Experiencing the Arcturian Crystal Lake

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. In this lecture, we will revisit the spiritual tool known as the Arcturian Crystal Lake. This Crystal Lake is one of the main spiritual tools that we are bringing to your attention. The reason is that it is important to your spiritual development to work with the Crystal Lake, and the Crystal Lake helps you to prepare for interacting with your multidimensional Self. Also, in the Arcturian Crystal Lake, you can receive healing energy for your energy field. This is energy that you could not normally receive in the Third Dimension.

There are also other practical sides to working with the Arcturian Crystal Lake. For example, you can practice traveling to the Crystal Lake through corridors of light that we have established. You can practice thought projection and bilocation; both of these exercises are important tools for your ascension. In addition, your fifth-dimensional body is participating and is actively involved and present in the Arcturian Crystal Lake. That means that your visiting the Crystal Lake gives you an opportunity to interact in a direct way with your fifth-dimensional body.

Finally, there are advantages and opportunities for you in the Crystal Lake to travel throughout the galaxy. The Crystal Lake offers a starting point from which you can more easily travel interdimensionally throughout the galaxy. One way to look at this is comparing this Arcturian Crystal Lake to using the Moon as a base in order to travel to Mars, or to travel to other areas in the solar system or outside of the solar system. There is a tremendous advantage to starting from the Moon in stellar travel, and there is equally a tremendous advantage to traveling interdimensionally and galactically from the Arcturian Crystal Lake.

So let me begin by reviewing these six points in more detail, and also, I will be giving you more instructions about how to benefit from the using of the Arcturian Crystal Lake. Let me first begin by describing again this Arcturian Crystal Lake. We have set up this Crystal Lake in the Arcturian energy field on the Fifth Dimension, and our goal is to offer you, the Arcturian starseeds, a place to direct your energy to the Fifth Dimension. Yes, it is important to begin to travel to the Fifth Dimension. But we find that it is more useful to have a direction or a place to go to. I could tell you, “OK, let us go to the Fifth Dimension.” And you can begin to travel there or thought project to the Fifth Dimension, but it is much better and easier for you to have a direct goal or place to set yourself up.

The Arcturian Crystal Lake is in the Fifth Dimension, but it has a special energy field of protection. I will explain that in more detail. You as third-dimensional beings are tied to the Earth and the Earth incarnational cycle through your Astral Cord. You cannot enter the Fifth Dimension without cutting your Astral Cord. I work with many starseeds, including you, on entering and working with the Arcturian Stargate, which is another important tool. Remember, when we go to the Stargate, we never go through the doorway onto the other side. The reason is because when you pass through the doorway into the Fifth Dimension, you are going to cut your ties astrally, or the Astral Cord, and you will not be able to return to the Third Dimension. Therefore, you cannot go through the Arcturian Stargate directly and interdimensionally.

It is the same rules with the Arcturian Lake, except that we have established there a special energy field protecting and preventing the cutting of your Astral Cord. Remember that there is a dome of glass around the Crystal Lake, and the lake itself is approximately one mile in diameter, and the crystal is buried or is submerged in the lake. You have to pass through the glass-like dome in order to reach the Crystal Lake. You may have asked yourself: “Why did the Arcturians place a dome around this lake?” The reason is because we are able to instill and inject this special energy field so that you will be able to experience it simultaneously as a fifth-dimensional energy field, yet it will not affect your Astral Cord, and you will not have your Astral Cord cut. This means that you will be able to have the benefits of being in the Fifth Dimension, but you will be in a protected environment that we have set up for you that will protect you, and you will be able to return to the Third Dimension.

I know that many of you would be more than happy to go to the Crystal Lake and leave the Earth body, and you would not have any problems in cutting the Astral Cord. I agree and I understand this, but there are certain laws and rules governing our interventions on the Earth, and we have to respect the karmic laws that you are experiencing under your soul journey. That means that the Arcturian Crystal Lake offers you the best of both worlds. You can come and experience directly your fifth-dimensional energy field here and be protected so that you do not have to worry about cutting your ties to the Third Dimension prematurely.

