Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. I want to focus in this lecture on downloading fifth-dimensional energy into your third-dimensional presence, including your third-dimensional body. I am sure that everyone wants to bring down fifth-dimensional energy into their life and into their physical body. There are many good reasons why you would want the fifth-dimensional energies in your life and in your body. Fifth-dimensional energies can accelerate your healing and bring you new ideas on solving paradoxes and polarizations. Fifth-dimensional energies can greatly aid you in expanding your consciousness.

We are studying the Earth starseeds, and we are looking for ways to more effectively, positively influence you. I know of the difficulties and the traumas that you are all experiencing, and sometimes it may look as if there are no solutions to your problems. I am sure that you could have the attitude that it looks like there are no solutions to the complex Earth problems. Look at the Earth situation and the many crises that are occurring throughout the planet. We look at the real crisis and the underlying reason for this crisis, which is the mass extinction event that is now occurring throughout the planet. This mass extinction event still does not get very much publicity or acknowledgement. It is our belief that a mass extinction event creates confusion in the thinking processes of the higher beings on the planet. By higher beings, I mean mankind. During a mass extinction event, often the darker forces and lower vibrations emerge. This would not happen if there were more fifth-dimensional energies, higher consciousness and expanded consciousness on the planet.

But there are limitations and there are blockages that you may have that would prevent you from bringing down the full cleansings and healings and activations from the Fifth Dimension. In this lecture I am to going to focus on ways to help you become more receptive and help you to remove blocks that you may have. Also I want to discuss in more depth the differences between soul imprints and implants, because it is important for you to understand the difference between these two, and how to deal with imprints and implants, because removing them will help you to be more receptive to fifth-dimensional energies.

Now in this lecture I am going to have assistance from Vywamus, and also from Heli-ah. And Helio-ah will be discussing another important subject on receptivity to the fifth-dimensional energy field. And that subject is electromagnetic shielding and your electromagnetic energy field. In general, I am speaking both of the electromagnetic energy field of each person and the electromagnetic energy field of the planet. The reason why this is an important theme in this discussion has to do with the dramatic changes that are occurring electromagnetically throughout this planet. I am sure you have noticed them. I am sure you felt the electromagnetic energies and the shifts. At the same time, you may not know how to deal with them or what steps to take to protect yourself electromagnetically or to protect your aura, and you may not have a solution for the planet’s weakened energy field.

The shifting electromagnetic energy field of the planet directly affects each of you. The Earth’s electromagnetic energy field is weakening. Holes emerging in the field allow more dangerous rays from the cosmos to come in through the ionosphere and other atmospheric layers and reach your own energy field. Your energy field has not developed fast enough to be able to deal with the changing situation electromagnetically. Adding to this problem is the abundance of manmade electromagnetic pollution that is everywhere around the planet.

When we speak about the Earth and the biosphere, we also need to talk about the pollutants that are going into the atmosphere and into the oceans and the rivers continuously. There is also electromagnetic pollution, and I am sure that is not really surprising to you. This electromagnetic pollution comes from electronic devices, computers, smartphones, cellphone towers, military experiments, such as HAARP, and other secret military activities that are electromagnetically creating pollution. All of these add up and affect you.

I know there are many commercial products available to protect and shield yourself, and I recommend that these are useful attempts and efforts and are useful. I am thinking of certain necklaces or crystals, or other devices that are worn or may be put around devices in order to protect yourself. But the truth is that you are being overwhelmed by a variety of electronic sources, and commercial shielding devices may not be enough. We want to discuss additional activities of healing that will help you become even more electromagnetically healthy. When you are more electromagnetically healthy, then you are able to receive fifth-dimensional energies more effectively.

So, let us go back to the first idea of receptivity. I want to look at this important concept, which is your soul, and the fact that you came here with certain soul lessons in mind. In addition, you came here also with certain soul blockages. These soul blockages originated often from other lifetimes. We would refer to these soul blockages originating from traumas that were imprinted or carried through in patterns from other lifetimes, including other lifetimes from other planets.

