Coherence and Personal, Planetary and Galactic Healing

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. I want to look at the concept of coherence and how this important concept applies to personal, planetary and galactic healing. Coherence is a term which has a multidimensional meaning, especially when it comes to energy work.

Coherence means that there is a unification of all aspects of the body, the mind and the spirit. It also applies to the planet. Coherence means that all of the energies are directed in a single force, in a single pattern and in a single way. On a personal level, when you act with coherence, then you are able to accomplish many powerful things and have a resource of energy available to you that is far beyond what your normal limitations might be.

Even from this brief description, you will understand how desirable it is to have coherence in your individual energy work, in your personal healing work, and also, equally important, in the planetary healing that all of you want to accomplish.

There are several important factors in developing coherence, and I will cover those factors today. I want to also explain some ideas about planetary coherence. Most people, after we explain coherence, will understand and accept the need for coherence in your personal actions and in your energy. In fact, on a personal and planetary basis, we are already seeing the drastic ill effects that are occurring when people do not have coherence. There are many examples now of the lack of coherence on the planet. This planet is not experiencing coherence, but exactly the opposite.

Many people have a lack of coherence in their energy field. This is a very serious situation because if your energy field is not coherent, then you are moving towards disunity. Disunity in an energy field means, in particular, that lower vibrational beings can attach themselves to your energy fields causing many problems. The ultimate side effect is that when a lower being attaches to you, then they can control you and control your actions. This is a direct result of lacking coherence in your energy field.

You are seeing now many different examples of energy fields that lack coherence and how those particular people with the lower energy fields are being controlled by lower dimensional beings. Almost every week you are reading about people who are committing very heinous crimes. You are also reading about untold wars and drastic confrontations on this planet. This is a direct effect of lack of coherence.

The opposite, coherence, establishes a safeguard. The lack of disunity leads to a protection of your energy field. I want all of you now to see and feel your energy field coming into a coherent system of light. Listen to this tone and command with an affirmation that your energy field is coming into a strong coherence. OOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhh. (Repeats twice.)

Feel the energy coming into a single unit. The first aspect of coherence has to do with focus. The first step in focus is to feel and experience yourself in unification as an energetic being. Then, when you come into a coherent energy, you have strength, you have powers, and you have abilities that are far beyond what you would have in normal consciousness. In fact, let me say at this moment that coherence is an altered state of being. Coherence is a higher form of energy. Coherence is being in a higher state of energy that is comparable to connecting with your higher self. In this higher state you can direct this energy towards a specific goal.

One of the basic goals that all of you are directing your energy towards is the Ascension. You need your full energetic cooperation for the Ascension. You need your full attention. You need your full focus in order to ascend. Ascension means moving yourself into the fifth dimension. This is not an easy task. This is not something that you can do on a regular or normal basis. You cannot do it with regular consciousness. But, with a coherent energy field, you can ascend and you can move yourself into the fifth dimension.

You first focus and then you bring yourself into the coherent state and set a goal. The next level of understanding coherence is to have an idea of what you want to accomplish. Once you understand your goals, then you must set out to do work with the resistance to your meeting that goal.

Resistance is a powerful energy that is continually confronting you at this time on the Earth. Resistance can be defined as a blockage. Resistance can be defined as what is blocking you from achieving your goal and what is blocking you from moving forward with all of your light, all of your energy, as one unit, forward.

You will understand that resistance is an important experience on the third dimension. I am sure that you have already understood that there is plenty of resistance to go around on this planet. There are plenty of blockages. Why is it that you would come to a third-dimensional planet and have to experience resistance? The answer lies in the concept of the repair of your soul or the correction of your soul light energy.

Every time you come across a resistance to change or a resistance to expansion, then you are upon a soul lesson. You are upon a soul lesson in which you are here to correct a part of your soul and learn a new lesson. In fact, many of you have had the experiences of being on fifth- dimensional planets before. Why would it be necessary to return to the third dimension? The answer is clear: in order to experience the resistance so that you could complete soul repair. It is the experience of the resistance and the dealing with the resistance that will lead you to repair and correct your soul energy.

From this view, it is actually quite a heightened blessing that you experience the resistance when you are trying to be coherent. Dealing with resistance will help you to directly understand what it is about your soul energy that you need to repair. When you experience the resistance, then you can find help from others who will assist you in the repair. So resistance is an indication of the need for repair. Let each of you now feel the energy of coherence and feel the energy towards the Ascension and feel the energy of any resistance that you might feel towards the Ascension.