In addition to the glass dome around the lake, there is, of course, the crystal in the water. Sometimes I refer to that crystal as the “Mother Crystal”. You see this Mother Crystal is the basis and the prototype for the 12 etheric duplicate crystals that have been downloaded throughout the planet with the Arcturian starseeds. These 12 duplicate crystals have come together to establish a baseline and what I call a “bypass of the meridians” so that core planetary energies can continue to flow through the Tree of Life configuration created by these crystals. The energy and support for these etheric crystals started with the Mother Crystal, and afterwards the 12 etheric duplicates were created. These etheric duplicates are still intimately and strongly connected to the Mother Crystal in the Crystal Lake.

You can look at the Mother Crystal the way you would look at the Sun. If the Sun for any reason stopped sending out light, then the Earth would lose its nourishing energy and could not survive. The Mother Crystal is continually sending out spiritual energy to the 12 etheric crystals on Earth. This gives you an idea of the strength, the power and the complexity of the Mother Crystal, and that Mother Crystal is the center energy field in the Arcturian Crystal Lake. We recognize the intense spiritual power of that etheric crystal, and therefore, we have submerged this crystal in the lake.

I can again compare it to the Sun, because if you get too close to the Sun, then you could burn up. The Sun is approximately 93 million miles from the Earth, and even approaching the Sun 92 or 91 million miles away, could be enough to burn up a spaceship and send radiation levels so high that people in a spacecraft could die. This is the power of the Sun. And I want you to think of the etheric crystal, the Mother Crystal, as powerful spiritually like the Sun. This Mother Crystal has the power to send out intense spiritual light. You need that intense spiritual light now for your evolution.

I am going to explain other reasons why you need that spiritual light. But there also is a concern that the spiritual light is so strong that you might not be able to integrate it, and it could “blow your circuits out”. You have circuits of protection in your energy field, and in your core nervous system, including your mind and your brain. If the spiritual light coming from a source, such as the Mother Crystal, is too strong, it could blow out the spiritual circuits in your body. What would that be like? Well, you might lose consciousness. But in some cases, you could become delirious, and you may not be able to wake up for a long time. I am talking like 24 hours, if the circuits are blown up. There have been cases where people lost the ability of speech, and in extreme cases, there are examples of people who have died. You might think that if they died, then they went to the Fifth Dimension. But there are problems. If you die from an overexposure to spiritual light, then it is not really desirable.

Therefore, we attenuate the Mother Crystal, which means that the light from the Mother Crystal, or the spiritual energy from the Mother Crystal, is lessened. When I raise the spiritual crystal or the Mother Crystal, I can calibrate the intensity of the spiritual light that it is emitting, so that you can receive it and integrate it without blowing out your spiritual circuits. That is why I would, in spiritual exercises, only raise the spiritual Mother Crystal 10 feet out of the water, or maybe 20 feet, and that itself is very intense, and then I can direct the energy from the Mother Crystal to your Third Eye. Sometimes we direct it to the Crown Chakra, but most of the time we will direct it to the Third Eye because the Third Eye is usually the clearest point in which we can send spiritual light and energy to you.

Another important aspect of the Arcturian Crystal Lake is that your fifth-dimensional body is there. We have set up this lake so that you will have an easily accessible place that will enable you to visit your fifth-dimensional body. I know that it is difficult for you to grasp and experience yourself as a multidimensional being. I think that mentally and intellectually you can understand it and hopefully agree that you are multidimensional. But on an experiential level, I think that it is hard for you, the Arcturian starseeds, to experience yourself as a multidimensional being. I try and compare this, which is being a multidimensional being, to the dream world. I know that you dream regularly, and you have no problem in being the dream maker or the dream creator. Dreams certainly exist on another dimension.

What are some of the characteristics in the dream world that are similar to the characteristics on the Fifth Dimension? Well, first of all, both in the dream world and in the fifth-dimensional world there is the collapse of space and time the way you know it on the Third Dimension. The core ingredient of the Third Dimension is space and time. And this is how you have been trained, and this is how you interact and relate to reality.

