The Earth’s Feedback Loop System

Greetings, I am Juliano.  We are the Arcturians.  I will look at the Earth’s feedback loop system, and we will also be working with the Native American energies, including Chief White Eagle.  The concept of the planetary healing and the Earth’s feedback loop system are tied together when we are speaking about the Sacred Triangle energy.  There is a major conflict and polarization on planet Earth.  This polarization is being manifested in many different methods and characteristics.  I have summarized it as a conflict or polarization between technology and wisdom, or technology and heart energy.  Throughout this lecture you will see the high importance that I place on using heart energy to connect with planet Earth.  It is apparent to the Arcturians that the advanced technology on the Earth has greatly contributed to the closing of humanity’s heart energy to the Earth.  Perhaps this is one of the greatest tragedies in the 20th and 21st centuries, and it is our opinion that it is the closing of humanity’s heart energy to the Earth that is the primary cause of this mass extinction crisis which is now occurring on Earth.

We offer a new paradigm or new model for bringing the Earth back into balance.  We refer to this model as a groundwork or basis for planetary healing.  Planetary healing is an Arcturian concept that we describe like this: A group of open-hearted, sensitive Starseeds work together to send healing energy and balance to the Spirit of the Earth for the purpose of healing the planet and helping the planet to return to its natural strength and beauty.  I know that this is a big job, of course, on a large planet like the Earth which has well over eight billion people.  One would think that there must be millions of planetary healers working around the clock in order to bring about a beautiful outcome.  The fact remains that the Starseeds are not in those large numbers which means that those who are working diligently and with great dedication need to work harder and more intensely in order to achieve this humanitarian goal to overcome the planetary crisis.

Our model of planetary healing goes beyond just this description of the conflict between technology and heart energy.  We have developed an elaborate system called the Sacred Triangle system and the Sacred Triangle energy.  This is one of our key concepts that we are teaching humanity, and it is part of our mission to encourage people to study, discuss and implement the Sacred Triangle.  We will be working more directly with one side of the Sacred Triangle today, which is the Native American aspect.

Let me do a simple review of this paradigm of the Sacred Triangle and explain to you why this is a healing paradigm that is necessary to implement now.  There are three sides to a triangle, and one side is the mystical White Brotherhood/White Sisterhood which includes the great Ascended Masters like Sananda/Jesus, Moses, Quan Yin, Archangel Michael and many other great Ascended Masters who have contributed to the spiritual development and mystical experiences on planet Earth.  The second part of the Sacred Triangle is what I call the Galactic Spirituality, where the galactic side includes the Arcturians and many other, higher fifth- dimensional galactic beings from the Pleiades, from Antares, from special planets near the Central Sun and even masters and teachers from other galaxies, including the Andromeda Galaxy, which is the sister galaxy of the Milky Way Galaxy.  It is rather surprising that the Andromeda Galaxy is the closest galaxy to the Earth, yet it is still so far away, perhaps five million light years away.  This gives you an idea of the vastness of our universe.

The final side of the Sacred Triangle is the Native Peoples, including the Native Peoples of North and South America and Central America, the Native Peoples of Africa and all over the planet.  This includes the terminology known as the First Nations People in North America.  It includes the Mayans and many other Native Peoples in South America.

The Native Peoples have a special ability to relate to the heart of Mother Earth, and it is this ability which is necessary for returning Earth to a better balance.  It is the Native Peoples who already have the knowledge and teachings to guide the planetary healers to this new balance.  It is wonderful that the Native Peoples possess this, but there are many problems in bringing their teachings and implementing their teachings into a powerful system through which all the Starseeds can hear and learn from.  There are many cultural and historical reasons why Native Peoples have difficulty reaching all the Starseeds.  Part of the problems comes from the historical conflicts and domination that have occurred throughout the past three centuries, or even longer.  This has led to intense distrust and alienation towards the European and the general North and South American culture on this planet

Some may say it is ironic that at a time of such crisis it would be necessary to return to working with the Native Peoples because, historically, the exact opposite has occurred.  The existing dominant society sought to control, dominate and eradicate the Native Peoples.  Fortunately, this was not successful even though there was great genocide that occurred.  Now in our work as planetary healers, we are calling on the Native Peoples to join in the Sacred Triangle work.  I am going to turn the next part of the lecture over to Chief White Eagle, an Ascended Master and teacher of great esteem, both on the fifth and on the Third Dimension.  Chief White Eagle has many followers on the Earth, and he is highly regarded for his spiritual guidance and wisdom for planetary healing throughout the galactic world and masters.  I am Juliano.

