Life on Arcturus – Part II

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We will continue our series of lectures on life on Arcturus. We will be talking about our planet and also our spiritual perspective and the gifts and talents that we have that are, in part, due to our fifth-dimensional development. I want to begin by comparing the Fifth Dimension to the Third Dimension. I know that you have an ascending, numerical description of each dimension. Therefore, the Third Dimension is lower than the fifth, and likewise, the fifth is lower than the seventh. From this numerical perspective one can conclude that the Fifth Dimension is better than the Third Dimension. We, the Arcturians, do not necessarily look at it in terms of better or worse. Each dimension has unique qualities and has merit and value for your soul development. Therefore, I would not look at the Third Dimension as being lower or inferior, but rather, I would look at it as having certain characteristics and, of course, certain limitations.

   You are on a soul journey, and your soul incarnates on different planets, and also, your soul incarnates on different dimensions. There is a unique and beneficial perspective that is needed for your development on the Third Dimension. In fact, different aspects of your soul can only manifest on the Third Dimension. This is a very important concept, and I will be repeating and explaining it in some specific detail.

     The Fifth Dimension, as you know, is focused on unity and higher consciousness. Weaknesses or blemishes on the soul cannot manifest on the Fifth Dimension. This means that there is a unique opportunity for certain “weaknesses” in the soul that can manifest and heal on the Third Dimension. Therefore, the Third Dimension is a school. The Third Dimension is a necessary and important part in your soul development. I know that you are eager to leave the Third Dimension, and I know that the Ascension and entry into the Fifth Dimension will offer you great happiness, and it will feel like you are returning home. Please remember that there was a specific reason why you came here to the Third Dimension. It was not an accident; you wanted and needed this third-dimensional energy and perspective.

     On Arcturus, we have schools that train our young students. These schools offer a variety of different themes and subjects, and one of the themes that we teach is Galactic Anthropology. In this course of Galactic Anthropology, I teach our students about the different planetary systems that exist in the Milky Way Galaxy. I explain that each third-dimensional planet has a unique perspective which is based on many different factors, including the position of the planet in relationship to the structure of the galaxy. Planets that are closer to the center of a galaxy generally are often older and more advanced, whereas planets that are on the outer part of the galaxy may be newer and can contain younger, introductory life forms.

   The Earth is two-thirds of the way from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. In astronomical terms (there are several different estimates, but one of the more recent ones is presented here), the Earth is 26,000 light years from the center of the galaxy. To give you an idea, this means that the entire diameter of the galaxy could be as long and as wide as 100,000 light years. Each planetary position has a unique perspective, and when I am teaching our students on Arcturus about perspective, I use the same example that I have often repeated to you, my students here on the Earth.

   Every year or two, there is a solar eclipse. Sometimes that solar eclipse is observable in North America; sometimes it is only observable in South America, or even in Africa or Asia. Astronomers will spend great effort, time and money to travel to different parts of the world to observe the eclipse. Why would they do this? Because you would think that if they observe one eclipse, then that would be enough. But each eclipse is seen from a different perspective on the planet, and different star systems can be seen at different times during the eclipse that were not available before. It is the perspective.

   It is the same way when we look at the Earth. When I teach my students on Arcturus, I say to them that the Earth has a unique perspective. In fact each third-dimensional planet has a unique perspective on the Creator. The Creator is manifesting life forms throughout this galaxy, and there are opportunities and new insights on the Creator that can only be experienced from the Earth. Likewise, there are opportunities for experiencing the Creator on Arcturus that are different. Because we are on the Fifth Dimension, we can experience more closeness to the Creator than you can on the Earth. However, this does not diminish the spiritual power and energy that you can experience on the Earth. Remember, it is not that the Fifth Dimension is better. It is just that the Fifth Dimension is a different perspective, and you need this duality available on the Third Dimension for your training.

   We have spiritual schools on Arcturus. We do not call our spiritual schools “religious”. We use the word in our language that is similar to yours as “Arcturian Temples”. We have special trainings and meditations for experiencing higher light and higher energy. One of the interesting statements in the religious teachings on the Earth is this: The Creator said to Moses that you cannot see my face because anyone who sees my face will die, and therefore, I can only show you my shadow. Look the other way towards the wall in the cave, and you will see my shadow, but you cannot look directly at me.