Many of you have had lifetimes on other planets, and you have had other lifetimes on planets that were going through similar stages of development and similar conflicts that you are now experiencing on Earth. The soul seeks to repeat unresolved experiences or unresolved conflicts, and the soul looks for the right lifetime to incarnate which will offer the opportunity to heal soul blockages. The soul looks for those lifetimes, which will offer an ability to reproduce similar conflicts that have been unresolved in past lifetimes. And the soul, especially from a starseed perspective, has a wide range of opportunities throughout the galaxy, because the starseeds do have the ability to incarnate on different planets besides the Earth. This is a great advantage, because you do not have to wait for the same opportunities on the same planet. You can be flexible, and you can have similar experiences on different planets.

Therefore, you now are facing problems spiritually that you were unable to solve or had difficulty with in other planetary lives. We can use the example of Atlantis as a past lifetime in which many of you had been incarnated. Now Atlantis, of course, is on the Earth, but it offers us a good example. There were conflicts on the planet that had to do with science and military technology versus spirituality, similar to what Earth is now facing. In that lifetime, you were confronted with the problem of how do you maintain your spiritual optimism? And how do you download a higher vibration that will influence and affect the planet so that the civilization would not self-destruct? This was a huge conflict for sensitive starseeds like you. It is a conflict to be on a planet that is going through that stage of development and is close to self-destruction. How are you, as a fifth-dimensional seeker, to deal with this? How is it that you can download the right thought fields and the right energy to create an antidote or a creative solution for solving these problems?

I will offer some perspective on this problem. One needs to work with the structural foundation of the thought fields that keep a planetary system going. It is a big decision, and it is a big prescription to work to shift a planet’s thought field. Believe me, I know because I have studied Galactic Anthropology, and I have visited planets around the galaxy, and I know how depressing it can be to see a planet that you dearly love, especially one so diverse as the Earth, self-destruct. How can you protect yourself in that situation, because you do not have to self-destruct? You can still maintain your spiritual integrity and fulfill your spiritual mission and learn your soul lessons in this situation. One solution is to clear yourself of negative soul imprints from previous lifetimes.

I observe the spiritual seekers of the Fifth Dimension, and I notice starseeds often neglect soul imprints that have to do with neurotic tendencies, personality problems, relationship problems and especially problems of self-worth. Many of the starseeds struggle with self-worth. They may not think that they are advanced enough or good enough to be brought into the Fifth Dimension. At the same time, I have seen the spiritual seekers neglect or deny the lower parts of the Self.

The famous Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung called the lower part of the Self “the shadow parts of the Self”. For reasons that are easy to understand, many people will neglect their Shadow Self, because it’s painful. There is often not an easy solution to the healing of the Shadow Self. The good news is that there is a solution that I can offer you. You must be willing to accept and look at your Shadow Self, and you must understand that that part of yourself known as the Shadow Self can inhibit and restrict your ability to download higher fifth-dimensional energy.

Starseeds may think that they can just ignore the Shadow Self. But time and again, I have seen higher starseeds trip and fall because they had neglected it and did not accept that part of the life mission that had to do with healing the Shadow Self. One part of your soul mission now is to purify and detoxify the soul from those negative imprints that you are carrying from lifetime to lifetime. You may be concerned that you do not have enough time left on Earth to solve these problems, given the short time that is left here on the Earth, and also the fact that some of these problems that you are carrying with you may have come from several lifetimes. You may think that it will take several more lifetimes to unravel the situation.

But there is a good solution, and that solution comes from using expanded consciousness to heal the Shadow Self. Expanded consciousness is the ability to bring your awareness into the higher perspectives and the higher realms. Expanded consciousness opens you up to your psychic abilities and other higher thought powers, which will allow you to accelerate personal healings and releases of soul imprints and blockages. Expanded consciousness can accelerate your healing, and most importantly, it can improve your receptivity to fifth-dimensional energy.