Hey ah hoa hey, hey ah hoa hey, hoa hey, hey aho!  Greetings.  All my words are sacred!  We are all brothers and sisters!  I am honored to be working with Juliano and you, the Starseeds and planetary healers, and you who are the followers of the Arcturian teachings.  Juliano has asked me to speak directly to you about our relationship and our knowledge about planetary healing.  Of course I am very happy that there is such an interest in my work and in the native teachers’ work now throughout the Earth.  We all agree that this is a dangerous time on this planet, and there is a need for great spiritual wisdom and teachings that will move people.  We believe that the movement must come through a heart opening, a heart energy.  Ho!

I will talk about the Earth’s feedback loop system from the Native American teachings that are generally used throughout this planet by the shamans and many other native cultures in so many different countries on this planet.  First, I must tell you a little bit about the Earth’s feedback loop system, what it is and how we view that system.  The Earth’s feedback loop system is a self-regulating planetary system that keeps the Earth in a balance on hundreds of different levels.  The most obvious levels are the temperature.  We know that humanity and most animal and plant life need a special, moderate rate of temperature in order to survive.

I know that modern Man is looking at Mars with great interest as a possibility as a planet to live on.  It is true that Mars does have warm temperatures above freezing in certain times of the summer during the day.  I am talking 40, 50 degrees F., which could certainly be considered comfortable by many people, but the nighttime temperatures on Mars in the summer and the temperatures in the winter can go 200 to 300 degrees below zero F., and that is extremely difficult to live with.  Probably, if Man were to colonize Mars, he would have to live underground which may not be the most exciting thing for living.  So Mars’ feedback loop system cannot keep a temperature range that is comfortable for Man.

Besides maintaining a moderate temperature, the feedback loop system moderates the chemical composition of the atmosphere.  The plants and animals and Man need a certain percentage of oxygen and nitrogen in the air.  There are other systems that have to do with the ocean current systems, jet streams and production of oxygen in general that are regulated by the Earth’s feedback loop system.  Much of the production of oxygen on this planet is coming from the rain forest.  It has been said that the rain forests are the lungs of planet Earth.  How has humanity been treating its lungs lately?  Are we honoring the lungs of the planet, or are we destroying them?

Where is the feedback loop system of the Earth located?  We talk about it, but where does it exist?  In order to answer this question, I must give you a brief analysis and description of the Earth.  The Earth is a living being.  It is a living spirit, and we can call it a living spirit because it does have characteristics that are well known for a living spirit and a living being.  The most prominent feature is self-regulation, the ability to maintain certain temperatures and chemical composition, for example.  The Industrial Age has been going on for three to four hundred years, and much of the contamination could have tipped the balance earlier, but the Earth’s self-regulation system was able to adapt and keep the parameters of the temperatures and chemical percentages in accordance with the needs of humanity and life throughout the planet.

The Earth has an aura just like humans have an aura.  The feedback loop system is in the mind of the Earth, and I will need to describe what the mind of the Earth is.  The mind of the Earth is multi-dimensional.  I will have to compare this to the mind of a human.  The mind of a human cannot directly be observed.  It is true that you can do physiological experiments and study the electro-currents in the brain.  You can even stimulate certain parts of the brain and see reactions.  You can study the brain and the chemical transitions and reactions, but that is only the effect you are seeing on the Third Dimension.

Your mind is divided up into the greater mind and the lesser mind.  The greater mind is an over-viewer and has the ability and the need to exist in multi-dimensional realms.  In fact, when you die, your mind is still in existence and will continue.  The Earth’s mind is similar to the human mind in that it is transcending the physical reality.  You can stimulate certain parts of the Earth’s mind by working with the Earth meridians.  Perhaps you do not experience the mind energy of the Earth unless you are able to do certain techniques or ceremonies.

The Earth feedback system then is a program that has been placed and activated within the mind of the Earth for the purpose of maintaining a biosphere in which life and, in particular, humanity can exist.  The feedback loop system has a certain program which is not easy to access.  Why is that?  This system is closely guarded.  There are even today some Native People, such as the Hopi, who are working throughout the year who guard the Spirit of the Earth and the Earth’s feedback loop system.  The Hopis are devoted to protecting and interacting with that system.  I realize that many people from the outside world consider what the Hopi are doing as rather primitive, but the exact opposite is true.  They are using highly advanced ceremonial techniques to interact and to talk to the Spirit of the Earth.

