The Effect of Cosmic Energy on Planet Earth

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. I welcome you to our starship Athena and to the Arcturian energy field that we are establishing for you. We establish for you this energy field whenever we connect. I will focus our discussion on cosmic energy. The stars, especially those that are in this section of the galaxy, emit a cosmic field of light that comes to the Earth. Those like you who are starseeds are sensitive and can feel the cosmic energy fields that are being emitted from nearby stars. It is truly extraordinary that star systems, such as the Arcturians’ and the Pleiadians’ star systems which are great distances away, still are able to emit a cosmic energy field that affects you. The important tool is that you must be sensitive and open to receiving this cosmic energy field from those star systems.

We know about Earth astrology, and we know, that according to many practices and theories of Earth astrology, the planets and their arrangement and alignment with the Zodiac constellations do influence human behavior. This practice and observation has been known since the ancient times. There is one theory that says the arrangement of the planets in the Zodiac are reflections of cosmic energies, and that the type of interactions and alignments with the stars and the occultations with planets are reflecting the universal energies that are now manifesting on the Earth. In this view, one can say that the planets themselves do not directly influence the behavior, but rather are reflecting or symbolically depicting the current status of the cosmic energy around the Earth.

The other view is that the planet alignments directly do influence the Earth, and that they are sending energies to everyone, and are creating and causing different behavioral effects. Our view is that both of these theories are accurate.

Modern astrology seems to be limited to the Zodiac and the solar system. There is, of course, some discussions about other star systems, but please remember that the other star systems were not well known when the systems of astrology were developed or brought to the Earth centuries ago. The newer perspective that we now are focusing on is that, in addition to the planetary influences, the Sun and the Zodiac constellations, there exist external extra-cosmic forces affecting the Earth that are outside of the solar system. There are extra-solar star systems that are influencing the Earth. These energies can be referred to as cosmic energy.

This cosmic energy can be harnessed, received and used for the spiritual development and evolution of humanity. It can be used for the development of health and welfare of humanity, both on a planetary and personal basis. It can be used to activate cosmic wisdom, cosmic knowledge and cosmic harmony. This cosmic awareness and ideas are part of the gift of the 21st century, which has been advanced by tremendous astrophysics discoveries about the nature of the galaxy and the nature of the universe or the cosmos.

In earlier lectures, I talked about the subatomic particle characteristic known as quantum entanglement. Entanglement is a phenomenon that is described in quantum physics. It is a complicated phenomenon, and it is a phenomenon that is not easily explained or understood. I will offer you a simple explanation in the theory of entanglement that applies to our spiritual work: If two subatomic particles interact and are close to each other and then they become separated, even though the particles are separate, they are still able to influence each other. And the reason that they are able to influence each other is because they had a closeness or proximity in the earlier part of their existence. The subatomic particles may have been touching and a bond was created which transcends space and time. Therefore, if one particle is affected by anything, then the other particle, no matter where that particle is in the universe, will also receive that effect and be influenced by the first particle. This is a phenomenon that has useful applications to our discussions on the effect of cosmic energies and starseeds.

First, if you have had experiences on other planetary systems during your many lifetimes, then that experience and that lifetime will have an effect on you in this lifetime. This means that if you were on Arcturus in another past lifetime, or if you were on the Pleiades, or Antares, then those experiences will affect and influence you. It will affect and influence you in a positive way.

Many of you have had lifetimes on Arcturus, or have had experiences on Arcturus, or have visited Arcturus. Now, in this lifetime, you are experiencing a phenomenon that I call “activation”. In activation you are stimulated to remember and to experience your spiritual quantum entanglement energy field. This means that because you have been on Arcturus and because you have studied the Arcturian teachings, then with an activation now, you will be remembering this earlier knowledge and experience, and you will be open to the teachings of the Arcturians. In many cases, you will even be able to channel the Arcturians. This phenomenon is also true if you were on the Pleiades before or if you were on the Antares planetary system.

