Protecting Your Spiritual Energy Field

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We would like to begin by talking with you about your spiritual energy field. I would like to say that many of you are experiencing vulnerability, that is, you feel vulnerable in your spirituality and in your spiritual energy field.

There are many reasons why you can feel vulnerable. Basically, the planet is experiencing a crisis. The planet is going through an unprecedented, rapid shift in many of the systems that are necessary to keep a stable biological environment.

One of the major dangers to the planet is the radiation that is permeating. The permeation or the distribution of radiation had become a problem before the Fukushima power plant accident. There have been for many years rapid exposures of damaging radiation in the oceans and throughout the atmosphere. This has been due to nuclear testing above ground and also the dumping of mass amounts of radiation wastes in the oceans. One estimate is that there are over 50,000 tons of dangerous radiation that has been dumped into the oceans.

What you are seeing at this point is a major addition to the rapidly deteriorating situation regarding the exposure to radiation. However, the human body is very adaptable. The biological organisms on this planet have great adaptability. The Earth throughout its history has experienced difficult events that were catastrophic in nature. The Earth has been able to survive, and many of the species did die, but others adapted and survived.

You are living during a planetary crisis. You are being called upon to make major changes in yourself, and you are being called upon to make changes in your energy field. I want to discuss with you the importance of protecting your spiritual energy field. I want to talk with you today about making sure that your energy field and your aura are protected. Everyone knows that radiation places holes in the Earth’s atmosphere. Overexposure to the radiation blasts or creates holes in the energy field of the Earth which can cause leakages of the life force energy.

You can also, on a personal level, experience leakages in your energy field if you are overly exposed to radiation. Everyone on the planet now is being overly exposed to radiation. Everyone! I know that this may come as a shock because some of you may think that you are living in a safe area. I know that many of you are living in very protected places on the planet. I know that many of you have developed sacred energy fields and sacred sites around your living areas. I am proud and happy about this. The key in maintaining your protection is through the maintenance of a strong spiritual energy field. The key in maintaining your survivability during this unprecedented shift is to create a protective energy field so that you can adapt.

Adaption is a multidimensional process. Adaption includes protection so that you are not overly bombarded with dangerous energy. Also adaption includes making the shifts in yourself and in your DNA to adapt to what is becoming the new normal. The new normal on this planet is an overly increased amount of radiation.

Some people have even suggested that certain extraterrestrials, such as the Reptilians, are waiting for mankind to destroy themselves with radiation. It is believed that the Reptilians have special shielding in their structure and in their DNA to adapt to the radiation. Some of the people have even jokingly said that the cockroaches will be one of the most adaptable life forms on this planet because they can evolve quickly and adapt to this radiation.

There are other forces besides radiation that are factors that are considered dangerous. For example, other environmental pollution can affect your energy field. That is why I am talking to you about protecting your energy field. The different methods that I have explored with you in protecting your energy field have to do with creating energy shapes in the configuration of the Cosmic Egg. It also has to do with using different colors and also in using shielding around your energy field. The shielding can include placing a blue corridor of light around you, such as Arcturian blue. The shielding can also include a white light in layers. The idea is that your spiritual energy field needs to be protected.

You know that you will take your spirit body with you when you leave the planet. You do not want your spiritual body to be damaged. You do not want your spiritual body to be distorted. You have the mental body, the emotional body, the physical body and the spiritual body. Primarily, the spiritual body has those aspects of yourself that will ascend and transfer to the higher dimensions.

Logically, you would agree that it is most important to protect your spiritual body from assaults. Assaults from external forces can include radiation. Many people on the planet have become mentally unbalanced. You are witnessing unprecedented wars and unprecedented social upheavals on this planet. These upheavals and these wars and conflicts and polarizations are creating imbalanced energy fields.

