How Biorelativity Can Affect Humanity - June 2015

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We have explored different methods of Biorelativity in order to communicate with the Spirit of the Earth. The idea in Biorelativity is to interact with the Spirit of the Earth in order to affect balance and to attempt to soften or mitigate harsh Earth changes. In this lecture, we want to explore the realm and idea of how Biorelativity can affect humanity. How can the thoughts and telepathic communications of starseeds, meditating together, affect the actions of Man or men and women?

The original concept and work of Biorelativity is based on the idea of geological events and ocean currents and hurricanes and storms, and the idea was that mankind can affect these Earth events so that they would not be catastrophic. Perhaps the most popular, early attempts at Biorelativity were focused, for example, on the California earthquakes. There has been successful work in lessening the impact and even lowering the intensity of possible earthquakes that could affect the West Coast. You and I will probably agree that it is Man’s actions now that are creating more imbalances. It is Man’s actions in the environment. It is Man’s actions in the oceans, in the pollution, and finally, Man’s actions in the political, sociological and military situations which are the largest threat to the Earth’s balance and to the biosphere.

Starseeds can work diligently hard, very concentrated, in order to work with the Spirit of the Earth, but what of the tremendous abuses that humanity is doing? How can we, as starseeds, influence and affect humanity so that the dangerous methods and dangerous energies that are being unleashed by mankind do not destroy the world, do not destroy the biosphere, do not destroy the way of life that has brought some order to the planet and to society?

I want to begin this discussion with an overview of how ideas are spread in this third-dimensional planet. When you look at the history of the planet, you will see that it’s a history filled with violence, warfare and conflict. The story of history, especially during the past 3,000 years, is filled with conflict, conquest and military interventions. Ideas and spiritual information often have gotten transferred or transmitted through war. Ideas from some of the religions have been used as a basis for further conquest and expansion. It is the interpretation of religious beliefs used by certain people in power that have organized and continued to encourage the use of military force or aggression to impose and set the ideas of how the religion or the spiritual ideas are imposed. Now this seems rather contradictory from our perspective because why, if a religious or spiritual idea is inherently true, would one have to use a force or aggression to make sure that this is in fact the way that everyone has to follow?

The fifth-dimensional masters have been observing this situation for many centuries. There are particular and unique characteristics of the Earth that seem to encourage the military and aggression as a way of imposing rule. Part of the reason why aggression and military rule can become dominant has to do with free will. People have the choice to follow peace or to follow aggression, but also, there are other variables that need to be pointed out.

Some of the variables include the intervention of extraterrestrial beings that have integrated or have downloaded different genetic codes into mankind. These extraterrestrial beings have attempted to control the DNA for specific purposes. In other instances, extraterrestrial have presented themselves as gods to more primitive humanity and have imposed their thoughts and rules on humankind and have even imposed their aggression on humanity. This has led to multiple conquests. These extraterrestrials have been documented in some of the earlier writing of such archeologists as Zechariah Sitchin. He has shown that some of these extraterrestrials presented themselves to humanity as gods so that people then formed religions around the interpretations of these extraterrestrials. It is true that these extraterrestrials had powers far beyond what mankind was even capable of. When a being appears to a civilization that has superior powers, superior energy, then it would be natural and understandable that those human beings would accept and believe that these beings are gods. It goes even beyond this though because the presentation of extraterrestrials portraying themselves as gods represents a cosmic drama. That means that the idea of domination by “god-like” beings has occurred on other planets. It is not just related to the Earth.

There is a history in this galaxy of conflicts between civilizations and even conflicts between planets. In some cases these planetary or civilization conquests have led to the destruction of mass groups of people. I want to make it clear that such conflicts have created great karmic history and karma in general for these large groups. Some have asked me what the number of such groups is. How have these groups come to the Earth? Did they come to the Earth as souls and are they reincarnated? Is this the reason why we are seeing so much conflict on the Earth? Is this why we see such mass genocides on the Earth? Are these genocides related to earlier galactic conflicts in which mass groups of people were killed in similar aggression and military conflicts? The answer is yes. The answer is that many of the things that you are seeing that seem unexplainable in terms of logic are involved and connected with previous galactic conflicts on other planets.

