Embracing Galactic Spirituality

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians! Embracing Galactic Spirituality involves and affects how a person perceives the world and the universe. Does one see the world Earth- centered, centered on the Sun, or does one embrace the galaxy as the main central point for our existence on the third dimension? One can even ask the question: Is there a multiverse? A multiverse means there exist many different universes besides our own. Does one see the multiverse having many dimensions and how are these dimensions accessible? A group’s spiritual perception also includes access to other dimensions. Indeed, we can even look today at the concept of Heaven and Hell as referring to other dimensions. I will propose to you that Heaven and the Garden of Eden is a description of another dimension which some people call the fifth dimension. When you hear people talk about Hell, it is really referring to a lower dimension. The problem is that groups on the Earth are trying to limit access to Heaven by describing what certain religious membership restrictions apply. Hell seems to have open gates and anyone can enter. There are even groups that are volunteering to send people to Hell against their will.
Galactic Spirituality is basically a more expanded system which brings people closer to the Creator and closer to the true reality of the physical universe. Galactic Spirituality provides one access to truer reality that is based on expanded consciousness and expanded perceptions. When one embraces Galactic Spirituality, then one can open the “Doors of Perception” and begin to see the true reality which includes the existence of other dimensions and other galactic planetary beings. The true reality is a cosmic reality and a universal reality that is multidimensional and which is inhabited by many different beings throughout our galaxy. The Fifth Dimension is an expression of this profound multidimensional existence in our galaxy. Most galaxies have other dimensions. Today we will limit the discussion of Galactic Spirituality to our own Milky Way Galaxy.
The Milky Way Galaxy is the galaxy that you and I reside in. It is a galaxy that is multidimensional, that is, it has various levels of dimensions. It is a huge galaxy that may be as long as 50,000 light years wide, and you and I and other planetary beings within the galaxy are traveling around the center of the galaxy. The center of the galaxy is called the Galactic Sun. We must understand that the Galactic Sun is a multidimensional physical and spiritual point lying in the center of this galaxy. Remember, in earlier time periods mankind perceived that the Earth or even the Sun was the center point of the universe. Now we know that the Earth and the solar system travel around the center of the galaxy! If you are heliocentric, then you believe that your Sun is the center of the universe. Are you Earth-centered? Do you believe, as did mankind in the Middle Ages, that the universe goes around the Earth? Or are you galactic-centered and acknowledge that everything goes around the center of the galaxy? When you are galactic-centered, then you are acknowledging that we are all traveling around the center of the galaxy. We can also talk about how galaxies are in groups. I do want to point out one fact: the Milky Way Galaxy belongs to what is known as a “local group”, which is approximately 12 or 13 galaxies that are part of a nearby system of galaxies.
In Galactic Spirituality we say that the center of the galaxy is the Central Sun, which is this multidimensional spiritual and physical energy field which is responsible for the creation of all life and of all spiritual development. Therefore, when I or you describe the galactic alignment in 2012, we are describing both a physical alignment and a spiritual alignment. Let us look back for a moment on December 21, 2012. Perhaps in your subjective memory this happened yesterday, but it was almost three years ago when you and I were talking about the galactic alignment. This galactic alignment was the source of predictions which included mass destruction, mass volcanic eruptions, major Earth changes and other planetary upheavals.
The true interpretation of this galactic alignment is that the Earth came into an alignment with the Central Sun, and that this event brought down new spiritual energies. This alignment can be described as the downloading of Galactic Spirituality into the consciousness of humanity. This alignment then began a process of bringing Spiritual Galactic Consciousness, or Cosmic Consciousness, to the Earth in a strong, energetic wave. Part of this energetic wave has been introduced to you through the Galactic Kachina. The Galactic Kachina is an intermediary similar to the ones used by the Hopis and Navajo Native Americans as spirit guides and mentors. These Kachinas, including the Galactic Kachina, reside on the famous San Francisco Peaks, near Flagstaff, Arizona. The idea of the Galactic Consciousness and Galactic Spirituality was also introduced to the New Age Community through the 90s, through the early 2000s. However, there was also an awareness in certain other Native groups, such as the Mayans, such as the Cherokees and the Plains Indians and the Iroquois, who also had a knowledge of our galactic family. Because you see, the Star Family is part of a system that is included in Galactic Spirituality.