This is a time for acceleration. This is a time on the planet where suddenly people realize that there are limited resources. Unfortunately, this is a time in which people generally, from a social and political standpoint, are becoming hardened in their positions. They do not want to compromise. You have seen this a great deal last year. Unfortunately, this kind of polarization energy is going to continue. There is a lot of distorted energy. People are hypercritical in a negative way towards people who may not be agreeing with those that are in power or those that have a certain view.

Polarization has been a problem on the Earth for many centuries. I have spoken about how the group energy has been a constant danger. Many of you in previous lifetimes have had negative experiences in groups. You have either been, shall we say, prejudiced by groups or abused by groups. On the other hand, you have been part of good groups. The negative groups somehow have been betraying you and may have even become cults. There are many different scenarios that have occurred in the group energy.

However, this does not mean that groups by themselves are bad. It just means that there is a typical force of energy on the Earth that can use the group energy for selfish purposes. We believe this is a time in which it is not necessary to worship one leader. This is a time where everyone must come into their own self-mastery.

This is a time when it is necessary to find the master within yourself. This is one of the interesting paradoxes now on the Earth.

I am going to bring this discussion into the next level which is, how do we use fifth- dimensional energy to protect ourselves? And, how do we use fifth-dimensional energy to bring forth major changes that need to be done? Finally, how is it that groups such as the Group of Forty can be used in a positive way for this type of acceleration which includes protection and the bringing down of fifth-dimensional energy?

One of the interesting lessons on this planet focuses on the following issue: How do you rapidly bring fifth-dimensional energy down into the third dimension? Perhaps it might be fair to say that many of you have had previous lifetimes on other planets. Some of you have had previous lifetimes as fifth-dimensional beings. I think it is also correct to say that you may have underestimated the density of the third dimension. Even the Ascended Masters, who have come to this planet bringing great gifts and bringing great energy, have underestimated the densities on this third-dimensional Earth. That may seem shocking to you. Because you know that there have been some fantastically powerful spiritual masters who have come to the Earth, and they have brought great lessons and great teachings. They have personally led exemplary lives. They have access to what would be considered miracles. Yet, some of the masters have had at this point difficulty in overcoming the third-dimensional density. Their teaching and their energies still have not been able to overcome this current planetary crisis.

One of the great lessons in coming to the Earth is how do you bring fifth-dimensional energy down into the Earth in order to change this planet?

There are many lessons that each of you have to learn in order to graduate from the Earth. Some of these are personal lessons. You will want to know what the secret is to bringing the fifth-dimensional energy into the solving of your personal problems. You want to know, how do you bring the fifth-dimensional energies into protecting yourself?

I am going to give you answers to this. Then I am going to give you some specific exercises, and then we will also be talking about some of the Native American approaches to this problem.

First I want to tell you that there are examples in your history of masters who have brought down fifth-dimensional energy to this planet. We have seen this on a personal level and also on a large mass group level.

I want to talk first on the personal level. What we need to understand is that there are different levels of bringing down fifth-dimensional energy in a rather surprising way. I am going to talk about two Native Americans, Chief Crazy Horse, and I am going to talk about Geronimo. Both of these men were able, through their special powers, to bring down fifth-dimensional energy around them. During their lives, they seemed to be very well protected. For example, Geronimo was able to go into battle and never suffer defeat. Bullets would fly around him and he never seemed to be wounded.

Chief Crazy Horse also had special powers of protection. These are two examples of someone who has been able to bring down special forces and special protection around their energy field.

There are other examples in your religious stories. You have the story of Moses, who was able to use fifth-dimensional energies to move a group across a waterway. He was also able to use fifth-dimensional energies on top of a mountain, and he was able to survive for many days without food or water. There were many different experiences that he had that were shown to be fifth dimensional.

Jesus/Sananda also demonstrated fifth-dimensional energy in a dynamic way. He demonstrated bilocation. He demonstrated the ability to rise and recreate his body and ascend, which is of course one of the major gifts and the major energies in the fifth dimension. Also, Jesus was able to leave behind an energy field which was used by his followers to create a force for teachings of higher wisdom. Unfortunately, some of the teachings were distorted, but we know that some of the groups, such as the Essenes, were able to use his teachings in a way that allowed them to also experience fifth-dimensional energy.