Large groups of souls from these other planets are reincarnating on the Earth now to learn. Also they have karmic debt to pay and they need help. But one of the things about karma, especially when it comes to things like war and military, is learning how to deal with lower consciousness. The soul will reincarnate, but in a place where there is an opportunity to learn new information and to learn new methods. However, the similar situation has to be presented to the person in order to learn. This phenomenon of repeating situations which brings forth the same conflict has been referred to, in individual psychology, as the Repetition Compulsion. It is also a phenomenon and a factor in reincarnation and in karma and in paying karmic debts. That is to say, there is a Reincarnation Compulsion that if one has not learned a specific lesson in one lifetime, then one can and must repeat a similar situation in another lifetime in order to gain an insight and gain an enlightenment about the nature of that conflict.

The Ascended Masters, the galactic masters, have attempted, even on the Earth, to influence and shift this phenomenon and to shift the military and aggression that is prevalent now. The Ascended Masters know the danger that this planet is in, and they know that in previous planets and in previous conflicts mass groups of souls have died. This is part of the Repetition Compulsion on a planetary karmic scale. The Ascended Masters want an intervention; they want to stop this repetition. Throughout modern civilization (I’m going back perhaps to ancient Egypt, approximately 2,000 B.C., which would be 4,000 years ago), the Ascended Masters have worked to provide spiritual leaders, or enlightened ones, into this planet. Some of the names of these enlightened ones are very well known: Confucius, the Buddha, Jesus, Moses and other enlightened beings have been downloaded or have been born into this karmic cycle in order to influence the mass culture so that the higher way of being, the higher evolution, will prevail.

Now there must be an evolutionary stage or step in humanity on a mass basis. You know the history of your planet better than I do, and you know that some of these great spiritual leaders and enlightened ones were beginning new religions and presenting new spiritual ideas which were effective and filled with truths. These ideas had great spiritual powers. These ideas contained new spiritual beliefs from the enlightened ones that came to this planet. They were attempting to help humanity evolve and move into higher consciousness.

But the religious and spiritual ideas presented by these Ascended Masters, or these enlightened ones, became misused. Kings and emperors, for example, from the Roman Empire, saw the advantages of using the spiritual and religious ideas for political and military benefit, which encouraged more violence and aggression. The Ascended Masters look at the situation seriously. They comment, “How could this planet accept an enlightened being, when the ideas and the healings that the enlightened master brings becomes distorted and used for political gain? How can this be because just the presence of the master should be enough to help humanity evolve?” I could say that the enlightened masters and spiritual teachers that have come to this planet do represent the highest evolutionary link that can save humanity. But in almost every instance, we see misuse and the further evolution of deeper conflicts. We are in a dangerous situation on this planet because of the conflict between the different religious views.

We have not found so many different religions on other planets. Complex, different religious groups often have different interpretations of the nature of reality and which Ascended Master or which enlightened being has the correct information. Such conflicts don’t really exist on other planets. For example, when Jesus/Sananda came to the Pleiades, he was immediately accepted as an enlightened being, and his teachings were taught to many people. He immediately helped the Pleiadians raise their evolutionary level as an entire species. From our perspective, this is what we would expect when an enlightened master comes to the planet. He has in his or her abilities, energies and teachings to affect the evolution of the whole group. The group accepts his teachings, and then that master or teacher is successful. The people in other planets that we have observed have accepted the enlightened teachers. Of course, we have also observed other planets that are Earth-like that are filled with conflict, and sometimes the master has not been accepted. In your case on the Earth, we have seen both outcomes. We have seen several masters actually put to death, while other masters have been successful and have had large followings and died of natural causes.

This leads us then to the overwhelming question of how do we use our energies and thoughts to change the leaders of an entire planet, especially when these leaders are bringing the planet into catastrophe. The Earth leaders have the power still to change the outcomes of the Earth changes, but they are not doing this because they have specific agendas that have to do with personal gain and greed.

I want to say a little bit about the tools of planetary ascension and the tools of the lightworkers. Many lightworkers that we are working with express discouragement because they ask how we can change these people who are destroying this planet. How can we stop those who continue in greed and disregard for this environment? We must have the ability to use our thoughts and powers to purify them, to change their ways.