One core idea in Galactic Spirituality and the concept of the alignment with the Central Sun says that all life forms that exist in this galaxy originated through the Source Masters in the Central Sun. The Source Masters in the Central Sun oversee the spiritual development and placement of higher life forms throughout this galaxy. There are certain time periods in the life of a planet in which the energies from the galactic spiritual center are more intense, and when those times occur, there is an opportunity among the inhabitants of that planet for expanded consciousness, for expanded perception and for expanded spiritual tools and skills. The bringing down and alignment of this spiritual galactic energy does not immediately solve Earth’s problems. You have witnessed this! I mean, you are very capable people as starseeds, and you and other have been working diligently to bring down and teach and to download Galactic Light and Galactic Energy into the Earth. But you will agree with me that this process has not stopped the entropy or the self-destruction that seems to be occurring before your eyes and my eyes on this planet.
As a way of understanding and explaining this entropy and destruction, I want to go to another concept in Galactic Spirituality, which is the principle of holographic energy. Simply stated, holographic energy says the part represents the whole. But there is a corollary to this, which is that what happens in the part affects the whole, but also, what happens in the whole affects the part. In applying this to Galactic Spirituality and to the existence of the Galactic Masters and the Galactic Council, I want to explain the holographic principle. What happens to the Earth is holographically affecting all parts of this galaxy. We have talked about this through the concept of quantum cohesiveness. We know, for example, that like thought forms attract similar thought forms. What is also going on in the Galactic Council affects what is on Earth. I’m saying it is a two-way street. What’s happening on the Earth affects the Galactic Center, and what happens in the Galactic Center affects the Earth. This sounds simplistic, but it has major ramifications because the Galactic Council is affected and is learning from what is going on on the Earth. The Earth, through many of its spiritual leaders, is trying to integrate the healing energies from the galaxy.
We now come to another important principle in Galactic Spirituality. Galactic Spirituality states that the higher dimensions, including the fifth dimension, do interact with the third dimension, and specifically, the fifth dimension does interact with the third dimension. There is a multidimensional interactive force. The dimensions that exist in our multidimensional galaxy interact with each other. The Fifth Dimension is not totally cut off or totally separated from the third dimension. Some of you may have this belief that there is a total separation between the dimensions. Even if you look at the descriptions of Heaven and Hell, I can tell you that even in the most restricted definitions, you still have a sense of the interaction between those two levels. The description of Heaven is often seen given as a reward: If you behave in one way, if you believe in a certain person or in a certain belief system, then you will be granted permission to enter Heaven and receive positive rewards. However, if you do not act in a certain way, then you could go into a lower dimension. Some religions even state that you only have to remain in the lower vibration or lower dimension only until you are purified, and then you can go up to a higher level.
But what is key now is to understand the interaction that the Ascended Masters and the Galactic Council achieve by interacting with the Earth. In Galactic Spirituality we say that the Galactic Masters, which include the Ascended Masters, angels, certain beings known as Star Masters and the Arcturians and the Pleiadians and other fifth-dimensional beings, have the ability now to interact with you on the third dimension. The Masters have a possibility to interact with you in a deep and expanded way. This interaction has becoming more powerful because of the 2012 galactic alignment.
The galactic alignment in 2012 has opened up even more pathways and more corridors that are allowing this interaction. Even though this interaction has occurred, the Earth has not been healed. The Earth has not been brought to the Fifth Dimension. There have been many of you who are coming right to the edge of entering the Fifth Dimension during your spiritual work. This is a great achievement, a great accomplishment and a great spiritual advancement which you can feel good about and proud of. I’m certainly proud that you. In the midst of this Earth chaos and the polarization, have developed your spiritual energy and focus strongly. That means that you are able to enter or work in the Fifth Dimension. In the holographic theories of Galactic Spirituality, the Ascended Masters are learning about the Earth, just as you are learning about the Fifth Dimension.
I know that you believe that the Ascended Masters know everything, and that they are able to predict exactly what is going to happen, and that they have the powers to intervene on Earth events. Every part of the galaxy has a unique perspective on the Creator and on the galaxy and the development of Galactic Energy and Galactic Spirituality. This answers the questions many of you have: “Why are the Ascended Masters so interested in the Earth? Why do so many spirits want to come to the Earth now?” Because the Earth is unique in many ways, and the most obvious way is the existence of duality and density.
In the principle of Cosmic and Galactic Spirituality we talk directly about soul growth and soul expansion. We talk about graduation from the Earth, and we speak specifically about learning certain lessons and completing incarnations so that you can graduate from the Earth. We are not saying that you have to belong to a certain group – you don’t. But that you have to complete your Earth lessons so that you can elevate yourself.