Yet in the dream world, space and time are also compressed or zipped (if you want to use a term from the computer world). Both in the dream world and on the Fifth Dimension, many events from the past and the present or the future are mixed together and can be experienced on a multitude of levels and can be experienced in a very short time. Sometimes the actual dream exists in a time scale of two minutes, yet you as the dreamer may have experienced the dream as endless or equivalent to years of experience. One of the core signs of being on a higher dimension is experiencing the compression of space and time.

In the dream world, like in the fifth-dimensional world, you can go to many different places through thought projection. That means that you just think, and you are where you want to be. The Arcturian Crystal Lake is like a base from which you can thought project yourself throughout the galaxy.

I know that you can thought project yourself from the Earth to other places in the galaxy, but with some difficulty. But in the Arcturian Crystal Lake, when you are there in your fifth-dimensional body, you have temporarily freed yourself from the normal constraints of the third-dimensional restrictions, or if you will, third-dimensional etheric gravity. And then you can more easily thought project yourself to other planetary systems or even other galaxies. The Arcturian Crystal Lake, then, offers you an accelerated, intense foundation for galactic travel.

Let me return to the fifth-dimensional body. When we describe the Arcturian Crystal Lake, we note that there are 1600 fifth-dimensional bodies sitting in meditation around the Crystal Lake, and we invite you, the starseeds, to travel there, coming through the dome or glass. Then you can find your fifth-dimensional body, and you can enter it. There are advantages for your spiritual development on Earth when you are able to be in your fifth-dimensional body. Number one, you are experiencing yourself multidimensionally, which is more in alignment with your true nature. Number two, you are experiencing an important aspect of your spiritual development, which is your fifth-dimensional body. One of the goals of the Arcturian teachings and work is to open you up to your fifth-dimensional presence. The best way to open you up to your fifth-dimensional presence is to cohabitate in your fifth-dimensional body.

We have arranged so that your fifth-dimensional body can be there on the Crystal Lake. There are many other spiritual advantages when you come into the Crystal Lake and experience your fifth-dimensional body. Another advantage is that you can receive spiritual updates to your energy field that you could not receive on the Earth. We, the Arcturians, love the computer language and the concept of updates. You know, in running your computers, that it is important to download updates so that you get better virus protection. Updates are important because programmers always find new ways to more efficiently operate the software.

Let us take that update analogy into the Arcturian Crystal Lake. First, you cannot receive spiritual updates as easily on the Earth. The Arcturian Crystal Lake helps you become more sensitive and more receptive, and you can hold the new spiritual energy and updates more easily in our crystal lake. Therefore, when you come to visit the Arcturian Crystal Lake, you can directly receive spiritual updates. It is necessary for you to receive spiritual updates in your energy field, just like your computer and your software must receive computer updates.

The reason for these spiritual updates is the Earth’s energy field is continually changing. This is a rapid period of advancement and confusion and polarizations now on the Earth. You need to have an update to rebalance yourself, to realign yourself and to recalibrate yourself to the many changes. You can be in perfect alignment and in balance at one moment, but then 24 hours later, the Earth energy could be shifting around your home, around your city, or around your country, or around the world. Because you are empathic, then you would feel the shift, and you could easily be out of balance again. Therefore, it is important for you also to be spiritually updated.

You can have that spiritual update experience in the Crystal Temple where we are able to send you new spiritual programming, and this includes programming in your fifth-dimensional body. When you come to the Arcturian Crystal Lake, you are bringing your Spirit Body that is residing in your physical body. You are bringing that Spirit Body into your fifth-dimensional body. The fifth-dimensional body on the Arcturian Crystal Lake, that you are inhabiting, will receive the updates from the Arcturian Crystal. This new update will be imprinted on your Spirit Body that has come up from the Earth. When you are done, your Spirit Body leaves with those imprints and with those higher energies and will bring it back down into your third-dimensional body. It will then be downloaded into your third-dimensional body.

There is not space and time the same way in the Fifth Dimension as there is in the Third Dimension. We will be doing an exercise today dealing with space and time. You may experience the visit to the Arcturian Crystal as a short visit, lasting several minutes, for example, yet huge downloads of spiritual information and energy can be sent into your Spirit Body during that short period of time. When your Spirit Body returns to the third-dimensional body, it could take as long as 12 or 14 hours to download all of the information and all of the updates and changes that you have received.