If you are pure in intention, then you can release darkness and lower dense energies in your soul and in your psyche. Then you will be able to receive more higher light. It sounds like a simplistic equation, and it also has a great deal of truth.

Let us do an exercise of expanded consciousness, and in this expanded consciousness exercise, you may be able to release some of the shadow parts of your Self that have been inhibiting your ability to be a better receiver of fifth-dimensional light.

So, take three deep breaths and go into a state of what I call “spiritual relaxation”. I call this a trance state where you are going deeper into yourself. You are feeling safe, connected to your Higher Self and connected to the Arcturians. As you go into this deeper state of spiritual relaxation, know that your mind is expanding, and know that you have greater powers of visualization, and greater powers of receptivity, and greater psychic powers, including the powers of bilocation, thought projection and integration of deeper healing meditations with the Arcturians.

(Tones “Oh, oh oh.”) As you are going deeper and deeper into this expanded state, your awareness is becoming multidimensional. You are aware of the Third Dimension, and you are also aware of the Fourth Dimension, and you are aware of the Fifth Dimension. I want you to become aware of the Earth and the Ring of Ascension around the Earth. This is a halo that contains the thought fields and the presences of many fifth-dimensional Masters, including the Arcturians who are here to help you.

In this beautiful Ring of Ascension, you see the halo around the Earth. With my powers of Arcturian healing, I am producing a multitude of mini-rings or halos of light, and I am sending to each of you now, a mini-halo of light made from the substance of the main Ring of Ascension. That mini-halo of light is now downloaded around your head and shoulders. You now have a mini-halo ring of light, that is made from the Ring of Ascension, around your shoulders now.

As you have that ring, that halo, you begin to experience a deeper level of expansion and a deeper level of expanded consciousness. Your small mind is giving way to your expanded mind, and this halo has magical powers that enable you to expand your consciousness. The halo, the ring, is becoming large. It is now doubled in size around your shoulders and your head, and as it has doubled in size, your expanded consciousness has also doubled. Any contractions, any shadow parts of your Self, are now loosening.

As you expand your mind, those dense and darker shadow energies cannot hold on. They are loosening and are ready to be released. The halo ring doubles in size again, signifying that your consciousness has expanded, also equal to another doubling in size and strength. As your mind continues to expand, those denser parts of your Self have loosened more and are ready to be released. You only need to say to yourself, “I – and say your name – I am releasing the older shadow parts of my Self. I am releasing those parts of my Shadow Self that are based on older and negative instructions that were wrongly given to me by my parents or other authority figures.”

Those parts of your Self that are contracted can now be released through your intentions and thoughts and affirmations. We will go into meditation for several minutes as we work together on this release. We will be in silence now for several minutes. (Silence)

Very good. I can feel the great loosening in many of your souls and shadowy parts of Self that are ready for release. Just say the words again: “I am ready to release this shadow part of my Self.” And as you are working on that part and thinking about it, I am going to turn the next part of the lecture over to Vywamus, who has some other insights for you. This is Juliano.

Greetings, I am Vywamus. I am a soul psychologist. I am always happy to talk to you about the new spiritual technology and the new psycho-spiritual technology. This is an amazing accelerated time on the Earth, and there have been dramatic discoveries of new techniques for soul work, new techniques for soul psychology, and new techniques for releasing traumas from this lifetime and from the past lifetimes. Some of these new techniques were not available to you in your other lifetimes.

Think for a moment of some of the traumas that you may have experienced and some of the persecutions you may have experienced. You may have survived and escaped the traumas in other lifetimes, and even in this lifetime, but, these modern psycho-spiritual techniques for releasing and healing may not have been available to you then. And even today, some of you still struggle to find the right technique and the right healer to bring you towards the release of earlier traumas.

But Juliano is correct that the storage of traumas in the psyche can limit your ability to download fifth-dimensional light, and it is to your advantage to release as much repressed trauma as possible. The technique of expanded consciousness loosens the hold the older traumas or blockages have on you.