   Now the reason that Moses could not see the Creator directly is because the nature of higher light and the frequencies is too strong for the Earth body to tolerate. In the same way, you cannot look directly at the Sun; you must have protection. The light of the Creator is so strong that on the Third Dimension, you cannot look directly and see “the face of the Creator”. However, on the Fifth Dimension you are able to experience the face of the Creator. You are able to be in contact with the higher frequency of light that you were unable to directly experience on the Third Dimension. This is a great gift and a great advancement for you leaving the Third Dimension and entering the Fifth Dimension. You have a greater sustainability, a greater ability of tolerating increased light frequencies on the Fifth Dimension.

     Even on Arcturus though, we still have to train our students in our temples, and we still have to build up their spiritual strength. I have compared spiritual strength to running a race. You have to practice every day in order to run a race. You must train. You must build up your lungs, and you must build up your heart rate and your muscle strength in order to run the race. In the same way, to experience higher light, you must practice. You must train your body system. You must train your overall spiritual vibratory system to be able to tolerate and hold the higher light. That higher light can be damaging to you if you do not have the right training. Certainly, that higher light on the Third Dimension can actually destroy you, but on the Fifth Dimension, we have special vibratory energy fields.

   Our energy fields are stronger than your energy fields on the Third Dimension. We have stronger chakra systems. Our auras are able to vibrate at much higher vibrational speeds than your auras are on the Third Dimension. Our chakras are open to the different dimensions. In fact, on Arcturus we are in direct contact with our multidimensional Self. We have, and live in, total expanded consciousness, which means that it is normal for us to experience our multidimensional selves. In the Arcturian schools, we train our students in multidimensional cohabitation or multidimensional habitation on the Third Dimension. This means that our students can be on the Fifth Dimension, and they can also be present and have an existence on the Third Dimension, and they can be aware of both of them.

    Remember the movie “Avatar”, which portrayed multidimensional presence. In the movie they were a scientific experiment to project the person into another incarnation on another planet. This film introduces the concept and idea of multidimensional presence. We have a method to experience our multidimensional selves. We do not use the machines that they were using in the movie, because in our schools we have higher crystal rooms that allow our students and me to go into the Third Dimension in our multidimensional Self and when necessary to occupy even a karmic incarnation.

   Let me also talk about the spirituality on Arcturus and compare it to the Earth religions. I know that on the Earth there is a school called “Atheism” or “Agnosticism”, and these philosophical thought systems are based on doubting or disbelief on there being a Creator. You may be surprised when I tell you that the Arcturians believe in the Creator. We are very comfortable, and we do not doubt this, especially since we have more direct experience with the Creator than you have on the Third Dimension. The direct contact with the Creator is rare, but it does happen on the Third Dimension. But even then, the contacts are often short-lived, and you know better than I that those who claim to have contact with the Creator can be subject to criticism. In some cases, prophets have even been put to death for having direct contact with the Creator.

    We understand the rational mind that is now operating in the Third Dimension. The rational mind and rational thought is the basis of the tradition of your civilization of the past 2,500 or even 3,500 years. Some even say that it is longer. We have been studying and visiting your planet at least since the time of Atlantis and Lemuria. We have visited your planet during the time of Egypt. The point is that the rational mind, the logical mind, is a recent development in the evolution of humanity. The rational mind has brought many technological benefits. But over-focus on the rational mind can lead to distortion. The rational mind is still what I can consider to be part of the “small mind”. One case in point: Albert Einstein had one of the greatest rational minds on the planet and made some of the most advanced discoveries, but his rational mind could not accept the existence of the quantum world. He even made a rather humorous statement saying that God does not play with dice. The quantum world is not logical and Einstein could not accept that. So therefore, here was one of the greatest rational minds of the 20th century and yet, he could not accept the quantum world which is not rational.