In order to access the feedback loop system in the mind of the Earth, you must have a certain level of spiritual advancement.  This means not just anyone is allowed to interact or to try and change the feedback loop system program.  A person must be of certain emotional and spiritual standing in order to communicate with the Earth’s feedback loop system.  You must have dedication and an open heart for the Earth, and the person must also be willing and ready to follow ceremonies.

For example, the Starseeds talk about Codes of Ascension and being able to follow a certain spiritual path.  There are certain steps that you need to follow in order to open up the Codes of Ascension in your mind.  Accessing the Earth’s feedback loop system also requires certain steps, and this is a sacred path.  It is not something that is done lightly.

Another feature of the person or people accessing the Earth’s feedback loop system is that it is necessary to have an expanded consciousness and an expanded perspective.  Expanded consciousness would include the ability to accept the Earth as a living spirit, called “Gaia”.  An expanded consciousness would mean that you can telepathically communicate with the Spirit of the Earth.  Perspective refers to the whole global view of the planet.  If someone in ceremony is trying to communicate with the Earth’s feedback loop system, they are required to have a global perspective.  It is perhaps easy to see how one storm is causing havoc in one area, and then as a planetary healer, one might want to push out that storm.  But by pushing out that storm directly without doing other balancing, then that dangerous storm could go to another place and cause more damage.

In working with the Earth’s feedback loop system, you must have the global perspective and take into consideration the whole system.  This is a big problem, because most of the planetary activities do not take into consideration global consequences.  One example would be building a nuclear power plant on an earthquake fault.  In this particular case of Fukushima, Japan, it proved to be a bad idea.  The people who designed and built this never considered that it would have global consequences.  Perhaps they thought that a nuclear disaster would have local consequences in Japan.  They might not have considered that were there to be a major earthquake there and a meltdown that it would affect the entire planet.  The same can be said of the Chernobyl nuclear accident in Russia.  No one had considered the fact that a meltdown would affect Europe, but of course it has.  There are many examples of the importance of a global perspective.

Heya ho! Heya hooooo, Heya hoooooo.  O Father/Mother, Creator of All, we call on you now to bring divine wisdom and teachings to our brothers and sisters.  Help us teach them correctly.  Help them learn this knowledge so that they can use it wisely.  Help them to open their hearts to the planet.  Heya ho, Heya ho, heya ho.

I know that each of you feel a great love for Mother Earth.  I know that you respect her because in your language you do call her your mother.  I know that the basis of your ascension is coming from your connection to Mother Earth.  This may be a new teaching or it may be a controversial teaching, but we feel that the Earth is a multi-dimensional planet and has a multi-dimensional mind, and there are special energies within the Earth that help you in your ascension.  Heya ho, heya hooo, heya hooo. Some of these assisting energetic places are of great beauty, such as Lago Puelo in Argentina, and there the Lightworkers experienced a great heart opening to Mother Earth.  She responded by showing those Lightworkers great sunsets, great weather and powerful vibrational energy waves from Mother Earth’s highest mind.  We teach our people to communicate with the feedback loop system and the Spirit of the Earth through ceremonies.  We of the Native Peoples perform many rituals and ceremonies.  Remember I said that the opening to the feedback loop system is not for everyone.  Everyone is not able to access the mind of the Earth.

I want to return again to the Hopi who do long and elaborate ceremonies in order to talk to the feedback loop system in order to access the mind of the Earth.  Most people without training would find these ceremonies too long and maybe even boring.  The most sacred parts of the ceremonies are not even shown or taught to outsiders.

There must be a major change in how humanity relates to the Earth, because the planet needs more people to do these ceremonies.  The planet needs more planetary healers.  Planetary healers cannot remain isolated, and this is why the calling is going out for all Native Peoples to come together and work in union with all the brothers and sisters and all the Lightworkers.  The calling is going out to share this knowledge – the knowledge of how to communicate with the feedback loop system.

Mankind or humanity is the first species on this planet that has the ability to interact and change a program, the Earth’s feedback loop system.  But as I said, the Earth’s feedback loop system is complicated, so it would require a high intervention, a knowledgeable intervention.  We cannot just allow anyone without the proper training, without the proper supervision and perspective to access and try to change the Earth’s feedback loop system.