Many of you have already experienced resistance towards ascending. Some of the resistance has to do with not feeling good about yourself, and also you might feel like you are unable to complete all your tasks. Also there are some doubts in the mental body about whether it is possible to complete ascension. Ascension is a mind-challenging concept. That is, that you in this Earth body can accelerate your energy and move forward into the fifth dimension. It does not seem logical. It does not seem as if it is possible. You might feel blocked from achieving this.

I want to tell you that such blocks are resistance. Some of you have actually returned to this planet to re-experience the Ascension. You have come here to learn and experience that this resistance is about a soul repair. It is a soul repair that has to do directly with reevaluating your understanding of moving from one dimension to the next. Accept that you can ascend and accept that you must be in a state of mind of coherence. You must be applying yourself totally to your ascension. You must be working on what it is that you need to repair of yourself, and then you can move yourself with your coherence, with your unity, into a higher light.

You have the spiritual technology now to do this, especially with your knowledge of shimmering, your knowledge of bilocation and your knowledge of thought projection.

I want to look now at the concept of coherence on a planetary basis. Let us for a moment try and visualize and try and imagine what it would be like to live on a planet that has coherence. In coherence, everyone and every part of the energy of the planet is directed towards one coherent energy. You are experiencing the exact opposite on this planet now. This planet is lacking greatly in coherence. There are people all over this planet who have different opinions and different energetic applications of where this planet is focusing and where this planet is moving.

This planet is not coherent. The energy field of the planet has holes in it. The energy field of the planet is not focused in one direction. In fact, it is exactly the opposite. The planet is being pulled in different directions. I, Juliano, am saying there are many planets in the galaxy that are very coherent. When these planets are experiencing coherence, then great things can be accomplished.

Truly it is difficult for a planet to achieve coherence. You are directly witnessing what it is like to live on a planet that does not have coherence. Let me list some of the traits and some of the observations I have made on planets that have coherence. A planet that has coherence has a protective energy field. The people on the planet who are contributing to coherence make sure that the energy field of the planet is protected.

Remember that we have explained to you that we, the Arcturians, have higher meditation energy activities. These activities are based on full-time spiritual masters who meditate continually. One of the things that they are doing is to hold the energy field, to hold the coherent energy pattern of the entire planetary system known as Arcturus. This is a key component for the whole planet. We recognize and we acknowledge this is one of the main functions of a planetary activity, a planetary healing, that is, to maintain the planetary coherent energy field of the planet.

If the planet is unable to have a coherent energy field, then there are certain activities and conditions that can exist that are not desirable. For example, if a planet lacks a coherent energy field, then that planet can be visited by extra-lower dimensional beings that can then interfere in the planetary system and can misuse or exploit that system. If the energy field of the planet is not coherent, then lower vibrational beings can pass through the doorways, the gateways of a planetary system and enter into the planetary field. Once they do that, then there can be great problems because of the exploitation of the planetary systems. But, if the energy field of the planet is coherent, then these lower dimensional beings cannot pass into the planet.

We are working on our energy systems and our meditations because we want to ensure that lower dimensional beings do not interfere. All planetary systems that have survived and are continuing to flourish have a protective energy field based on the principle of coherence. If a lower energy were to try and penetrate our field, for example, then we have a concentration of light and energy that we can direct and push those energies away.

This protective energy works also on a personal basis. When or if you are being attacked or invaded by a virus or by a lower energy being that wishes to harm you, then you need your coherent energy to push them away and to make sure that the lower energy cannot invade your energy space.

Think about the energy pattern of the Earth. I know you are aware of the lack of coherence in the Earth’s energy field. Visualize now a coherent energy pattern of light around the Earth. See this coherent energy pattern as one circle of light. See it as one unity of light. What is truly beautiful is that you, as a meditator and you as a planetary healer, can direct with your energy of coherence, a strong planetary shield around the Earth.

It is interesting to talk about planetary shields. It is interesting to say, what kind of coherent spiritual protection is there around the Earth at this point? I want you to see what I call the Iskalia Mirror. The Iskalia Mirror is a fifth-dimensional etheric mirror that is directly over the North Pole. The mirror is like a spiritual telescope receiving the light and energy from the Central Sun. It gathers high spiritual light, and then it brings this light down into the Earth. Now visualize the Iskalia Mirror as a protective mirror that has the coherence of your thoughts, of your goodwill, of your desire to bring the Earth into higher resonance with the energies of protection.