   When we on Arcturus study the different religious systems on the Earth, we have to view them from the perspective of the rational mind. Over-emphasis on the rational mind in many cases does lead to atheism or the disbelief in the Creator. This comes into the conversation of the levels of the mind, the “small mind” versus the “large mind”. The large mind can transcend logic and still incorporate and use logic, but not totally be dependent upon it.

    We are aware of the many varieties of the religious experiences on the Earth. In fact, there was a famous book written by William James called “The Variety of Religious Experiences” in which he details some of the different religious perspectives that have developed on Earth. It is these varieties of religious experiences on the Earth that is one of the key advantages of being in a free will zone. It is one of the reasons why we, the Arcturians, and our students, visit the Earth because we are fascinated by the different varieties of religious experiences. It is similar to the variety of languages on this planet. Most of the planets that we visit and study do not have so many different languages and do not have so many different religious expressions. I know that the downside is that these religious expressions have led to wars and terrible conflicts. That is the downside of the third-dimensional duality. However, the free will zone is again one of the main attractions of our studying the Earth and why you are coming here.

     There are “parts” of your soul that can only be explored and manifested on the Third Dimension, and it is only through that manifestation that you can either correct or heal parts of the soul. This means that there are good reasons to come to the Third Dimension. Some of the Eastern religions are more focused on an undefinable God that sometimes can be called “the force, the energy or the universe”. There is even a beautiful term called “the Tao”, which is an impersonal expression of the universal force.

   The varieties of religious experiences on the Earth can be explained in two types of systems. One system would be using the personal Creator and the other system would be the impersonal Creator. The Eastern cultures’ systems are focused on the impersonal, and that was beautifully described by the Tao. What can be said about the Tao is not the Tao. (Author’s note: Tao is the name for the unnamable energy of the Creator in the Chinese philosophy and religion known as Taoism. The name “Tao” implies that there is nothing that can be said to describe the Creator. Actually the Tao is sometimes referred to as the life force or the first energy of unity. The Tao manifested a duality called Yin and Yang.)

     One of the beautiful contributions that the ancient Orientals offered to the subject of the variety of religious experience is the duality of the Yin and Yang, the male and the female, the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. There are divisions that came from the unity. First there was one and then there was a division, and that was the beginning of duality in the Third Dimension. The symbolic representation of the Tao is two half circles united, and this circle is often called the Yin and Yang symbol. The symbol of the Tao is described as two half circles. Each half circle is sometimes called a fish because there is a dot in each half circle. In each half circle there is a part of the opposite contained in it. For example, in the duality of good there is an aspect of the bad contained in it and represented by the dot. In the same way, in the duality of evil, or bad, represented by a half circle, there is a dot that represents part of the good. The conclusion is that even in the bad, there is some good, and even in good, there is some bad.

   How is this teaching transferred into the lives of prophets and spiritual teachers? All the great prophets and teachers on this Earth had human weaknesses. Their weaknesses are well documented in all of the texts. The Ascended Masters do not expect you to be perfect; you are human. The question is: “What is it like to be human on the Third Dimension?” Being human means that you do have some weaknesses and frailties. Having weakness does not prevent you from ascending. You can still ascend.

     Let us turn back to Arcturus and ask the same question: “What are the advantageous for being on Arcturus? What are the strengths of being on the Fifth Dimension?” I mentioned that our aura systems are stronger than your aura on the Third Dimension. Our aura vibrates at higher speeds, which means that we are able to have higher protective shielding, and we can travel interdimensionally without problems. We do not have, for example, attachments on our auras, nor do we have holes in our auras. We also have advanced telepathic powers, and this has a great effect on our relationships.

   One of the questions that people often ask me is: “What are the relationships like on Arcturus? What are your family relationships like? Are you married? What are your married relationships like?” On Arcturus, we can read each other’s thoughts. There is a telepathic method where you can block somebody so that that person cannot come into your thought field. Most of the time this is not necessary. When you are in a relationship in Arcturus, you are using telepathic communication, which means that you do not hide any feelings and you do not hide any thoughts. Can you imagine what that would be like on the Earth if you were having relationships that were based on telepathic thought communications?