I think it’s interesting to make one reference to the ancient times, because in the Bible, the idea of a mass intervention is often referred to as “The Flood”. Even now many of the great thinkers on this planet see End-Time events as a purification and as a way of changing those in power. For example, in the story of Noah’s flood, everyone was killed by the flood except Noah and his family. In ancient stories and myths from other primitive civilizations, there were similar events in which a divine intervention appears to occur that purifies or starts the race over again.

In the story of Noah, we wonder if the original extraterrestrial infiltration of the Earth was referred to in the Bible by the term “Nephilim”. The influence of the Nephilim actually needed to be purified. In other words, that there were misjudgments and contamination of the genetic codes by the other extraterrestrial beings, known as the Nephilim, and the only solution at that point was to do a purification of the species, which was through the flood.

But there are problems with mass floods or mass executions of entire populations. There are now 7 billion or more people on this planet. Yes, there are many people who are distorted and who are doing bad things, but there are many good people on this planet. This planet does have a high number of spiritual beings who are working, like you, to progress, to help humanity go to the next level of evolution. A mass intervention, such as a flood or some other End-Time events, would create disasters for really spiritual minded individuals who are advanced and who are working like you, to create cities of light and who are creating evolutionary advancements in the DNA. People like you are working to bring humanity into the next level of evolution. I say from the Arcturian perspective, that mass interventions, such as floods or concurrent earthquakes, may not serve the highest purpose.

There are good and advanced people who are spiritually minded people on this planet. They are now in the position to evolve. I can say that in the earlier stories of Noah, for example, humanity was not in a position to evolve. Remember that the flood stories occurred not only in Noah’s story, but there are other, similar flood stories in other earlier civilizations. These are “last resorts” when it appears that there are no higher souls left. But that’s not the case now on the Earth. There are many higher, advanced beings like you who, with the proper guidance and situation, can contribute and can assist with bringing humanity to the next evolutionary stage.

What is that next evolutionary stage? It is the integration and the understanding and the downloading of the fifth-dimensional energies into the third dimension. What are the methods that people now use to spread their spiritual truths? This idea of the fifth dimension can be the basis of a new awakening. We want to bring the fifth-dimensional energies down. Would you say it’s appropriate or correct to use physical force to impose the fifth dimension on the third dimension? And the answer is no; that would not be appropriate. But what methods are open to us and to you, the starseeds, in trying to bring down the changes? This is especially relevant because now at the moment that we are speaking, there is a summit near Mittenwald, Germany, in which some of the leaders of the world are gathering to make decisions on how to effect change and how to bring about a new world order.

I want to also review some of the methods of Biorelativity and the methods of the Noosphere and the methods of mass consciousness. In Biorelativity we can see that those starseeds who can achieve a higher consciousness have greater abilities to think and greater abilities at telepathy. Starseeds like yourself, who are more evolved, have higher psychic powers. In Biorelativity, we talk about telepathically communicating with the Spirit of the Earth, known as Gaia. This telepathic communication can, in many instances, influence the Spirit of the Earth to modify Earth events, especially Earth events that would be dangerous and harmful to Earth society. Even though the starseeds are a minority, they still have the ability of higher thinking.

I use the term Arcan Energy to describe the strength or power of your thought. Arcan Energy refers to the measurement of the thought power. The higher the thought power, the greater and more likely the communication to the Spirit of the Earth will be listened to and can affect the Earth. But can you use Arcan Energy towards other people? Why couldn’t you send Arcan thought power and higher thinking to world leaders and have the world leaders change their methods? This is an effective method in many cases, and I would encourage you to consider this. This is perhaps an expansion of Biorelativity. I know that there are some in the Group of Forty who have developed meditation techniques that are going in this direction, and I applaud these other movements because I think that it’s a natural outcome. Sometimes, those people who are in power are blocked energetically. They have defenses and protection around them so that they cannot receive the power and energies that you might be sending out, even if you are using Arcan Energy to send to these people.