One of the most common questions that starseeds ask me is, “Where is my home planet?” The starseeds want to know where they are from, and they want to know where they began this journey in this section of the galaxy. Activation means that you are re-experiencing this spiritual quantum entanglement. This previous connection is influencing you to remember the many positive experiences and mind expansion energies that you had in your other lifetimes.

It is important to stimulate the entanglement energy in your Cosmic Memory. The Cosmic Memory stores your other planetary lifetimes in your Unconscious. It requires an activation or reminding of what happened. Now, unfortunately, sometimes the other planetary experiences that you had may have been traumatic. They are other lifetimes on Earth that had been traumatic for you as well, and you may have had lifetimes on other planetary systems that had been traumatic. We, the Arcturians, have a long history of social, emotional and cultural evolution. We have gone through different phases of evolution and planetary conflicts. The Earth is not the only planet that is going through these types of conflicts. There have been, in ancient times, destructive wars on Arcturus, and these conflicts have led to the decimation and destruction of many lives.

You are on a soul journey, and part of that journey is learning lessons in order to burn off or release certain karma. If you had participated in the earlier trauma of our planet or trauma on another planet, such as the Pleiades, then you may want to use those experiences to help counter such outcomes now on the Earth. At the same time, as you are experiencing the current planetary Earth drama, this may stimulate memories in your Collective Galactic Unconscious about the traumas in those times.

We are interested in the psychology of the individual. We are aware of the idea of the “Collective Unconscious”, which is a phenomenon that has been described, especially by the starseed psychiatrist named Carl Jung. In the Collective Unconscious concept, he described unconscious memories that are stored and are part of the whole Adam species experiences. Since everyone has access to those memories, he called the storage area the “Collective Unconscious”. And he showed that everyone has access to the Collective Unconscious. The Collective Unconscious is different than the personal Unconscious because the Collective Unconscious demonstrates knowledge and memories of the collective human species as opposed to just your personal memories.

We know that there is also a Collective Galactic Unconscious. The Collective Galactic Unconscious is the recording of all civilizations and all events in planets throughout this galaxy. Yes, you also can have access to the Collective Galactic Unconscious. This is one reason why we study the field of Galactic Anthropology. Galactic Anthropology is the study of planets and their civilizations within the galaxy. We study how each planetary civilization approaches religion, planetary evolution and extraterrestrial interactions. Some of you, who are now my students, are deeply involved in the study of Galactic Anthropology.

I want to return to the receiving and interaction of cosmic energy. I want to focus on the receiving of cosmic energy and light from the star Arcturus. Arcturus is one of the closest stars to the Earth. It is approximately 36 light years away, and it is visible, especially in the northern hemisphere, quite easily. Many of you have been to Arcturus and already interact with our energies.

In the exercise that I am going to lead, I will describe to you a special exercise which will help you to download the Arcturian cosmic energy into your Crown Chakra. There are several reasons why you would want to do this exercise. One of the main reasons is that the Arcturian cosmic energy field can be used for personal protection. It also can be used to bring down divine cosmic knowledge, divine cosmic wisdom. Highly evolved spiritual exercises related to protecting your energy field can also help you in your ascension process.

Take three deep breaths now, and go into a state of spiritual relaxation. To the best of your ability, follow my instructions. You are sitting in your room in a chair. Visualize and imagine that the room is gone, your house is gone, yet you continue to sit on the chair on the Earth. Imagine that you are sitting on the chair on the surface of the Earth, with the background of the galaxy above and around you. Basically, you are now visualizing that you are sitting on a chair on the Earth, and you are in outer space. You are still gravitationally connected to the Earth, and above you is the Moon. You can see eight planets in your solar system. Most important, you are aware of the stars above you, and in particular, you are aware of Arcturus, a bright star emitting spiritual energy. The star Arcturus is directly over your Crown Chakra. The star Arcturus is 36 light years away. You are now in the quantum world where space and time are compacted.