Another important practice and tool in the Arcturian Crystal Lake is the experience of traveling to the lake. We use corridors to help you. We send down corridors from the Crystal Lake to your rooms where you are living. We ask you to enter the corridor and travel at the speed of thought. It is important for you to grasp this concept of the speed of thought, because the speed of thought is the fastest speed in the universe. It is faster than the speed of light. In the speed of thought you go instantly to where you think. Going to the Arcturian Crystal Lake offers you an opportunity to practice what we call thought projection.

Thought projection is the process by which you travel at the speed of thought through a fifth-dimensional corridor. Bilocation is a term that describes the process in which you are sending a part of yourself using thought projection to another place in the universe. In bilocation you are not sending 100% of your Spirit Body to another location, but only a percentage. You can even bilocate on the Earth. You can bilocate, for example, to a mountain top or to a sacred place.

I described the bilocation in terms of percentages, because you can have yourself 50% in location one and 50% in location two. When you are doing the bilocation in the Arcturian Crystal Lake, you can really increase the percentages of your Spirit in the lake. So you can say that you are 10% in your physical body and 90% in the Arcturian Crystal Lake in your fifth-dimensional body. You cannot go 100% in the Arcturian Crystal Lake and 0% in the physical body on Earth. You always must maintain… I recommend a minimum of 10% presence in the physical body on the Earth.

In bilocation you divide up your presence. Now, all of the Ascended Masters are able to bilocate. They are able to bring parts of themselves in an etheric form onto the Earth. Some of you can even see the Ascended Masters when they are bilocating to the Earth.

Another important aspect of the Crystal Lake experience is the ability to receive personal healings in the lake, healings which you could not receive or process on the Third Dimension. Our theories of healing and practice of healing are focused on your energy field. When you send your energy field from your third-dimensional body to our Crystal Lake, then your third-dimensional body has the imprints and has the recordings of all of the illnesses or diseases or blockages in your energy field. Being on the Third Dimension is going to create blockages in the energy field.

It is a continual process to update and cleanse your energy field. When you send your energy field into the Crystal Lake and into your fifth-dimensional body, you increase your empathic abilities and sensitivity and are able to receive higher fifth-dimensional energies that will heal any breaks or any blockages in your energy field. That means that, energetically, you can receive healing energies in the Crystal Lake that you could not process on the Third Dimension. The challenge is to bring that healing energy back into the Third Dimension. You can do that while you travel back into the corridor, and when you align yourself as you re-enter your physical body in what I call “perfect alignment”.

One of the big problems on the Earth now is psychological imbalances. Psychological imbalances can be caused by unbalanced re-entries into the physical body. Unbalanced re-entries can occur from trauma, including such things as sexual abuse, or a car accident, or even a surgery. In many of these “traumatic events” the Spirit Body leaves the physical body. The reason why the Spirit Body leaves the physical body is for safety reasons. Then when the “all clear” signal is given and there is a sense of safety, the Spirit Body can re-enter.

In third-dimensional time and space, there still exists fear and lower feelings. The Spirit Body will not enter in perfect alignment where there is fear. If the Spirit Body does not enter in perfect alignment, then there is psychological imbalance and disharmony. This happens also frequently through near-death experiences and other traumatic events. We know now that the number of traumatic events occurring on the Earth is increasing, especially during all of the conflicts and wars that are going on. The return of the Spirit Body in perfect alignment is a key factor in integration and benefiting from the Crystal Lake.

I think we are ready now to go through a healing experience using the information that I have presented for you. So please take three deep breaths, go into a state of spiritual relaxation and hear these sounds to clear your aura. (Tones aura clearing sounds)

You are now in a state of spiritual relaxation. Your physical body is deeply relaxed, and you are connected to your Spirit Body with increased spiritual powers. I, Juliano, send down a corridor of light from the Crystal Lake directly into the room where you are sitting right now. Your Spirit in your physical body rises up out of your physical frame, and you enter the corridor of light that I have sent down to you. Your Spirit Body rises out of your Crown Chakra, and you are now in this fifth-dimensional corridor with your enhanced psychic powers. Travel now at the speed of thought to the Crystal Lake. Just think “Arcturian Crystal Lake”, and you will go through the corridor at the speed of thought and arrive at the lake. (Tones “Ta ta ta…”)

Your Spirit Body arrives at the Crystal Lake. You are above this beautiful dome, and you look down the dome and you see the crystal emitting this beautiful blue Arcturian light. The crystal is under the water, but there is blue sparkling light in the center, and around the lake are 1600 fifth-dimensional bodies meditating in the yoga position associated with enlightenment.