Densities are also compared to evil, and the reason for the existence of evil has always been one of the most complex questions to answer. Why does evil exist? Why does such density exist on a planet that is as beautiful as the Earth, and how is it that this density seems so powerful that it is preventing the advancement of this planet into the Fifth Dimension? We know that the Earth is capable of going into the Fifth Dimension. Many of you are planetary healers and are working very strongly to bring this planet into the higher realms. The answer about why evil exists is not simple. It has to do with complex issues having to do with Cosmic Karma. This is a complexity which is not easily explained, but there is a simple part. I am going to give you the simple answer, but I want you to understand that it’s not the total answer because there are corollaries and parts of this you may not be able to understand from the Earth perspective. Remember, even as advanced as you are, you are still in the Earth’s perspective. Even when you are going up into the higher realms and entering the corridors, you are still based in the Earth’s perspective. The short answer about densities and evil and why it’s allowed to exist is this: In order to make soul evolution and soul advancement, you have to have free will; you have to have free choice. In order to have free choice, densities must exist. You must be able to choose whether you want to go to expanded consciousness or contracted consciousness. You must be able to choose whether you are going to do good or evil. In some cases, the choice is obvious, and in other cases the choice is not so obvious. In other cases, the choice is cloudy because you may get immediate gratification from choosing something that is dense. Notice, I’m moving towards the word “dense” as supposed to “evil”.
Here is an example of choosing density over expansion. In a simple way, you might say, “Well, in the 1900s one can say that: I’m able to kill all of the buffalo because I will make a lot of money from the buffalo hides.” And you would get an immediate pleasure. You might get very rich from selling the hides, but overall, it might have been an evil thing to eradicate so many buffalos. It’s strange because you might not get the immediate karmic feedback, but Galactic Spirituality says that there is reincarnation and there is karma, and the galaxy is set up so that the appropriate karmic lessons for your particular situation will be found so that you can incarnate there. It is strange, but sometimes, the karmic lesson might best be played out elsewhere and you might find yourself on another planet. Because you are in dense concentration and dense energy, you are not going to remember what happened to you in your previous incarnation on Earth. You are not going to remember that you were on another planet Earth, and then you are being placed in this new situation to learn about preserving buffalos or other animals. This is part of Cosmic Karma. There are certain interesting rules about this.
The Earth is such a complex and diverse civilization and planet that there are repeated opportunities for incarnational lessons right here on the planet. That means that some of you may have even had incarnational experiences three or four hundred times on this planet. You find that maybe you were a warrior in the time of Rome, and yet now you are coming back another time as a soldier. This time you realize that the military isn’t the path, and you renounce your military path and move on. There are opportunities to do this. But in order for you to renounce the military, you had to have choices, and you had to gain another perspective. Those choices and other perspective are still here on the Earth, especially since there are so many wars going on and thus many opportunities for soldiers.
This is one of the reasons why there is such a great interest in the Earth, that is, because there is so much free will. With free will there are so many opportunities for learning. There are certain groups and certain people who, because of their extreme cruelty and extreme evilness on Earth, will be taken to special planets where there are unique and powerful ways of dealing with the energies that need to be brought to them in order for them to purify themselves. One of the goals of the purification of the soul is the purification of the consciousness so that the soul light can come through.
In the discussion of Hell I want to point out several methods and several descriptions. Hell in our observation is the lower fourth dimension. The lower fourth dimension is a multi-layered dimension which includes the astral realm, but it also includes a special thought field and in that thought field are repeated, denser energies. When you are ascending, when you are moving into higher consciousness, you can go through this lower part of the astral realm. One of the reasons why we are using corridors in our work with you is because we want you to pass through the lower Fourth Dimension without any problems. Lower fourth-dimensional beings like to parasitically attach themselves to anyone who is of higher light. Part of the reason is because the lower beings are stuck in the lower dimensions and need vital energy to release themselves from being stuck. We can say that Hell is part of the lower fourth dimension. Hell can be described where you are stuck in a repeated pattern of lower energy and lower density. For example, in Hell there are cases of people who are repeating the same nightmare where they are in some type of terrible circumstance, like fire, or they are in a battle and lose. In other examples of Hell, they are repeatedly experiencing a painful situation that they cannot get out of. This type of situation can occur in the lower Fourth Dimension.