The Essenes, as a group, chose to experience this fifth-dimensional energy in their isolated caves. They chose to experience this fifth-dimensional light as part of their withdrawal from the normal life and the normal social ways.

There are many other examples of the masters and teachers and famous people who have brought down fifth-dimensional energy. What is their secret? In addition, I think it is important for each one of you to ask this question: How is it that I can accelerate the bringing down of the fifth-dimensional energy so that this fifth-dimensional energy will manifest quickly? That seems like an obvious question. You and I throughout these years have observed and experienced heightened fifth-dimensional energy. You and I together with this group have envisioned Planetary Cities of Light, Ladders of Ascension, Rings of Ascension, Iskalia Mirrors and many other different fifth-dimensional forces around this planet, forces that are now helping to raise the spiritual light quotient of the planet.

The question is, why isn’t fifth-dimensional healing energy manifesting quicker? Why isn’t everything changing? Why is it that the whole planet has not received and has accepted this fifth-dimensional energy?

First of all, I want to tell you that that is a central question for all of the Ascended Masters. There is not a simple answer. I am going to give you one answer, but it is not a complete answer. The ideas and energy that you connect with in the fifth dimension do not always immediately manifest. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if they immediately manifested? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you envisioned your city as a City of Light, and then it immediately raised its vibration, and everyone was living in peace and with social justice in a just society?

One of the lessons that every one of the starseeds who are planetary healers must learn is how to accelerate the bringing down of fifth-dimensional energy into the Earth. One important answer to this question lies in the teachings of Geronimo and the teachings of Chief Crazy Horse and in the teachings of Chief White Eagle. That teaching has to do with the acquiring of personal power. It is such an important lesson today for you to learn about how to bring down fifth-dimensional energy.

In reality, your Higher Self already knows how to bring down fifth-dimensional energy. You may need further instructions on how to manifest that fifth-dimensional energy onto this planet. I am going to ask Chief White Eagle to speak with you. I am going to remind you that the key paradigm for the transitioning of this planet into the fifth dimension lies in the Sacred Triangle. The teachings of the Sacred Triangle focus on a unity of three spiritual paradigms. I have spoken about it so many times. Each paradigm (The Galactic Spirituality, the White Brotherhood and Sisterhood and the Native Peoples teachings) standing alone is not strong enough to bring down and manifest in an accelerated way the fifth-dimensional energy. If each paradigm by itself could do it, then, for example, the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood energy field would have transformed the Earth. If the Native Peoples had been strong enough, they would have been able to bring peace and balance to the planet. If the Star Beings were able to do this, they would have done it already.

Many of you know from past lifetimes that other planets have not resolved this type of planetary crisis that the Earth now is experiencing. I know from my dreamtime connections with many of you that some of you have personally experienced the destruction of third-dimensional planets that you were on. Some of you have directly seen, tragically, how a planet can destroy itself while they were experiencing the same type of crisis that is now before the Earth.

The teachings of the Sacred Triangle say that all three paradigms must come together in order to resolve the current planetary crisis. To answer the question about how to bring down and accelerate the manifestation of fifth-dimensional energy into the Earth, into the third dimension now, we turn to Chief White Eagle. I am Juliano.

Hey ya hoooooo. Hey ya hooooo. All my words are sacred. Greetings, I am the Chief White Eagle, and I welcome the spirit of Geronimo and the spirit of Chief Crazy Horse. Now, we welcome all of you to our great powwow, in our great Medicine Wheel, and in our great circle of light. You and I are brothers and sisters, and you and I are gathering here today to learn the great teaching of personal power.

Personal power is the ability to connect with higher energy and use that higher energy on the Earth for a specific purpose. There are a great many people who attain spiritual wisdom. It is a difficult task to become spiritually wise. It is a difficult task to understand what is going on in your own lifetime. It is a great challenge to live in peace and harmony with yourself.