This leads me to another important aspect of the Earth’s feedback loop system.  The Earth’s feedback loop system now is programmed and is based on the laws of cause and effect.  These are basic core realities of physics that now exist and are the basis for the operational program for the Earth’s feedback loop system.  “Cause and Effect” is a basic fundamental concept in physics and karma.  You do “A” activity, and then “B” will result.  In the Earth’s feedback loop system, sometimes activity “A” is done, but then you may delay activity “B”.  But there comes a point where the pressure of activity “A” becomes so strong that the result, the effect (activity “B”), must occur.

This simple idea can be applied to the environment.  We can apply it to contamination and to nuclear radiation.  There is so much contamination and pollution in the atmosphere and in the oceans now.  This is affecting the biosphere, and then after a certain point there will be blockages in the meridians which will affect the feedback loop system.  If the meridians cannot be kept open, then the Earth will look for alternative meridian systems, and if none can be found, then the blockages will continue, and the Earth’s feedback loop system will look for other ways to keep the balance.  If one area, one meridian is blocked, then the Earth’s feedback loop system looks to try to find new meridians, new areas and new systems.  This is part of the Earth’s balancing mechanism.

Sometimes it reaches a point where there are no new pathways.  One of the roles of the planetary healers is to develop and encourage the opening of existing meridians, and also if necessary, to develop new meridian ways.  This has been part of the role of the 12 Arcturian etheric crystals system that has been downloaded around the globe.  I have jokingly called this 12 etheric crystals system a “bypass surgery”.  Many of the meridian systems are so blocked that they are not functioning well on the Earth anymore.  But the 12 etheric crystals system can be viewed as bypass surgery, because we are placing new pathways, new meridians, into the planet.  Heya ho, heya ho, heya ho.

It may seem easy to bypass or to go around the cause and effect program that is the basis of the Earth’s feedback loop system.  Contamination is one of the major reasons for blockages.  One way to change the outcome is to help clean up the contamination which would then remove the blockage.  So the laws of cause and effect can also work in your favor.  Unfortunately, it is our opinion though that the planet is at a tipping point, which means that the amount of damage, contaminations and blockages are so overwhelming that it is unlikely – unless there is some rapid intervention – that the effect can be reversed.  Very simply, global warming and contamination of the environment is a reality, and it is going to be become worse by 2050.  There will have to be major interventions now, which in itself seems highly unlikely in the present political climate on the planet.

Cause and effect is the primary program for the Earth’s feedback loop system.  There is a second program upon which the Earth’s feedback loop system operates.  The Earth’s feedback loop system is part of the mind of the planet.  The feedback loop system is within the Earth’s aura just like your mind is energetically in an energy field around and within your aura.  The mind is not just the physical neurons and synapses and axons.  The electromagnetic energy field in the multi-dimensional space around the human body contains the real mind.

The second alternative program for the operation of the feedback loop system of the Earth is a fifth-dimensional program which transcends cause and effect.  This is a program that receives quantum energy and quantum light and Omega Energy and light.  This is a program that contains the codes and energy for the Earth’s ascension into the Fifth Dimension.  This is a newer program for the Earth’s feedback loop system.  You as planetary healers can begin to call on this higher program.  You can begin to interact with it.  You can begin to use newer fifth-dimensional techniques and energy and activations for the fifth-dimensional Earth.  I know that each of you has a great desire to nurture the Earth into her fifth-dimensional, planetary beauty, and this will be happening.

The direct way to communicate with the Earth’s mind and the Earth’s feedback loop system is through the heart energy.  We must work together to open the hearts of as many humans as possible to the pain and suffering that is going on in the planet.  We must make people aware of the blockages in the meridians that are causing disruptions to the center of the Earth, because the Earth does need to be healed.  Our mother is sick and she needs your help.  I am now going to turn you over to Chief Buffalo Heart.  This is Chief White Eagle.  We are all brothers and sisters.  Ho!

Heya ho, heya ho, heya ho!  Greetings, all my words are sacred.  I am the Chief Buffalo Heart.  My specialty is the heart energy and I help people open their hearts.  I know that this has been a very painful planet lately   It is a real spiritual accomplishment to have an open heart, and it is a special developmental advancement to have an open heart to the Earth.  I speak about the buffalo because the buffalo is my power animal.  Maybe some of you have power animals.  The power animals are signs that the nature world can provide assistance in your mission as planetary healers.  Some of you have the bear; some of you have the leopard as a power animal.  Some of the power animals are now extinct, but they still exist in the spirit world.