A corridor of light now appears from the star Arcturus and comes down directly over you, around the chair that you are sitting on. You are surrounded by this beautiful corridor of light from the star Arcturus, and your Crown Chakra is opening up very wide, and you are receiving now cosmic spiritual particles from Arcturus. These particles contain special energies that are related to divine healing powers, protection and activations of Arcturian spiritual energy that will be helpful to you in the coming days and weeks. Your chair is underneath the corridor. Your Crown Chakra is now directly in alignment with the star Arcturus, and you are receiving this wonderful download of Arcturian light and energy into your Crown Chakra. Now we will go into silence and meditation as you experience the positive effects from receiving this cosmic activation and download from Arcturus. (Silence)

Your cosmic memories and your Galactic Unconscious are now activated, and memories from your previous interactions and experiences on Arcturus are now stimulated and increased. Receive this special blue and golden cosmic light that will be a great source of protection for you now on the Earth. Receive this white light from Arcturus that will be used for your personal healing energetically for whatever organ that you know needs cosmic activations and healing power. Use this white light from Arcturus. Direct it now to your internal inner energy field and use it for healing as you see fit and what is needed. We will continue in silence. (Silence)

You are receiving a cosmic download of Arcturian light. Your Crown Chakra is in alignment with the star Arcturus. (Tones “OOOHHH.”) Those of you who feel an activation and a kinship with the Pleiades, I, Juliano, bring down a corridor of light from the Pleiadian system now directly onto your chair as you are sitting in outer space on the planet Earth. The Pleiades, the Seven Sisters beautiful star system, is home to the Pleiadians. The corridor of light goes around your room, around your chair, and from the corridor into your Crown Chakra. Feel beautiful activation energies from Ptaah, the Pleiadian Ascended Master and others from the Pleiadian star system.

You are now downloading Pleiadian healing light into your Crown Chakra. You are a true galactic citizen who is able to interact and download cosmic healing light from the stars. (Tones “OOOHHH.”) Become aware of the galaxy and know that your solar system and our section of the galaxy are in a spiral arm, two-thirds of the way from the center known as the Central Sun. The Central Sun has a spiritual energy field that is the source of all living spirit energy in the galaxy. All prophets have connected with the Central Sun, as it is the source of Unity Consciousness and enlightenment in this galaxy. You are sitting on your divine cosmic chair in outer space on the Earth. Feel this wonderful connection to the Central Sun.

The Earth’s connection to the Central Sun has been strengthened due to the alignment that occurred in 2012. A special galactic alignment from the Central Sun provides high frequency planetary healing and personal healing light. Energies from the Central Sun are now being downloaded through special Arcturian corridors and connections. This higher energy is entering your Crown Chakra now.

You are multidimensional. You are receiving light from the Central Sun, light from the Pleiades and light from Arcturus. You are a starseed and a galactic citizen, capable of interacting with all of these energies with great concentration and receptivity. (Tones “OOOHHH, OOOHHH.”)

I want you to focus in particular on protective healing energies and call on the Central Sun light now, call on the Pleiadian light and also call on the Arcturian light to send you protective healing energy now. Download protective energy for your home, energy for your family and energy for your pets. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring down a protective cosmic energy field. Again, we will go into silence for a few minutes. (Silence)

This cosmic connection continues. We will bring the meditation to a final closure. Download divine wisdom and divine knowledge. Bring down into your Self healing light, planetary healing for the Earth and energy which will activate cosmic memories and soul memories. You are able to process this energy now during the next several hours. (Tones “Whoosh, whoosh.”)

When you return to normal consciousness, you will be able to use these energies for a positive benefit. I have designated the light frequencies for specific healings, knowledge, wisdom and protection. Your chair now floats back down into your room from on top of the Earth. You are back in your room and the corridor of light is still around you. You have left outer space visualization and are now sitting in your room, still filled with this cosmic energy. Your aura is expanded and you are breathing freely and relaxed. You are now more in alignment with your true nature. There is no need to experience contraction, for you are a free soul. The corridor is now removed and you are back in your room.