I want to explain one other method that can be used as a supplemental method towards world leaders when using the Arcan thought power. Now everyone has someone who can influence them, even the most corrupt leader in the world still can be influenced. When working with the world leaders and people in power, if you find that these leaders are blocked in receiving your thoughts of love and of higher evolution, then you can work with their guides and teachers. Call on the guides and teachers of those in power and send your thought energies to the guides and teachers who are over them. Ask that those guides and teachers who are over these leaders use their influence to effect the change. In some cases, these guides and teachers could even be the relatives of the people that are living with them, or it could be their grandmother’s/grandfather’s spirits that are also around them.

One method in using the Arcan power and expansion of the Biorelativity towards people who are in power is to send the energy to their guides and teachers who are over them. You don’t want to make the same mistakes that other groups have made, that is, feel and direct the thought that somehow it is justified to have a war. This idea of a “holy war” has been tried repeatedly, and it has many problems. There are several large problems, but one of the biggest problems is that it creates a karmic situation of further violence even it if may look like those who are “doing the holy war” are winning and have control over what they want. It should be pointed out that they are setting up karma for themselves in either this lifetime or another lifetime. This karma will lead to them being dominated in another lifetime. This will lead to them being on the other side of the holy war, and the next time they will be the losers instead of the winners. Again, I want to caution against any type of violence and any type of interpretation that we should be doing a holy war in any way because that is creating more negative karma and is not the way of the fifth dimension.

I like the idea of the concept of quantum light intervention. Sometimes we refer to this as a “messianic intervention”. The messianic concept has multiple definitions. The earlier definition of Messiah was “the Anointed One”. The Messiah was originally seen as a king who, through military force and power, restores the spiritual supremacy of a particular group that was following a higher spiritual path. But our definition of messianic intervention includes the concept of a unified consciousness. There are certain situations and events which can foster unity when humanity’s consciousness merges with large groups. Then they can experience unity. When this happens, then there can be immediate change.

There are simple explanations and simple descriptions of this phenomenon. For example, you’ve heard me refer to the world football or soccer contest. During the game, which is televised, you have millions or even perhaps a billion or more people who are unified in consciousness. Now this is for a sports event – but it does show that as complex and as varied as this society and this civilization is, it’s still possible to have a unified consciousness even for a majority of the people on this planet. But unifying for a sports event is not a planetary or spiritual intervention. We are working for a planetary intervention.

Now there are other situations where there have been mass upheavals or tragedies, such as 9-11, when the world became more unified in consciousness. I also refer to the death of Princess Diana as another event in which Unity Consciousness was temporarily experienced, and one of the reasons is because she was carrying a great deal of light. She was connected very strongly with Mother Mary, and she touched many hearts on the planet. This is another example of how one event can create unified consciousness. There are unified consciousness events that can cause major changes.

I call on you today to work with us to create an energy field for unified consciousness, because I believe that you and I and the masters working with you can create a situation energetically, and with your thinking and with your spiritual powers, for a unifying, conscious planetary event that can shift everyone. Maybe not every person will be affected, but most people can feel the power of a unified consciousness thought field.

Now I’ve set up, with you, the Ring of Ascension. The Ring of Ascension is a halo, but it’s a halo in which fifth-dimensional masters are interacting with you. The fifth-dimensional masters are in the other realm, and they do not incarnate on the Earth. In the traditional definition of messianic intervention, you would expect an incarnation of the master on the Earth. This has happened before, and you and I both know some of the results have created more conflicts. It is very possible that the appearance of a messianic master would create more conflict. You even have a myth about this called the “false messiah” who comes and promises peace, but really uses that as a cover for world domination. It is our belief that the tools are present for an event that will bring Unity Consciousness, and then with that Unity Consciousness there can come dramatic and positive changes. I can say that these dramatic positive changes can occur without a gigantic flood, and without the Earth End-Time events predicted.

There have been suggestions of different types of planetary events that might bring such a Unity Consciousness. One such possible event is the appearance of higher extraterrestrials. There are projects described in which an extraterrestrial civilization, such as the Arcturians, who are fifth-dimensional, somehow appear to the world. One possibility is that undeniable evidence contained by governments is revealed that shows conclusively that other, higher beings exist in the galaxy. I can say that this is a possible intervention. I can say that this is one of many possibilities of how an event can exist on a planetary basis that will open up people’s energy fields, especially those in power, and bring through decisions and actions that provide new balance and new healing for the planet.