In Galactic Spirituality, we have special healers and specially trained spiritual masters who are able to go into the fourth dimension and bring those people out and free them. But we don’t just want to free them so that they can continue on in their cycle of evil. It is possible that they could incarnate and come back and do the same thing again, and thus make the same mistakes or do the same harm to people. We have to work with these people. We have to heal them in a way that they have completed their lesson and realize that they can experience expanded consciousness.
(Chants and tones “OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHMMMM.”) Let each of your souls become purified so that all contracted energies, all of the dense energies that may be around you, are released. (Chants “OOOOOHHHHMMM, OOOOOOHHHHHMMM.”) In any one incarnation, you can totally purify your soul, totally purify your Self. I do want to make a distinction between your Self and your soul because, yes, the soul is already whole; the soul is already pure, but the parts of your Self that are experiencing these other realities need the purification in the lower aspects of your Self, so that you can allow your soul to manifest in a totally pure way in this incarnation. This purification will totally let your soul light come in. You see, the Creator and the Galactic Council are saying that we want everyone to be able to manifest their soul light in the third dimension. Why? Why is this third dimension so important? If you’re on the fifth dimension, why would you even care about the third dimension? The answer to this question focuses on coming back to the holographic principles, that the third dimension does affect the fifth dimension and the fifth dimension affects the third. It’s an interaction that is reflected in this statement: “As above, so below” and “So below, as above”.
We can say that the fifth dimension does have seals, or entry protections, which are necessary. You are quickly learning that the way to open those seals is to use the special skills and knowledge that are taught in Galactic Consciousness. The first skill has to do with opening the Doors of Perception. Everyone who has had the Doors of Perception opened will experience Unity Consciousness and Cosmic Consciousness. People with Unity Consciousness are more open, more accepting, more loving, and they are willing to work in a loving way for the planet. The Assemblage Point is a point described by shamans that controls higher perceptions. When that point is opened, one can experience expanded consciousness. The Assemblage Point is also related to what is known neurologically and scientifically as the Pineal Gland and the Reticular Activating System. These are two points within the area of the brain that are directly related to higher consciousness.
What is the relationship between the Pineal Gland and the opening of the Doors of Perception, and what is the relationship between the Assemblage Point and the Pineal Gland? What is the relationship between the Third Eye and the Pineal Gland? The Pineal Gland is able to secrete a neurochemical substance that sets off the reaction that opens the Doors of Perception. When the Doors of Perception open, you will see and experience expanded consciousness in a quantum way. You will see wavy lines, energy fields and auras. When the Pineal Gland is open, you will be able to have other higher powers, such as synesthesia, or the ability to see and hear at the same time, or hear and feel at the same time. You will be able to see into the past and the future. You will be able to astrally travel with ease. You will see that there are thin etheric cords that are attaching everyone to the Central Sun! Everyone has an etheric energy cord that comes from the Central Sun. This Central Sun is multidimensional and, energetically, the source of what’s in existence in this galaxy. There is a way that the Central Sun is connected to another higher source. By opening the Assemblage Point and opening that part of the brain connected with the Pineal Gland, you will be able to have expanded Doors of Perception, and your psychic skills can then be multiplied.
The skill of bilocation is important, but understand that in order to go into the fifth dimension, you have to also possess expanded consciousness. With expanded consciousness you can see everything as energy, and with that awareness you will be able to go through the fifth-dimensional corridor. But in order to go through the corridors, you also will use the skill known as thought projection. Now this is a higher principle. It is a higher spiritual skill to be able to thought project. In your Galactic Spirituality you’re coming to realize that this physical body is just one aspect of your true manifested Self. It’s not the only aspect, and believe it or not, it’s not the most important aspect. But you identify completely with this aspect of manifested Self on Earth. We are working with you to expand your identity into your multidimensional Self. You have a portion of your Self in another realm, and understanding this is an important part in your success for the Ascension. Do not identify only with this physical body on the Earth. You can also identify as much as possible with your fifth-dimensional Self. You can learn how to travel through the corridors so that you will not be caught up in lower, fourth-dimensional energy. If you are in any way caught up in the fourth dimension, we will train you how to remove the parasitic attachments that may become attached to you while traveling through that realm. By removing the attachments, then you can move into higher light and move into higher states of consciousness and move towards the Galactic Center.