Now see this Iskalia Mirror acting as a protection around the entire Earth energy, blocking all lower vibrational frequencies that are trying to come into the Earth. It is amazing to explain that there are lower energies coming into the Earth. These energies are coming because of the holes in the Earth’s aura. These energies are coming from sources of lower vibrational beings. Now you have the Iskalia Mirror placed around the planet. This mirror is directing its light and energy as a protection around the entire Earth. It is true that you want to move the Earth forward as one planet. You want to help the Earth to ascend. In order for the Earth to ascend, there must be planetary coherence, there must be an energy of commitment of a large force that is speaking for and acting for the planet and moving the planet in a direction towards the fifth dimension.

A coherent energy field acts as a protection from negative energies. I know that you are aware of the many negative forces that exist in the solar system and in the galaxy. There are comets. There are asteroids. There are gamma ray emissions. There are harmful particles that can penetrate through the Earth’s protective shield and can come and damage the Earth. In fact, the Earth’s protective energy field is at a lower state at this moment for a variety of reasons. The Earth’s aura and energy field needs to be protected, and it needs to be raised.

When a planet is in coherence, then there is a strong protective energy field around it. When a planet has a coherent energy field, then events which can also lead to planetary extinction or planetary destruction do not happen. The higher planets that are resolving and fixing these planetary issues that the Earth is now experiencing, have developed a coherent protective energetic pattern. This coherent energetic pattern blocks the negative aspects and intrusions that can occur to a planet in the galaxy.

I want to mention coherence on a galactic level. I know that this may sound quite remarkable to you that we could speak of galactic coherence. You know that the galaxy is so large, and there are billions of suns, and there are millions of planets. There are at least 5,000 planets that we are involved with that have achieved higher consciousness. How is it that a galaxy can achieve coherence? What does it mean for a galaxy to achieve coherence?

This is an important question for me to explain the answer to you. It also will answer the question of why the Arcturians are involved in the Earth matters and why we are involved in many of the other planetary activities throughout the galaxy.

One of our missions and goals is to bring coherence to the galaxy. You see, coherence exists on a personal level. Coherence also exists on a planetary level. Coherence also exists on a galactic level. Ultimately, coherence exists on an intra- and intergalactic level. You may already know that this galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy, is part of a galactic system of galaxies that has as many as 12 or 13 galaxies in it. This system of galaxies is called the Local Group.

On a greater level, there can be and needs to be coherence among the galaxies in the Local Group. If you go to a greater level, there are other groups of galaxies. You see the picture of coherence can be described on a grand level.

We are now working on a system of categorizing, visiting and helping planets like the Earth go into higher unity and coherence with other planets. We want to work on developing coherence among all of the planets. We have talked about the Planetary Cities of Light and how the Planetary Cities of Light have sister Cities of Light in the galaxy. In the concept of sister cities, you want to link the energies of your sacred cities with planetary cities in other parts of the galaxy.

There can be galactic coherence. We are trying to work on bringing the unity and the unification of energy into the world of the galaxies. There are 5,000 planets in the Milky Way Galaxy among the billions of suns. If I say that these 5,000 planets have higher life forms, then the next question is how do you bring these planets into coherence? How do you bring them into some kind of unity where they are all working together? That is why there is a Galactic Council. That is why we are working to individually bring planets like the Earth into coherence with the galaxy.

One of the main ideas of the galactic spirituality is to understand that there is a coherency among the galaxy. There can exist a coherency among the many beings that inhabit the galaxy. Visualize and connect now with the 5,000 planets in the galaxy that have higher consciousness and that are also at this moment seeking a unity and a coherence with the Earth.

The Earth is known as The Blue Jewel. The Blue Jewel is known throughout the galaxy. Your thoughts and your energy in developing a coherent relationship with these other planets will assist in strengthening the Earth’s energy field. Let us go into meditation as you focus now on these other planets. They are sending light and energy and a pattern of coherence to you. We will go into meditation as you visualize and meditate on this.

Feel the web of planetary coherence among the 5,000 advanced planets in this galaxy. Feel that the Earth is now part of this beautiful galactic link. As you visualize the Earth being a part of this link, know that your meditation on coherence is strengthening the Earth’s energy field.

