Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. I would like to look at the concept called vibrational medicine. Helio-ah will be working with you in this lecture, providing a framework for a vibrational healing meditation for yourself. The vibrational medicine is an old art, but it is also now being reintroduced into the starseed consciousness. The idea is that you are a vibrational energy field, and a healing can occur by removing densities in your energy field. Vibrational healing accelerates the removal of the energy of blockages so that they are released. Vibrational healing also can include doing psychic vibrational surgery when necessary.
Vibrational healing is an advanced technique, and it is on the cutting edge of today’s New Age world. There are many aspects of vibrational healing that can easily be applied to your everyday situation. Your everyday situation may need to have a healing light and a healing vibration.
When I teach the concept of vibrational medicine, I also talk about the important technique called “spiritual relaxation”. You have heard me use this term many times during our meditation exercises. During our Arcturian meditation exercises, I will ask you first to go into a state of physical relaxation, and then I will ask that you go into a state of spiritual relaxation.
Spiritual relaxation can be defined as a state of expanded consciousness in which one is in contact with one’s Higher Self. It does require one to be in state of relaxation so that the spiritual energy in one’s body can come forward into your consciousness. Spiritual relaxation is an important component in vibrational medicine healing. The healer should be in an expanded state of consciousness, and should also be in a state of spiritual relaxation. Hopefully the healee will also get into a state of spiritual relaxation. Spiritual relaxation means that there is an opening of higher consciousness which allows the nervous system to align and be in communication with your Higher Self. There are inner codes that are opened when you go into that state of spiritual relaxation.
Sometimes you have heard me talk about the Ascension Codes, and other times you have heard me talk about the valve of perception in the brain that is located in the Reticular Activating System. When this valve is open, one can experience higher perception including the ability to perceive higher dimensions. When one is in a state of spiritual relaxation, then you can experience the opening of the valve, and you then experience the higher light from the Fifth Dimension, and you can become more aware of yourself as a vibrational energy.
Also, when you are in a state of spiritual relaxation, you will find that you become more open to the vibrational healing. When you are in that expanded state of consciousness, then your receptivity to advanced healing input is widened, and you are more receptive. You know that receptivity is one of the greatest teachings of the Kabbalah. The teachings can be summarized in one word, which is receptivity, or the ability to receive.
You have to have emptied yourself to achieve the state of spiritual relaxation, and then you are equally open to receiving the vibrational healing from the healer, or from an Ascended Master in a higher dimension. You already know many of the vibrational healing exercises, such as the Cosmic Egg and the ability to increase the pulsing of the aura. These are all tools for vibrational healing, vibrational medicine.
Now for today’s work, I have asked Helio-ah to present a special healing exercise. Now, in order to participate in the exercise, I am going to ask that you obtain, if you can, two crystals. To do this exercise, you are going to have two crystals, one in each hand. Now if, for some reason, you cannot get the two crystals, then just note the exercise and then repeat the exercise at a later time using the two crystals. And the crystals should be small enough so that you can hold them in your hand.
I am now going to give the next part of the lecture over to Helio-ah, and I hope that you have, in the meantime, been able to get two crystals. This is Juliano.
Greetings. I am Helio-ah. We are the Arcturians. I want to explore ways of doing advanced vibrational healing with each of you. I recognize how important it is to be healed. And this exercise that I am going to explain has three parts. The basic idea is that you have chosen two crystals to hold in your hand. You will go into a meditative state while you are in a state of spiritual relaxation. Then you will feel your spirit body rise when I send a corridor of light to your room, and then your spirit energy field and the energy field of the crystals you are holding will enter the corridor and come to my starship.
Once you are in my starship, you will be in your spirit body, and you will be holding the two crystals, and then I am going to do a special healing and calibration of your energy field and of the energy field of the crystals. To put it simply, we are going to program the crystals and calibrate them to your specific energy needs for a healing. When you return to your physical body, the crystals will also return spiritually back into their physical crystals that you are holding in your hands.
I, Helio-ah, send down a corridor of light to each of your rooms who are listening or reading these words. The corridor of light is from my starship Athena, and now that corridor enters your room, and you experience a golden, yellow, brilliant light. The corridor of light is a fifth-dimensional corridor of light, and I bring the glow of light of the Fifth Dimension into your room.