   Of course, we can speak and use words and we do have a language. Incidentally, we only use one language. There are ancient languages on Arcturus. We have also in our school systems linguistic studies of many different languages. We have many different subjects that we teach in our schools. Of course, one of our subjects is telepathic communication and also the subject of how to move objects, and I believe you call this telekinesis. On Arcturus, the sensory perceptions are much stronger than yours on Earth. This means that the colors we see are stronger; the music is stronger.

   We have this type of perception that is called “synesthesia”. Synesthesia is defined as having the ability to have two modalities of perception at the same time. A simple example will be presented. In synesthesia, when you hear music, you also simultaneously see the notes floating in front of your eyes on a screen in front of your vision. This is a highly advanced form of perception. There are people on the Earth who are in expanded consciousness that also occasionally experience synesthesia. On the Earth, if you were seeing notes floating in the air, then some people might be worried and think that you are hallucinating instead of realizing that you are in an advanced state of perception.

   Our training in the Arcturian schools enhances all of these perceptual abilities. Our telepathic abilities are effective both in close proximity to the subject and remotely. We are training ourselves to have remote telepathic communications with someone who is far away.

   Another subject or theme in the Arcturian school system is healing. We teach all of our students healing which is based on what you would call vibrational healing medicine. Vibrational healing medicine is based on the observation that every cell in the body is vibrating at a certain frequency. There is an overall frequency of the body that can be measured in Hertz or Kilohertz. If there is a disease or an attack in the energy system, then there is a change in the frequency which has to be identified at the source in the energy field. We begin and do all of our healings with this vibrational method. We train and teach our students in this vibrational method. We are training and teaching some of our students on the Earth this same vibrational healing. It is true that you can do vibrational healing on the Earth. This is a fifth-dimensional technique, but it is also useable on the Third Dimension.

     There are many different intrusions on the aura on the Third Dimension. These intrusions vary from electromagnetic interferences from different technologies to also lower beings from the fourth dimension causing disruptive energy vibrations. All of these discordant energies have the potential of creating disease. The good news is they can all be removed, and you can be brought back into your healthy vibrational energy field. The Arcturian healing techniques are based on several main methods.

     The first method is the holographic healing method that is taught by my colleague Helio-Ah. In summary, the holographic healing method states that you always have one part of the body that is in resonance with the main, most healthy part. Then you use that part to restructure the whole energy system to come into a new balance.

   The second method we use is called the “crystal healing technique” where we subject the person to high, intense crystal light, and we have to calibrate the light frequency so that they can integrate it into their system. One of the main issues and problems in this healing technique is that the proper calibration must be done. If the proper calibration is not done, the person cannot absorb or integrate the light. Remember, in the beginning of this lecture I talked about the Creator Light and how you have to have a certain developed frequency training in order to tolerate and integrate the light. In the healing method we use with the crystals, we first have to calibrate how much of the crystal light frequency you can receive and tolerate, and then we slowly and carefully upgrade it.

   In working with humans, we also do what some have called “psychic surgery”. Basically we identify specific organ dysfunction in the human body. For example, you may have a cyst on your ovary or on your pituitary gland. We can bring you up to a higher frequency. I can calibrate and send direct frequencies and direct rays of light into that diseased part of your organ which will breakup or remove the discordant parts. This is an advanced healing method which is based on vibrational medicine.

     Other methods that we use and teach in our vibrational energy school system are based on what I call the “pulsing technique” and the “contracting and expanding technique” using the aura. We first stabilize the aura energetically, and then we encourage the person to contract their aura to the point which is called “singularity”. The word “singularity” has special meanings, especially in the world of astrophysics where singularity is defined as one infinitely dense point that is the origin of all. In talking about the universe, the singularity would be the point of density that contained all that there is right before the explosion of the Big Bang, and that point is called the singularity. In modern physics, they use such mind-boggling, irrational terms as that point of singularity is infinitely dense and infinitely small, smaller than the head of a pin.