Please take three breaths and feel rejuvenated, healed, activated and more than ever you are aware of your connections to your soul journey and your star brotherhood and sisterhood experiences from the cosmos.

Now, I want to consider some predictions. I have been focusing on protection and healing. And it is my observation that the next three months (Author’s note: This lecture was given on April 1, 2023) on planet Earth have the potential for being very chaotic. Certainly, there is the potential for a chaos on many different levels, including institutions which could be breaking down, governments could be upturned, and the biosphere could be going through rapid changes.

I will review the Butterfly Effect, and this will help us set the groundwork for this part of my talk. The Butterfly Effect says that when a system is out of balance, it still can function in an orderly fashion, even though the system is close to chaos. Systems try to maintain operational structure and balance even when there is underlying chaos. But when an unusual event occurs, in this case it is symbolically referred to as a “Butterfly Event”, then chaos can quickly occur. A Butterfly Event means that a simple and innocent event can set off chaos. For example, if the normal flight of a butterfly somehow changes, then this could cause a new imbalance. That butterfly’s path that has shifted can now set off a chain reaction. It appears from the outside observer that the butterfly’s changing path set off a chain reaction of events that led to more chaos.

The next three months has the potential for some very strong chaotic activities and events on this planet. You may know that there have been wars and conflicts that have been dangerous to the planet. There have been weather events that have been unusual, and this includes droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes and unusual rains. Many different polarizations are becoming stronger. Despite all of these observable changes, it still appears as if the systems are operating on this planet. The systems are creating homeostasis or balance, and are functioning. It appears that the homeostasis or balance could be maintained. But the next three months are a period of time in which that balance or order could break down. The reason is because we are reaching on the Earth now a tipping point.

The Earth is now on a multilevel tipping point. It is not just on one system, but it is on multi- systems which would include political, economic, weather, military, government and other systems that could break down. Now because of this tipping point, there is the possibility of a chaotic reaction. Therefore, I wanted to re-establish your connection to Arcturus, your connection to your starseed heritage, and your connection to your powers as a cosmic being of light. I know that you will use this energy for your protection and wellbeing. This is one of our goals, to be of service to you the starseeds. You are working hard, and we are working hard to establish a spiritual unity and spiritual consciousness and a spiritual protective energy field on Earth. Feel now this protective energy field again, which I downloaded during our earlier exercises.

The Ring of Ascension is an etheric halo around the Earth. You can call on the Ring of Ascension as a protective force for you at any time. Be ready to elevate yourself and be ready to bilocate your Spirit Body there. Prepare for your ascension. Be ready to hold a new evolutionary pattern for humanity. (Tones “OOOHHH, OOOHHH.”) We, the Arcturians, are devoted to your wellbeing, to your protection and to your planetary healing work.

You are multidimensional beings, and this means that you do have awareness of the multidimensional reality that you are living in. You are living in the third-dimensional world, but you also are living in the galactic world, and it is that galactic connection that is so valuable. We will continue to work with you to nourish this galactic connection. Our goal and your goal are to continue to contribute to the activation of the evolution of humanity, that is, to Homo omega. And, yes, in Earth Anthropology and in Galactic Anthropology, the evolutionary jump occurs during a crisis, a situation that has been described as a crisis of survival.

In the next new characteristic of Homo omega, the next new ability is expanded consciousness to the Fifth Dimension. And part of expanded consciousness to the Fifth Dimension includes the cosmic connection, the cosmic energies, the cosmic quantum particles, and the activation that will help you to remember who you are, and where you have come from, and where you are going.

Take three deep breaths again, and see these words in front of your Third Eye on a white screen: “I am a Cosmic Being of Light that is protected and activated for higher consciousness.” Download that affirmation now into your personal Subconscious, and know that by accepting this affirmation, you are accepting your quantum healing powers. You are accepting your multidimensional cosmic powers. You are activating cosmic memories through quantum entanglement from past lifetimes on other planets. The knowledge and energies and abilities from those past lifetimes can now be activated and integrated into this lifetime, in this present moment.