You are sitting there, and I want you to hold the crystals in your hands, one in the left hand and one in the right hand, and take three deep breaths again, as you go deeper and deeper into this state of spiritual relaxation and expanded consciousness. You feel a bond and strong connection with the crystals that you are holding in your hand. Energetically, your spirit body interacts with the spirit body of the crystals, which come with you up the corridor now and travel at the speed of thought and enter my starship Athena. And as you come into the starship Athena, go down the hallway to Helio-ah’s Healing Chamber rooms.
You come into a large room that is filled with many small booths. Each booth is like a small room and it is set up for you. Your booth is energetically calibrated to your soul history and to your current Earth aura as it is now being experienced in the Third Dimension. From this input the advanced computer in your personal booth evaluates all the needs for your healing, and then those needs are being activated in fifth-dimensional manifestation.
Enter the healing chamber, sit down, and I want you to go into a deeper state of spiritual relaxation, as I, Helio, begin the process of correlating, calibrating and assessing the light and healing configuration that is necessary for your healing at this time. As I do that, I will simultaneously be programming the crystals that you brought with you and are still holding. The crystals will absorb and receive that energy field. You can bring that healing energy calibration back with you and with the crystals when you return to the Earth. Go into a state of silence now, as you allow me and my chamber to continue to do our assessing and healing calibration for you. We will go into silence. (Silence)
The computer in the healing room is now configuring the right adaptation for healing your energy field. It is being configured for the vibrational energy work that is necessary for you, and it is now being downloaded into your energy field. The healing energy and calibration is also being downloaded as a program into the crystals that you are holding in your hand. We will go back into silence again as I continue and complete the activation of the crystals that you are holding. (Silence)
Very good. The calibration and the programming are now filling the crystals. Your energy in the healing chamber feels expanded, charged, and filled with fifth-dimensional healing light. (Chants “Ooohh.”) The work in the healing chamber is completed. The two crystals you are holding have now been successfully programmed in my healing chamber, and the crystals especially calibrated for your healing needs. Your energy field has been updated so that when you return to your third-dimensional body with this update or charge, you will also feel a powerful healing light enter your physical body. This healing light also emanates from the crystals that you are holding.
The spirit of the crystals will return to the main physical crystals. You will be able to repeat this healing experience by holding those crystals in your hand and going into meditation. You can go into a state of spiritual relaxation when you want to repeat this healing experience. The crystals will have a charge that will last for an additional five healing sessions. If you need to do more than five healing sessions with the crystals, you will have to redo this exercise by coming back up to my starship again to recharge them.
Okay, let us get ready to return. Gathering all this light and energy and vibration, you open up the door, step out of the healing chamber, walk down the hallway as you leave my healing room and come to a portal from which you came. Remember you are carrying the two crystals with you as you return to your physical body. The healing energy and the vibrational light of the crystals enter the corridor of light with you and travel back through the corridor of light to your physical body.
Now you arrive at a place six feet above your physical body. You are still in the corridor of light. At the count of three, you reenter your physical body in perfect alignment, and the crystals reenter the physical crystals in perfect alignment, carrying the charge of healing energy and programming that they received in my starship. One, two, three, now reenter. You may feel a jolt of light. Become aware of the crystals in your hand. They will feel warm and powerful. They are now programmed with this Arcturian Helio-ah healing charge, which will be good for an additional five more healing sessions on the Third Dimension.
As we close this part of the exercise, take another deep breath and say: “I accept this deep healing process that accelerates my healing by using these crystals.” Now I want you to go back into silence for two more minutes. (Silence)
Very good. You may put the crystals down on a table. Know that you have integrated this healing exercise, and this is an example of vibrational healing using fifth-dimensional Ascended Masters. And remember, when you wish to redo this healing experience, simply take the crystals in your hand, go into a meditative position of spiritual relaxation and meditate and hold the crystals in your hand for 10 minutes. You will have an equivalent healing session as what we have experienced today. I am Helio-ah. I return you to Juliano. Good day.