There are planets, such as Alano, that more directly connected energetically with the Galactic Center and with the Central Sun. These planets have achieved a level of expanded consciousness and are directly and consciously interacting with the Central Sun. On this type of planet, such as Alano, you will find prophets and Ascended Masters interacting and appearing regularly among the inhabitants. You will find that there is incredible spiritual life on such planets. It could be described as a spiritual Heaven, where the planet does not have densities.
I would like Chief White Eagle to speak to you now. In conclusion I want to say to you that there is a great contraction on planet Earth. This contracted energy makes your choosing the light and your choosing spiritual, Galactic Energy more meaningful and more significant. You have been able to choose spiritual expansion in the face of this contraction. As strange as this sounds from your standpoint, this planet is serving you well, and now you and I and all Ascended Masters will be working together to shift the planetary consciousness to a more expanded level. Heya hoa hey, Hey hoa hey, Heya hoa Hey! Heya Ho! Greetings! I am the Chief White Eagle! Yes, we are all brothers and sisters, and we are brothers and sisters with the Star Family. My friends, my brothers and sisters, it is a great awakening to know that you are part of a Star Family. The Star Family has come to the Earth before and has brought many gifts to the Native Peoples. Certainly, the Star Family would like to bring again gifts to all religions and all races of the Earth. But timing is everything on the Earth. You know you have to cross the street when the light is green. If you cross the street when the light is red, you’ll be run over. But if you cross on green, then there is a clear path. The Grandmothers and Grandfathers are looking for that green light so that they can be the most effective, the most powerful. But part of the green light involves your willingness to establish clear signs that you are ready to receive new spiritual gifts. For example, it is time to use the Medicine Wheels and start creating more Planetary Cities of Light. Become good receivers for light. Be willing to be brothers and sisters to everyone, as difficult as it may be at times. I know of the difficulty when we say “we are all brothers and sisters.” Think about those who try to destroy you. It is hard to include them as brothers and sisters. That goes against so much. That even goes against some of the teachings of my people who do not want to share their knowledge, their perceptions, their wisdom with others who are outside of their groups. I understand this point of view because I know of the great pain and suffering, killing, and torturing that occurred against the Native People, and often these injustices were done without punishment to the perpetrators. But you have heard Juliano’s lectures about Galactic Spirituality, and you can rest assured that everyone must deal with their darkness. Everyone must deal with their densities, even if you do not see or experience their punishment in this lifetime. There is no one who is getting away with anything even though it may look like it. The problem is that here on the Earth, we don’t see everything. We don’t see what’s going on in a future life. We don’t see what’s going on for other people in other incarnations. Their evil deeds could send them to a place which could be defined as a Hell. But even in Hell, the lower fourth dimension, there are spirit guides.
We have Native shamans who go into the fourth dimension. They are very brave to be willing to go into the fourth dimension and teach. Can you imagine the fear that one might have knowing that one is trapped in a lower dimension? The shaman is willing to connect with people in the lower fourth dimension. Our shamans go in with great protection to that lower world. Going with protection into the lower worlds is very important for those of you who are even thinking of doing this kind of healing work. You should always have a partner on the third dimension that is your buddy and can always pull you back from the lower worlds into the third dimension. Do not try to go into the lower fourth dimension by yourself. Even the most trained shaman can sometimes be fooled. There are tricksters in the fourth dimension, and these tricksters have some pretty powerful tricks, and some of them are able to attach and bilocate through you into the third dimension and cause great mischief.
There is a lot of mischief now on this planet, and I, Chief White Eagle, and other Ascended Masters, have commented about the dimensions and the fact that the seals between the third and lower fourth dimension had been broken. Our people have predicted this. We have warned: “Don’t ruin the sacred land. Don’t cross into the Black Mountains. Don’t look for gold there. Don’t ruin this mountain. Keep this river clean.” All sacred spaces all over the world have a purpose. Part of that purpose is to protect the third from the lower fourth dimension so that the lower fourth dimension cannot interact with the third dimension. The sacred land has played a vital role in keeping the division between the third and fourth dimensions. We are so happy that you are working to maintain and protect more sacred spaces and sacred energies on this planet. Spend time in sacredness. Go into the Medicine Wheel, for this is a sacred place. Experience sacred time during the full moon. It is sacred to connect with the Galactic Kachina and the Galactic Central Sun. Heya ho! Heya ho! Heya ho! One of the most powerful things you can do is to create sacred space and a sacred place in your home! I know that when you connect with your Star Brothers and Sisters, you will feel their sacredness. Many of them are still working to keep the mountains and rivers on Earth here sacred.