Travel through the glass dome and find your fifth-dimensional body. Your Fifth Dimension body is there. We arranged for your fifth-dimensional body to be here for this lecture today. (Tones “Ohhh.”) Align yourself with the fifth-dimensional body and enter now in perfect alignment into your fifth-dimensional body.

You are now in your fifth-dimensional body. You feel a sense of freedom, a relaxation, a sense of joy that really cannot be found in experiences on the Third Dimension. I could describe it as being in the state of enlightenment, because you are in harmony with your soul energy and your Spirit Body that you brought with you, and you are now interacting with this higher energy field. (Tones “Ohhh.”)

I, Juliano, raise the etheric crystal 10 feet out of the water, and you feel a strong wave of spiritual light frequency coming towards you like a sound wave of light and energy, and it reaches each of you. Your Spirit Body absorbs each particle and each quantum particle of spiritual light. As you receive that quantum spiritual light frequency, you are experiencing a healing force that is bringing your Spirit Body into a higher, more balanced state. Let us go into silence as you experience that continual wave of healing and balancing light from the etheric crystal. We will be in silence for several minutes. (Silence)

I am now going to recalibrate the light from the etheric crystal, and a healing vibrational frequency and continued healing waves will be sent to your Spirit Body and your fifth-dimensional body. You will receive it with the highest frequency and sensitivity, and allow this quantum healing light to go and heal any part of your aura and any part of your Spirit Body that is in need of healing. The energy is calibrated for each of your systems. This is called Quantum Omega Healing Light. (Tones “Omega Light.”)

Now receive this beautiful healing light from the Mother Crystal of the Arcturian Crystal Lake.

Another wave of light I am going to send is what I call the update, based on our evaluation of the different events, polarizations and energy shifts that have occurred on the Earth recently. This update I am going to send you will help you to deal with and maintain a spiritual balance and health in the coming weeks and months. Receive now this spiritual update. (Tones healing sounds) Go back into silence. (Silence)

Your Spirit Body has now received and distributed this special vibration into your fifth-dimensional body, and it is now imprinted on your Spirit Body which is going to return to the Earth. You are going to bring all of this intense healing energy back into your physical body on Earth where it will be downloaded. Your fifth-dimensional body will also retain this energy when or if you need to return to the Crystal Lake.

So, prepare yourself to leave your fifth-dimensional body at the Arcturian Crystal Lake. Your Spirit Body rises up out of your fifth-dimensional body and goes to the top of the Crystal Lake. The crystal itself begins to go back down into the water and then submerges in the water. As you go to the top of the dome, you enter a corridor of light from which you came and travel now into this corridor of light at the speed of thought, back into the room where you started. (Tones “Ta, ta, ta.”)

You arrive in your room and now you are six feet above your physical body. Align your Spirit Body so that it is in perfect alignment with all of the chakras, all of the meridians, in your physical body. Everything is now in perfect alignment to your Spirit Body that is above you. Your Spirit is filled with this great Arcturian healing energy and light and updates. You are now ready to re-enter in perfect alignment. At the count of three – one, two, three – re-enter your physical body in perfect alignment.

You are coming from the Arcturian Crystal Lake directly into your physical body, and you are receiving a powerful update. It is like somebody has turned a switch in your physical body. Your physical body is filled with this higher vibrational frequency. You are connected now to Arcturian healing energy. Your spiritual vibrational field is going at a very high rate as you continue to download and integrate this energy. It will take approximately three and a half hours to integrate the work that you have done in the Arcturian Crystal Lake today. But the healing has already begun and it is accelerating. Feel relaxed, electromagnetically charged and spiritually in balance and in harmony with your fifth-dimensional Spirit Body and your soul light. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. Good day.