In the work of the buffalo heart energy, we also seek to gather personal power so that we can teach people about how powerful their heart energy is in communicating with the Earth’s mind.  This communication with the Earth is expressed in the buffalo ceremony, in the fire ceremony and in the pipe ceremony.  We give honor and respect to Mother Earth.  We feel gifted that we can walk on her ground and that we can see her beauty.  You all know of the great beauty of Earth.  Think about how the Earth’s beauty can expand your consciousness.  Some of you who have had peak experiences in your lifetime that have expanded your consciousness.   You can thank these powerful, higher states of consciousness to a sunset on an ocean, to a beautiful mountain, to a morning sun, or to beautiful clouds.  You have felt the beauty of the Mother Earth, and you have opened your heart to her.  You have opened your mind to her mind and have telepathically communicated by admiring her beauty.  Think of the Earth as your beloved pet.  You know how much your pet loves to be admired by you.  You know how much your pet wants your love and wants you to acknowledge how beautiful you see the pet.  It is the same way with the Earth.  The Earth is moved when you acknowledge her beauty, when you thank the Earth and give gratitude to the Earth.

I come from the Buffalo Clan, and I speak about the buffalo, because the buffalo has given so much to the Native Peoples in North America.  The Native Peoples had great gratitude for the buffalo.  Food in the form of meat was provided by the buffalo.  Buffalo skins were used for their tipis and clothes.  No part of the animal was wasted.  The native hunters honored the buffalo and only took what they needed.  They asked permission from the herd, and they prayed for the buffalo that they were going to take and thanked the spirit of that buffalo for providing sustenance.

But, of course, there were other people from Europe who came and hunted the buffalo for sport, and they were not hunting for necessity.  Their hearts were not open to the buffalo, and they viewed hunting the buffalo as a game.  But the buffalo did not protest; the buffalo was an accepting, compassionate animal.  Likewise, the Earth is a loving and compassionate planet like the buffalo, and the Earth accepts and is very understanding of what modern Man is doing.  Is that not moving, that for all of the damage and destruction that modern technology has caused on the Earth, still the Mother Earth is loving, compassionate and understanding?  The Mother Earth accepts your prayers, accepts your ceremonies, accepts your Medicine Wheel and accepts your love.  We honor you, Mother Earth, with our hearts.  I am Chief Buffalo Heart.  Ho!

Heliooo-Ah, Heeeeliooo-Ah.  Greetings, I am Helio-Ah, an Arcturian guide and teacher.  I work with Juliano.  In this closing section, I want to talk about the galactic concept of planetary healing and working with the Earth’s feedback loop system using the technique of holographic healing.  Holographic energy states that the part represents the whole, or specifically, that the part can access the whole.  In holographic healing one healthy cell is all that is needed to generate and communicate to all the other cells.  Healing can occur from just one cell.  Of course, you need the right approach and right energy.  In planetary, holographic healing, we have emphasized that the Planetary Cities of Light, for example, can hold a higher, fifth-dimensional energy which can be the basis for sending the healing energy and light throughout the planet.  One cell can affect all other cells; one city of light can affect the whole network of cities throughout this planet.

When you do planetary healing and work with the feedback loop system, many of you are always focusing on what is wrong and what needs to be corrected.  I understand that and I honor that approach, and I know that you would only do the Biorelativity and planetary healing to correct something.  However, the basis of planetary holographic healing is also saying: “Work with what is right.  Find the beauty and send the healing energy from that place which is beautiful and in balance to other places.”  One healthy cell can change everything.

In planetary holographic healing we do Biorelativity exercises working with what is beautiful, what is perfect, because we know holographically that power can be disseminated throughout the planet from healthy energy.  This positive exchange was done, for example, this past week in Lago Puelo when the Argentinian Group of Forty members worked in sending the beautiful healing light to the Earth from a very balanced and powerful spiritual center in Patagonia, Argentina, at Lago Puelo.  I encourage you to then work from some of the beautiful places that you know of.  I encourage you to work from healing places.  The feedback loop system likes your compliments.  The Earth says: “Yes, we accept and we like that you appreciate the beauty that the Earth is producing for you.”  This viewpoint and perspective has many important ramifications that I will have opportunities to discuss in future lectures.  My blessings, planetary healers of light and workers of the Sacred Triangle.
