting up with this energy, and it is filled with beautiful multicolored rainbow light, and even thunder and lightning occurs as you observe this intersection. We will continue to work on the intersection point.
See the bottom five percent of the fifth-dimensional Earth intersecting with the top five percent of the third-dimensional Earth, and hold that holographic image in your mind. I, Juliano, have a white etheric board right in front of these two holographic images, and we are going to place our imagery and affirmations on that board. The first affirmation says: “Wars will end and be brought into peace and harmony. Polarized wars on all levels, including the Russian and Ukraine war, will be brought into peace and harmony.” See those words on the white screen. Visualize how this peace will be manifested. For example, you can visualize a conference table where representatives from both sides are working on peace agreements. See them reaching an agreement. See newspaper headlines which say: “Russian-Ukrainian war peace treaty is signed and implemented.” See that now on the screen image in any way you can. (Tones “Oh.”)
Remember we are using the intervention intersection energies that this peace is going to manifest. Next, see a new feminine world leader emerging, embodying White Buffalo Calf Woman, Mother Mary, Helio-Ah and Quan Yin. See new feminine leadership energies emerging as a new leader leads the world towards a new balance on the planet, a balance where Gaia is respected and honored with sacredness. (Tones “Ohh.”)
Next see the Earth weather patterns, including climate changes, come into a balance. See that there is a harmony in the weather. A new harmony emerges in all aspects of the planet, bringing in fifth-dimensional energies into the Earth at this intersection. We will go into meditation now, focusing as best you can and project the images onto this board. We will go into silence. (Silence)
Use your Arcan Power to strengthen these images and brighten the image colors on the screen. Starseeds live around the world. There are other healing changes in your country that you want to see manifested. Maybe you have a shift that needs to be done in Australia. Maybe there are other shifts that need to be done in United States. Maybe there are shifts that need to be done in countries in Europe or in South America, Brazil or Argentina. Visualize now these other changes that you, in your higher state of consciousness, want to see manifest in this intervention called the Intersection of the Dimensions. We are using now the light from the Intersection of the Dimensions to strengthen our work. Remember the Intersection of the Dimensions provides a boost of spiritual power to the Earth. (Tones “Oohh,” and then speaks a galactic prayer in the Language of Light.)
Hold the energy as best you can. Very good. Now with the divine powers and light, I, Juliano, with Helio-Ah, Mother Mary and White Buffalo Calf Woman and Quan Yin, together add our light and energies and power to the Intersection of the Dimensions, and we place your thought waves, your requests, directly into this intersection now. The power of manifestation transcends all lower vibrations. Spiritual power comes through at the intersection and activates the healing energy for manifestation. And so it is.
Remember you have the ability to add other healing thoughts, other requests for your own country. This is powerful holographic work. You are in the holographic Planetary Healing Room. See the third-dimensional and fifth-dimensional Earths intersecting and the transfer of spiritual powers increasing.
Feel and see the manifestation that you are meditating on. Now, I am going to separate the fifth-dimensional Earth from the top of the third-dimensional Earth. I place the fifth- dimensional Earth next to the third-dimensional Earth. The third-dimensional Earth now is sparkling with this new spiritual energy from intervention and intersection light. Your powerful thoughts and requests are illuminating the holographic third-dimensional Earth.
Let White Buffalo Calf Woman manifest on the Earth as soon as possible. Let her bring the feminine power that can save this planet from destruction.
And now, it is time to leave the Planetary Healing Room. I am going to leave these two Earths holographically in the Planetary Healing Room, and anytime during the next two days, the next 48 hours, you have my permission to visit and bring the two planets, the Fifth on top of the Third, with the intersection of five percent. You can repeat this exercise.
There will not be nuclear war, and there will not be any nuclear bombs dropped during this time period. Rise from your seats; gather yourself up. Walk out the door and down the hallway and travel to the corridor at the exit from which you came, knowing that you can return anytime in the next 24 to 48 hours with any special requests for this spiritual manifestation at the intersection, and know that we are now in the pre-intersection phase. Requests for manifestation are accepted.
Now enter the corridor and travel at the speed of thought back to your room on planet Earth (Tones “Ta, ta ta.”) You arrive at a place six feet above your physical body. Align your Spirit with your physical body and enter your physical body now in perfect alignment. Come back into your physical body filled with this fifth-dimensional energy and power. The power and light of White Buffalo Calf Woman is with each of you. She wants you to help her manifest on the Earth, and she needs your help. You are back into the physical body, fully attuned, and ready to open your eyes and return to normal consciousness.