The Earth is not alone in its path. It is this realization that will help you to link with the global galactic network. We are also working directly now in helping you to heal and bring the Earth energy into focus. Planets that are coherent can achieve the Ascension. Planets that are coherent can move in one direction with great ease. Let it be in the near future. This planet Earth will become coherent and will be able to move in completing a great repair and will be able to accomplish the Ascension.

Hey ya ho ya hey. Hey ya hoooo. Greetings, I am the Chief White Eagle. I welcome you all. This is a time for needing coherent activity. It is a time for unity. I want to speak to you about the Medicine Wheel, because it has the power to create planetary coherence. The Medicine Wheel in its final form is a beautiful circle of light. The Medicine Wheel is directly working with the energy of the circle to create coherence.

The Medicine Wheel is communicating directly with the Earth, saying, here is a unified energy field. Here is a group of people who are working in a circle. We are sending the circle of light directly into the Earth, and we are using the circle of light to create a unified energy field.

Meditating and working in a Medicine Wheel will also affect your personal energy field. It will create for you an energy of coherence by being in the Medicine Wheel. You will feel more coherent. By tying your unity energy in with other people within the Medicine Wheel, you will feel more coherent. Most important, you will be working to create an influence on the Earth’s energy field so that the Earth will directly experience your coherent energy vibration.

I am aware that some of you are doing Medicine Wheels in your home location, but also you are doing planetary Medicine Wheels. You are establishing large wheels of light around the planet. Planetary Medicine Wheels seek a unity with the energy of the planet. Disunity and disharmony lead to destruction. Unity and coherence lead to advancement. Hey ya hoh. Hey ya hoh, hoh, hoh.

The Medicine Wheel ceremony can be done in conjunction with other people around the planet. People can do Medicine Wheels simultaneously throughout the planet. You then bring the Medicine Wheel in alignment with another Medicine Wheel. This will bring the Medicine Wheel into a more powerful position so the first Medicine Wheel will interact with the other Medicine Wheels. It is also important to have the Medicine Wheels built and activated at the same time.

Some of the Medicine Wheels can go out into the galaxy. Some of the Medicine Wheels can create a linkage to your galactic neighbors. You see, the crop circles are Medicine Wheels from other dimensions. The crop circles are coming from other realms and other planets who are seeking a unity with the Earth and who are seeking a coherence with the Earth. They are sending special coherent light and energy and instructions to the Earth on how to establish a more systematic and unified energy field.

In science the great goal is to find the unified energy field theory. Scientists want to find the unified light and unified energy key that will explain the universe. When that is found, there are great and untold powers that are going to be unlocked for humanity. These untold powers need to be overseen with the greatest caution.

I, Chief White Eagle, welcome new crop circles that are coming to this planet. These crop circles are appearing from many different sources, from many different planetary systems, and they are giving guidance and energy and light to many of you. They are helping to activate a new system of galactic coherence on the Earth. Crop circles are helping to connect the Earth to the galactic system of planetary stars, also known as the Star Family.

I am going to ask Archangel Metatron to speak with you now. This is your friend and brother and star friend, Chief White Eagle. All my words are sacred. All my relations. Ho!

Greetings, I am Archangel Metatron. We are talking about unity. Coherence, as Chief White Eagle and Juliano spoke about it, has to do with the unity of the oneness, the unity of being coherent with all that there is. Experiencing the oneness or unity is difficult. There is a greatest resistance to experiencing this unity in the third dimension. The resistance has to do with the perception there is lack of unity on the Earth. Yet, experiencing unity on the third dimension is exactly why some of you have come here to the Earth. Paradoxically, if you do not feel unified, then later you can feel more unified. It is a paradox. It is a contradiction.

Become unified in the light of the Creator. Become unified in the light of All That Is. Let the greatness of the Creator be coherent with your light. May your light be coherent with the Creator. May you be in alignment with the unity, for all is united. That is the height of coherence. That is the height of repair.

So you see, all that is not in coherence needs to be repaired, needs to be brought into unification. The universe is a holographic light that is unified. It is through your light, through your consciousness, that brings higher unification. The key to unification and the key to coherence is consciousness, is intention and in bringing forth a new focus.

Let this world, the planet Earth, be aligned in unification. Tikkun ha Olam. (Hebrew for Repair of the World) The repair of this world begins in creating a unified energy light around the planet. So this unified light is called the Ring of Ascension. It is a halo of light around this planet and it is part of this repair. As the world comes into coherent energy based on your thoughts and vibrations, there will be a great, magnificent repair of the energy field of the planet. As it is, so it shall be.