You also know that it takes something else beyond personal harmony to change a planet, to change a city, to change a country, or to change the Earth. What is it? That is where the example and the teachings of Chief Crazy Horse and of the White Buffalo Calf Woman and Geronimo come in. All of these masters are exhibiting great personal power. They are exhibiting the ability to protect themselves energetically. They are exhibiting the ability to change others around them.

Personal power has to do first of all with creating a magnetic energy field around you. A magnetic energy field is an important concept in personal power. If you look at a person, then you could say there are many different ways of describing an energy field. You can describe an energy field as being in a perfect shape. You can describe an energy field as having holes in it. You can describe an energy field as having attachments on it that are parasitic. You can describe an energy field as being dark. You can describe an energy field as being light.

Someone who has personal power has cleared their energy field. By clearing their energy field, there are no parasitic attachments. Someone who has personal power is able to bring down their Higher Self and their masters and teachers. We had talked about going on a vision quest, for example. Part of the idea of going on a vision quest is that you speak to your personal guides and teachers. In a vision quest you can speak to your power animals, and you can bring your power animal and your guides and teachers into your energy field. With that force, you are able to effect change.

Your strong magnetic energy field has the ability to attract others who want to be with you and who share the same vision. This means that a personal power can be also adapted in creating a group energy.

Crazy Horse, for example, had many followers. Geronimo had many followers. I know that they were warriors, and I know that they were fighting forces that were sometimes evil. I am not here to judge or criticize or evaluate the path of warriors that they chose to manifest on Earth. We only could say that we were not in their shoes, or moccasins, so we do not know how we would have acted if we were there. We do know that they were fulfilling, to the best of their ability, the gathering of personal power in order to protect and maintain their lifestyle.

The path of going on the warpath is not necessary now. There are other ways of manifesting and using your powers to gain influence on this planet.

Magnetic energy attracts people. I am asking each of you to connect with your personal power. Consider what type of personal power is increased in a group. Geronimo and Chief Crazy Horse could not achieve anything without group support.

What group power is there in the Group of Forty? What magical or mystical powers lie in 40 members in one group? What mystical powers lie in 40 groups of 40? What mystical powers lie in having groups around the globe? You see, it is time to evaluate your personal power on two levels. The first level is in your own individual life, and the second level is being part of a group. A group has an energy of its own that is magnetic and that can attract many people.

There are energy fields and forces that you can work with more powerfully when you are connected with other people. This is a basic teaching. This is a basic teaching not only of the Native People, but it is also a fact that is well known on the Earth. The danger has been shown to happen when a group force has been misused. Connect with fifth-dimensional energy. We are looking at many higher dimensional concepts. We are looking at divine wisdom. We are looking at divine judgment. We are looking at the just society. We are looking at divine mercy. We are looking at divine compassion. We are looking at divine endurance and victory. These energies can lead the way to a victory over the darker third-dimensional forces. You now have the ability to stand up to darkness with higher wisdom and higher teachings that are coming more strongly to this planet.

White Buffalo Calf Woman represents a powerful force in the world of personal power. She is showing us the path of justice, the path of balance and the path of personal integrity and planetary balance. She is helping the planet transcend the lower third-dimensional polarizations that are destroying the beloved Earth.

It is true that there is a planetary force of rectification. There is a force of planetary healing. The Earth has been out of balance. The negative forces that can destroy this planet will be overcome by a greater spiritual force that lies within your ability to attract personal power and to unite your personal power with the group. Hey ya hoooooo.

First, the most important thing is that you want to connect with your own personal power. You want to feel that you can protect yourself. You want to feel that you have a strong energy field.

Yes, Juliano spoke to you about the dangers at this time. He spoke about the fact that your spiritual energy field is vulnerable. That means a vulnerable spiritual energy field can be affected by darker forces. That means that your spiritual energy can be sucked from you. That means that your spiritual energy can be withdrawn from you. There are many different results that can occur from being vulnerable spiritually. Part of that vulnerability occurs from living on a planet that has a great deal of imbalances from many sources.