Predictions for 2026 by the Arcturians

Greetings. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. I have been asked to look at the year 2026, and see what predictions we, the Arcturians, foresee. In other words, how is the planetary situation going? In 2026 the starseeds will continue to contribute to the raising of the spiritual vibration of the planet.
Going to a higher Spiritual Light Quotient involves increasing one’s sensitivity, and this can lead to the prophetic state, the state of prophecy. Part of prophecy occurs when one can get into a state of spiritual relaxation. In that state you are able to open up to receiving messages and ideas that are in the higher thought field of the planet, thoughts that are potentially going to manifest.
From the Arcturian perspective, we make prediction for the 2026 based on our prophetic assessment that we transmitted in June of this year 2025. In that earlier assessment, we said that there was a global turning point that would be experienced in the summer of 2025. That turning point would offer an opportunity for success on whatever path one was choosing. Also this principle of a turning point applies on a global basis. Let us ask the question: What paths are being chosen for planetary consciousness?
Now the two biggest shifts, the biggest change that will occur in 2026 is a strengthening of polarizations and a positive shift towards spirituality. And that spirituality shift will manifest as a rise of global consciousness. Because the events that we would see, such as Earth changes, heat waves, storms, flooding, and other potential catastrophic or climate events, will continue to be very disruptive to the world order in 2026. But the good news is that it is going to become more apparent that global consciousness can unite the planet, and that there must be a unification of those people who want to work in global consciousness. That means that people are going to see that there is a connection between global consciousness and global change and Earth changes.
There will still be many people that will continue to be polarized in 2026. Because, remember, whatever was happening at the turning point will continue to follow that direction it was in at that time. If you tried to change the direction of your life this summer, then you are going to continue to follow that new direction. But if you are not trying to change the direction at the turning point, and you were going towards a lower vibration, then that old direction will continue. That means that if people were choosing to still use the old paradigms, then that lower energy will continue.
Now, from the standpoint of the turning point, that means that there will be more disruption of the planetary stability. I do not see dramatic global intervention in the planetary crisis yet in 2026. A dramatic change can only occur through major change through a united world effort. But what I do see is the first step in this process occurring in 2026, which is the rising of the global consciousness, partially out of desperation, but partially because there is going to be a clarity, that working together is the only way out of the planetary crisis. A global consciousness must include the global brotherhood and sisterhood idea.
Now I wanted to talk about the polarizations that you are seeing, especially in the United States. Certainly it is easy to choose sides in conflicts. This is what I see happening, especially in the United State, that is, people will continue to choose sides and strengthen their viewpoints. Other parts of the planet will also continue to experience this polarization. In the United States, in 2026 it may look like one side is winning or getting the upper hand. Unfortunately, even though one side may seem to win the battle, such a victory does not provide the healing that is necessary for a new balance. A house divided cannot stand. The polarization that you are witnessing in the United States is going to continue in 2026 and at times be more confrontational, but the overall effect will be the weakening of the United States, which is not a good thing. It is going to be a difficult lesson for the United States, that is, to learn the lesson that polarizations do not bring healings to a country or to a planet.
There are other countries, especially in South America, such as Brazil, that want to refocus on the global consciousness and global unity for planetary healing. These countries want to work towards a new global and spiritual balance, and their efforts will become surprisingly successful in 2026.
My advice is to not take sides in the polarization conflict, even though you may feel that one side is obviously right and the other side is not. The reason is because when you get involved, then you are contributing to the divided house. The United States experienced intense polarization in an internal civil conflict in the 1860s, which did long-lasting damage to their society, both economically and socially.
So we do not want to see such civil unrest happen again, and we encourage, then, the working together as brothers and sisters. Now there are a lot of other concerns, including the European war between Russia and Ukraine. The Ukrainian situation is going to be declared a stalemate in March of 2026. Both sides will admit that it is a stalemate, because the damage to both countries will become quite severe.
Now, people have asked me about the possibility of new world leaders emerging. There will be, especially, a younger generation of leaders stepping forward in 2026. There will be several new leaders emerging. One in particular is very spiritually minded. Because it is our position that the solution to this planetary crisis is a spiritual solution, and that the solution to the planetary crisis is in the Spontaneous Evolutionary Leap from Homo sapiens to Homo omega.