The computer world has brought some interesting psychological metaphors into the consciousness of humanity, and these new metaphors are of great assistance in helping you to understand your psyche and how to heal yourself. I like the idea of programs as a metaphor for understanding how your psyche stores past traumas. Programs are like files in the mind. For example, you might have programs of low self-worth or a program of anxiety, or other programs of negative responses that were transferred to you by authority figures in your life.

There is an interesting phenomenon in soul psychology which is called “genetic psychic transference”. Genetic psychic transference refers to neurotic thought patterns that are passed on from generation to generation in the same way that genetic physical structures, such as color of hair or size of face or size of hands, are passed on. These neurotic patterns are passed on through the incarnational process I call soul imprinting.

Soul imprinting can be defined as the transfer of traumas or unresolved psychic problems in one lifetime to another lifetime. The unresolved neurotic pattern is placed or imprinted on the soul and is carried on into the next lifetime. The same pattern will emerge in the new lifetime, and it will still carry the same energy pattern it had in the original lifetime.

The goal of the soul is to release and heal that traumatic and neurotic pattern. I refer to this soul pattern as the “repetition compulsion”, which is a term where the soul repeats patterns in one lifetime or several lifetimes until the neurotic energy is resolved.

However, the soul repetition compulsion is evidence of soul imprinting. Now, I want to compare this to the concept of soul implants, because there are two different sources for these issues. A soul implant is an external device that is similar to a computer chip, but it is interdimensional, and it is placed against the will of the person by an alien in the psyche of the person. The purpose of the implant is to give that external alien (usually a fourth-dimensional being) the ability to control that person for the benefit of the alien. You may see examples in the physical of soul implants, because at various times these implants appear in X-rays or other electromagnetic scanning devices. Sometimes they are only seen interdimensionally by psychics.

Soul imprints are different than soul implants. I do not want you to confuse the two. They are two different things, and the soul imprints are a normal part of your incarnational development. I want to also clarify that soul imprints also have a positive factor. And this is seen, for example, in such people as Mozart, who carried the soul imprint of a musical ability from one lifetime to the next and was a child prodigy in music. Therefore, soul imprints are not always negative. In fact, there are many positive soul imprints, and it could be that in a previous lifetime, you may have had a positive ability, such as a musical ability, but did not have the opportunity to successfully implement it. That soul imprint is carried on in the next lifetime.

Again, visualize your mini Ring of Ascension around your shoulders and around your head and experience the expansion of that ring, which at the same time expands your aura, including your mind. Your mind expands double in size; quadruple in size and then even eight times in size. Your aura also expands equally. You now have expanded consciousness, multidimensional awareness and the ability to loosen any negative imprints that need to be detoxified or purified, and the ability to release any implants that you might be carrying. Remember the implants cannot stay connected to your psyche when you have expanded consciousness. We will go back into meditation for two minutes while you work on these releases to the best of your abilities. We will be in silence. (Silence)

Remember the loosening of the imprints is the result of the expansion of your mind, and your ring or halo has also expanded around your aura and your mind. You are now experiencing the greater higher mind and expanded consciousness which is loosening any negative imprints and any implants. You may now say this affirmation: “I hereby release any implants in my system. I also hereby release any negative imprints that no longer serve me.” (Tones “Oh, oh oh.”)

You may come back into awareness again, reconnecting with your normal Self. You are still in an expanded consciousness. You still have the halo around you that will be around you for the next 24 hours so that you can have the benefit of having this expanded consciousness more easily. Greetings, I am Helio-ah. In this part of the lecture, I am going to talk about your electromagnetic energy field. As Juliano has described, your electromagnetic field is being bombarded with new energies and what I call electromagnetic pollution or electromagnetic debris. There are lots of debris and non-resonant frequencies that are creating disharmony electromagnetically in your field. It is true that you are electromagnetic beings of Light. The protective fields around your Self and the protected fields around the planet have weakened. It is possible that you may feel out of balance because of this weakening of the fields. You may not be able to even identify the reason why you are out of balance. If your electromagnetic field is out of balance, then the solution is to heal your electromagnetic energy field.