   But there is also a singularity of you. Imagine all that you are, all that you have been and all that you will be can be contracted into a point of singularity. In the healing method that we teach in our vibrational medicine school to our students, we train our students to help people contract into a point of singularity, which is located at the center of their stomach. It is almost like starting over again. By doing this method, we are going to contract your energy into a single point which will help flush everything out and then, after you hold that singularity point for say 20 or 30 seconds, then you expand the singularity, which is in a shape of a small ball. The energy goes out from the stomach, and as it goes outward, all of the discordant or lower vibrational energies in the body are pushed out.

     Now I am going to use a vibrational frequency that will be very healing for all of you. In vibrational medicine, it is the frequency that is the healer. (Chants “OOOOOOHHHHHH, YEEEAAAHHHH.”) The method of contracting to the singularity can be compared to a new birth, or perhaps a better term would be a “resetting of your aura”. When I am guiding the people into this reset, I bring them first into a higher vibration using this method of sound. It is like a clearing, but it is also like setting the vibrational energy field into a new and receptive vibrational field. So much of vibrational healing is based on receptivity.

     I want to talk now about our planet Arcturus as a fifth-dimensional planet and what it means to be on a fifth-dimensional planet. The Earth is a third-dimensional planet which means that the Earth is still based on duality, and one of the effects of planetary duality is geological and weather changes that can result in earthquakes and storms. You are seeing tremendous polarizations and dualities now on the Earth. Arcturus is a fifth-dimensional planet; therefore we do not have those dualities and polarizations on our planet. The main ingredient of a fifth-dimensional planet is its ability to interact telepathically and spiritually with the planet. Our planet Arcturus is an evolved planet that has special spiritual abilities and is able to telepathically communicate with us. In order for a planet to become fifth-dimensional, there must be people on the planet who are evolved and are moving towards the fifth-dimensional, evolutionary cycle. No planet can become fifth-dimensional without higher spiritual beings on it.

   On Arcturus, we meet in person with the great Ascended Masters, which include Jesus/Sananda, Buddha, Lao-Tse, Moses, Archangels, Archangel Michael, Chief White Eagle and Quan Yin. We meet with them regularly, and they offer classes and instructions to all of us on Arcturus. One of the benefits of being on Arcturus is that the fifth-dimensional masters, the great prophets, are available for direct communication in our schools.

     It is wonderful to be on a fifth-dimensional planet, and I know that you have great desires to bring the Earth into a fifth-dimensional state. Remember that the primary method of bringing the Earth into the fifth-dimensional state is to telepathically communicate with her. You can open up the telepathic communications with the Spirit of the Earth, and this will set up the basis for her evolution.

    I am now going to lead you in a special meditation and healing using the singularity method I described for vibrational energy work and healing. Visualize now your aura, above you. I, Juliano, am here with my students from Arcturus, and I am sending down blue light into each of your auras – high frequency light. You are all very receptive, especially after this lecture.

(Chants “OOOHHH.”) Your receptivity and vibrational speed are increasing. Your aura may be eight to ten inches extended from your physical body. Contract it to six inches. Contract it to four inches. Contract it right to the surface of your body. Your aura is contracted to the surface of your body. Now contract it inwards, and as we go inward, we are going to go to the point that I call “the singularity of you”, all that you are, all the powers that you have.

   Bring all of your aura into a ball of light in the center of your stomach. (Chants “OOOOOOHHHHHH.”) Rotate that ball. The ball is at your command. The ball has great power and is filled with Arcturian blue light. Hold all of that energy in the singularity point in the center of your stomach. (Chants various tones.) Now at the count of three, gently but firmly expand that singularity point. One, two, three. The ball gets larger and fills up your whole stomach, goes through all the organs and as it is expelling all lower vibrations, all shall we say inflammation, disease, any dense energy is pushed outside of your physical body. (Chants various tones.) The ball is now on the outside of your body, right on the surface. Now it goes two inches, six inches, eight inches, and all of the lower densities are discharged now. Your aura is expanding to ten, to twelve inches, and your aura is vibrating at a higher speed, and all the lower densities still continue to be discharged.

   We will go into a short meditation as you experience this discharge. You are vibrating nicely and rhythmically, and all of your energy is in alignment to a healthy and balanced rhythm. This is one of the methods that we teach our students in the Arcturian school for healing and light work. Our students are happy to work with you. I send you my blessings and healing light.