In 2026 there will be more understanding and acceptance that a new species, Homo omega, is going to emerge that is more highly evolved than Homo sapiens. In 2026 you will continue to see some of the old systems falling away, because these older systems are not able to adapt to the new changes successfully.
I have been asked about artificial intelligence, and what does that technology do for the future of the planet? And I would say that the outcome of AI is similar to how the world is dealing with the advances in DNA research. Humanity’s ability to modify DNA and work with the DNA codes is more advanced than the spiritual development of your species. Working with the DNA is an example, again, of how technology has become more advanced over spiritual development. DNA and AI technology are evolving faster than the spirituality of mankind. This problem is what we could see for the AI in 2026. The leaps and bounds in AI are going to be so fantastic in 2026, but humanity will not be able to keep up with the spiritual evolution that is necessary to process those advancements.
This is an unhealthy situation when the technology is getting stronger than the spiritual development on the planet. And this is the basic conflict of the Planetary Stage One development, where a planet like the Earth has evolved technologically, but Earth’s ability spiritually is not close to that advancement.
Now, what you will notice in 2026 is that they are going to apply AI to the development of space travel and going to Mars. Scientists will make some significant progress in that project. In 2026 scientists worldwide are going to make significant leaps in space and space-time travel. The only way to travel throughout the galaxy is overcoming the space-time continuum. You are not going to be able to just use space travel alone to go throughout the galaxy. You also are going to have to be able to manipulate time to travel galactically. I know that the solution to this problem seems years away, but to AI, the solutions to these problems are going to emerge in 2026, potentially revolutionizing space travel. The space-time continuum barrier is going to be blown wide open soon.
But this space-time travel is something that the Ascended Masters have worried about and predicted, because the Ascended Masters in the Galactic Council have known that the Earth scientists are closer to space travel breakthroughs. Once they make the breakthrough, then the Earth scientists or astronomers would be able to overcome the space-time barrier and travel anywhere in the galaxy or in the universe. But, the Galactic Council is concerned about that because the council does not want lower, denser third-dimensional energy brought across a space-time continuum. When I say lower energy, I am talking about the third-dimensional energy of aggressiveness, domination and bringing nuclear weapons into space travel.
It is clear to us, the Arcturians, and the other Galactic Masters, that the ideas of domination and aggression are still very strong in Homo sapiens. If you did achieve this advanced space-time technology, you, Homo sapiens, would bring with you those lower thought forms and technologies of aggression and war. This cannot be allowed. The Galactic Council will not allow those aggressive weapons and thought forms to enter the higher realms.
This position is important for the Galactic Council and for the Ascended Masters, because on the one hand, we do support the evolution in the higher technology, but on the other hand, if the species is not ready for spiritual advancement, then they cannot be allowed to bring forth the dangerous lower vibration of aggression into the higher realms.
The planet is going to be receptive in 2026 to a spiritual upliftment. Spiritual light from the Ascended Masters has been downloaded into the planet, especially since 2012. And that download has helped to establish a great foundation for the higher beings to visit and positively intervene in the planetary development. The higher beings include the Ascended Masters including the White Brotherhood and Sisterhood, the Ashtar Command, the Pleiadians and several other advanced Ascended Star Masters. The year 2026 will show us that there will be greater receptivity to the Star Masters, and that the planetary starseeds will continue to work hard for the spiritual upliftment and evolution of humanity. We, the Arcturians, are cooperating with the other Ascended Masters in uplifting humanity to the next level of planetary development.
So keep in mind that there will be strong spiritual energies in 2026, and keep yourself receptive to these higher energies. You are going to be surprised who is getting ready to cross the line and work towards global consciousness and global unity. You are going to be surprised who is going to be promoting planetary unity. There will be a new leadership in the planet, and perhaps there will be a new country that can lead the way and provide the global leadership for planetary healing and balance. I see blockages being removed from your aura now. I see the light of your spirit body, the Higher Self, flowing freely into your third-dimensional body now, and most important, as you are holding these crystals, I see you connect to the deep calibration of healing light that I configured for you in my healing chamber on the starship Athena. These crystals you are holding are charged with the Light of Helio-ah and the individual configuration that I was able to achieve when you visited my starship and my planetary healing chamber.