I have a special healing chamber on my starship Athena, where I can work with you to reconstitute your electromagnetic energy field. I can help you to strengthen your electromagnetic energy field. I can add what I call quantum healing energies to your field that are more adaptable to electromagnetic fluctuations on the Earth.

You were raised in a non-Arcturian family on the Earth. You were not raised as starseeds. There may be exceptions, but generally most of you were not raised as starseeds. And here you are in this part of your life, dealing with this high energy. Your basic foundation of Self still has many older third-dimensional thought patterns from an earlier childhood. These older patterns could influence your ability to assimilate new energy. But it also means that these older patterns are taking up space where you need to have more flexibility, and you need to have more energetic strength to adapt to this ever-changing electromagnetic world, which includes the world of cellphones, smartphones, computers and many other electronic devices.

But also, be aware that the factors of this current active solar cycle could be affecting you. We are in a very active solar cycle now, which means solar storms and coronal mass ejections are frequently bathing the Earth in new electromagnetic energies. Also the protective layer of the Earth has weakened over the years, especially when one considers the effect of the many nuclear explosions that have occurred on this planet from the 1950s through the 1970s. I am referring to the aboveground nuclear testing which damaged parts of the ionosphere and also damaged the electromagnetic energy protective fields of the Earth which shield humanity from harmful solar rays.

So, take three deep breaths. I, Helio-ah, send a corridor of light down to each of you. Go into a state of spiritual relaxation. Feel your spirit body leave through your Crown Chakra. Enter the corridor of light that I have sent down over your house, and travel now at the speed of thought to my starship Athena. (Tones “Ta, ta ta.”) You arrive at my starship, and I, Helio-ah, greet you, and I direct you into the part of my ship known as the Helio-ah Healing Chamber.

I call this meditative and healing technique that we will use the “hair dryer technique”. I know that sounds funny to you, but there are approximately 50 to 100 seats with hair-dryer-looking apparatus above the seat, and they are holographically and electromagnetically sophisticated devices. I am asking that each of you take a chair underneath one hair-dryer-like apparatus, and as you are sitting underneath there, I am going to turn on each device.

They are calibrating right now to you and your electromagnetic needs. Some of you need more positive ions; some of you need a little more negative ions; some of you need more balancing and some of you need additions of certain electromagnetic frequencies that have been depleted. Every one of you has a different need. I cannot say everyone needs to have this ion or that electromagnetic frequency added because everyone is different now. Some of you have holes in the electromagnetic energy field that need to be patched.

Sit down underneath the hair-dryer-like apparatus. Take a deep breath, and I will calibrate the device to your needs. We are calibrating the device to your needs electromagnetically, and we are sending the correct frequencies for balance, harmony and protection, and strengthening of your electromagnetic energy field. We will go into silence for one minute as this device does its job. (Silence)

The devices match the electromagnetic needs of each organ in your body, because each organ needs a balance electromagnetically. Allow any electromagnetic calibration and reharmonization with any organ that is needed. The recalibration and harmonization and healing part is now completed.

In the second phase of the treatment we solidify the work that was done in your electromagnetic field so that you can bring the completed, healed electromagnetic energy back into your physical body on Earth. There will be three distinct tones (channel makes three tones). Each device has now completed its reharmonization of your electromagnetic energy field. Step out of the hair dryer device. Your electromagnetic energy field is rebalanced. We harmonized and recalibrated your energy field to the highest healing powers that you need.

Walk down the hallway. As you leave my healing chamber, I embrace each of you, and send you my love. Walk down the hallway, find the corridor from which you came and travel now back to your Earth body at the speed of thought. (Tones “Ta ta ta.”) You arrive six feet above your physical body. Your aura is harmonized and healed electromagnetically on all levels, and now you download and integrate your new rebalanced energy field into your Earth body. Your expanded consciousness allows you to integrate this immediately for your highest good. Take three more deep breaths as you integrate this healing energy.