Having spiritual power in the Native tradition is connected to being a spiritual warrior. Spiritual warriors are able to emit a great energy. I am asking you now to connect to your inner self, connect to your inner spiritual warrior side. Connect to your spirit guide. If you so feel chosen, connect to Chief Crazy Horse, connect to me, Chief White Eagle, connect to Geronimo, connect to Chief Buffalo Heart, connect to White Buffalo Calf Woman. Invite them into your energy field now. We will go into silent meditation as you feel their energy all here waiting to connect to you.

When you connect to your personal power guide and teacher, your energy field becomes more powerful. You feel able to throw off these lower and darker energies. I will be chanting very softly while you are connecting with your personal guides. Hey ya hooo. Hey ya hooo…. Bring these guides into your energy field.

Invite them into your energy field. Invite these spiritual warriors into your energy field now. Heyahoooooo….

Know that you can have these spirit guides with you whenever you want. They can be with you as you are walking through the planet. They can be with you as you are exposed to different levels of negativity. The spiritual warrior within you and your power guide and teacher will help you to build a strong energy field. Lower negative energy will not be able to penetrate your magnetic power.

Feel your pulsing aura push out with the strength of a powerful warrior. Remember Geronimo and how he was able to use this technique. Even bullets could not touch him. This is how powerful your energy field can become!

Do not be afraid to shout. Do not be afraid to make a loud noise. That is why we use drums in our ceremony. That is why we are using the rattles. That is why we are shaking the energy field to remind the energy field, this is the new way. This is the way to activate personal power. This is the way of the spiritual warrior.

Now with your ability to have personal power, connect to the fifth dimension. The ideas and the solutions of healing the Earth lie in the fifth dimension. Juliano has given great lessons in traveling to the Crystal Lake and to the Arcturian Temple. The idea is that when you are in these places, you connect to your Supermind. You connect to the higher level of consciousness that sees so much more, that feels so much more. In the Supermind you are connected with super powers, super energy and new ways of using your personal power on the Earth.

So, you see, we are all gathered together now, you and I, in a great circle of light, in a great Medicine Wheel 50 miles above the Earth. All of us are sitting around this beautiful circle. It is like a beautiful tipi, like a Medicine Wheel. After you hear my words and after this lecture, go into your Medicine Wheel and feel the power. We, as a group, are in a big circle above the Earth.

Heyahoooo…. O Father-Mother, Creator of all, we are gathered in this beautiful Medicine Wheel. The Medicine Wheel is a circle of power. It is a teaching that we can gather the powers of the galaxy, the powers of the masters and the teachers in our Medicine Wheel now. Let each who hear these words and who are participating in this circle be activated in their own personal power. Let them each become the spiritual warrior that they are. Let each of them connect to their guides and teachers so they can follow their path of planetary healing. Let their teachings and their thoughts and words be powerful. Let them have great courage and strength for they are following the way of the White Buffalo Calf Woman. They are following the way of the Galactic Kachina in bringing through in a courageous way a new teaching to this planet. Heyahooooooo… heyahooooo…. So I ask that each of you accept now these gifts, the gifts of your power animal, the gift of the deer, the gift of the buffalo, the gift of the eagle, the gift of the bear, the gift of the whale, the gift of the dolphin. The healing of this planet depends upon you as starseeds, fulfilling your mission. Part of that mission is to accept and use your personal power for planetary healing and for your own personal healing. Let each of your energy fields be more magnetized and more powerful.

A powerful energy field can push off negative energies that come to you. Fill up your energy field now with beautiful white light and also with strong light. We are all brothers and sisters on this Earth, brothers and sisters in this galaxy. This is the great teaching. Now you know that many of the Ascended Masters are Native teachers coming to help you activate your power as planetary healers and spiritual warriors.