We can focus on a meditation to bring about Unity Consciousness. Let’s not be specific in our meditation, but rather let’s meditate together on such a possible event which is in the highest good and which, in part, can be determined by the Ascended Masters.

I call on all of you to visualize this Ring of Ascension around the planet, and visualize with me now a golden ball of energy the size of the whole Earth entering the Earth’s aura. This ball is filling up the Earth’s energy field with this golden halo of light. The Ring of Ascension also is an outer boundary where the fifth-dimensional masters can interact with you. With this golden ball of light, it will bring higher levels of consciousness and the appropriate, right intervention. It will attract the right intervention to bring this planet into a new state of unity, a new state of consciousness. Now what might that event be? I say let us just work in our meditation to attract this golden light into the Ring of Ascension, and then the highest intervention for the highest good of all people will be manifest on the Earth. We will do this meditation.

I, Juliano, say to you, visualize the Ring of Ascension around this planet. Second, see this huge golden ball of light, the size of the whole Earth, coming from the Central Sun on a direct path above the Earth. This golden ball is filled with quantum healing and Omega Light. We can also call this Messianic Light. It is a light that will foster a planetary intervention of magnificent proportion that will shift the consciousness of everyone on Earth. This ball of light is traveling now from the Central Sun. (Chants OOOOOHHHHHH, OOOHHHH)

It is true that there have been the stories in earlier times of end times, of apocalyptic catastrophic endings. All of the current Earth events be transformed into Unity Consciousness. Let the energy from the current Earth crisis be transformed into a balanced and healing planetary intervention. The golden ball has arrived and is now being downloaded into the whole planet. Meditate and visualize with me now this golden ball of light that is within the Ring of Ascension. The ball is carrying the energy for a planetary healing and the appropriate planetary intervention for all great healings. We will now all go into meditation together.

Remember, this golden ball of light comes from the Central Sun, so it has quantum healing powers. Remember that you are able to attract this new energy and new dynamic energy that is capable of creating a planetary healing and events and other circumstances that will bring this Unity Consciousness towards the world leaders. This will include leaders at the G7 summit. (Author’s note: at the time of this channeling the global summit was meeting in the Alps in Germany to discuss the world situation.) The world leaders will also feel enlightened and begin to act in a way that will foster planetary healing and balance. (Chants OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH, OOOOOOOHHHH, OOOOOOHHHHHHH)

See this golden light as a transparent golden light. It is almost invisible. Yet it is going through all of the Earth’s aura, affecting everyone’s auric energy field, causing everyone to act from their Higher Self. People on Earth will get the feeling of a greater sense of wisdom and understanding and show unity. People will receive the consciousness that comes with higher evolution. They will feel the desire to contribute to the evolution of humanity towards the fifth dimension. Continue your meditation now. Try not to focus on a specific planetary event. Yes, we can think again of the extraterrestrials, but the revealing of the existence of extraterrestrials would be an event that could and will create a Unity Consciousness. Think about the death of Princess Diana and the great opening of the Heart Chakra that many people on the planet experienced upon her death. In a sense, her death was an attempt to open up people’s heart energies. She knew that she had to leave the planet anyway. She was called back to her home. This was a way that provided an opening for peoples’ hearts through her departure. Think that the result of this quantum planetary healing event will open people’s heart energy. Opening of the Heart Chakra is especially important when we are talking about planetary healing and planetary balance. We need to have the world leaders’ hearts opened towards the planet. We need to have those in power, especially those in a military position, to have their hearts opened to the planet.

The Ring of Ascension is now accepting this great ball of golden light into the Earth, and the Earth is receiving this energy. The Earth now is moving towards her higher dimension. The Earth is also going to react in a higher way. Having an Earth catastrophe such as a flood is one way of reacting to the need for an Earth purification. Such Earth catastrophes can be considered an event creating lower energy. We want a higher Earth energy event that brings a new balance to this planet in all ways. The golden light from the Central Sun is now filling up the Ring of Ascension, creating a great attractive force for the next planetary intervention.
