Duality and Soul Evolution

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. In this lecture we want to describe and look at the significance of duality. I know that you are living in a dualistic polarity dimension, the third dimension. There is significance to understanding the duality. I know that many of you have asked questions, such as, “Why does evil exist? Why is there so much separation? And why do I have to be here in this dualistic dimension?”

I would like to offer a larger perspective of understanding dualism. This perspective is related to the Tree of Life and to the Planetary Tree of Life. Those of you who can, picture the Tree of Life and recognize that there are between 10 and 11 spheres, and actually, in our updated version, there are 12 spheres or attributes of energies. These spheres are divided into different levels. There is the first level, the second level, the third level and the fourth level. I bring this diagram up for your recollection in order to make an important observation. This dualistic third-dimensional world that you are living in is related to the higher worlds. It is part of an entire energy system that includes the higher worlds. You interact with the higher worlds. The third dimension, this dualistic world, is not isolated from the other worlds and from the other energetic spheres and attributes. However, one of the characteristics of the third dimension is exactly that feeling of separation and being cut off from the higher worlds. This feeling is part of the dualistic experience. This planet is also experiencing this type of dualistic process.

I want you to consider the nature of dualism as a factor in evolution and as a factor in spiritual evolution. In order for evolution to occur there must be a type of crisis, a certain challenge. Perhaps in biology you have studied the concept known as homeostasis. Homeostasis refers to the steady-state theory, where everything is in balance and remains in balance. In fact, there was even an attempt to explain the entire Creation and the observable universe as a steady-state or homeostatic model. The Earth astronomers and cosmologists have since rejected that homeostatic theory because astronomical observations could not prove that there is a steady state or homeostasis in the universe.

But there are some interesting experiences and descriptions about homeostasis. For example, if you are in a homeostatic state, you may consider that a state of blissfulness. All of your needs are met. Everything is balance. You do not have ego needs. You don’t have the desire to evolve because you already have reached the state of balance. In fact, many of the great masters have described the state of enlightenment as a homeostatic-like experience. This is certainly true. The homeostatic experience in spiritual work can easily be described as a type of enlightenment.

In the world of dualism it is extremely difficult to find or experience this homeostatic state. There are continual needs, including for food, shelter, and different emotional and physical needs. Even if you were to achieve a balance, a homeostasis, in the third dimension, I can tell you that it would not last, because there would be intervening circumstances. You would have to take care of your physical needs and perhaps even needs for self-protection. There have been certainly many experiences in your past lives where you have sought to have this homeostatic experience in a spiritual ashram or in a convent. I know that some of you actually suffered because violence came to the so-called secure place where you were meditating and seeking this type of experience.

Evolution requires a dualism. The dualistic nature of this dimension actually began at the Creation, which you call the Big Bang. At that moment of creation there was dualism because that which was part of the Creator became separate from the Creation. So the very nature of this dimension is based on a first action that was dualistic. Spirits then manifest in this dualistic environment as part of their soul journey. This aspect of experiencing the dualistic nature of this dimension is part of an evolutionary experience for your soul. This might be counterintuitive, because you have a conception of the third dimension being lower than the fifth dimension. Therefore, how could it be that experiences in this dualistic world will actually benefit you on the fifth dimension?

I want to point out the beautiful incident known as the Garden of Eden. In this incident there were Adam and Eve, who were living in a fifth-dimensional world. They were living in a homeostatic world. They had all of their needs met. It was determined that there was a need for higher evolution, yet that higher evolution would only come when Adam and also Eve would be able to experience the dualism.

The only way to experience the dualism is to leave the fifth-dimensional realm. Naturally, when you are in the homeostatic state, then you can feel like the state of enlightenment. When you are in the state of the Garden of Eden, you do not want to leave. In fact, most of you had to be pushed to come into this world. It is a strong desire to remain in the higher realms and to remain in the spirit world. And so it is also when you are looking at Adam and Eve. Their desire was to remain in this homeostatic place. There will be a time when you too will return to that homeostatic space, but just like Adam, you have now the experience of dualism and polarization.

This experience of dualism and polarization is going to enhance your evolution and make you a stronger Ascended Master as you re-experience the fifth dimension. Notice I say “re-experience” because you have experienced the fifth dimension before. You know that. Some of you have been on Arcturus before. Some of you have been on the Pleiades before. The experience on the Earth is offering a wonderful opportunity for soul advancement and soul evolution. It is true that there are many side effects from the dualism. There are so many negative side effects from not being able to experience the unity. You are seeing continually on a daily basis the results of people not understanding this basic premise that there is unity, and that everyone is belonging together, and that this planet and all the species are all in unity, and that there is unity with all of the higher realms.

So let me move to the next level in talking about soul levels and soul groups. One of the most interesting things about the Earth as a third-dimensional planet is the fact that there are a variety of soul groups now on this planet. There are older soul groups, middle-age soul groups and newer soul groups. There are mature souls and there are many immature souls. There is a wide variety of different levels of souls. This planet is not in a uniform status with soul levels. I have been on many other planets. It is interesting to go on a planet that only has mature older souls on it. You will be able to choose such a planet when you come to the Stargate. I am confident that after this experience on the Earth, many of you will directly choose to go to planet that only has older souls on them.

You see, the Earth has such a mixture of souls. This is why in part you are seeing so much conflict. The reason is because you are seeing such a mixture of soul groups. There also is a mixture of soul groups, and each of these soul groups may have a different agenda and a different genetic history and a different spiritual history. Obviously you have seen that. Isn’t it true? One manifestation of the different soul groups is the fact there are so many religions and languages on this planet. Again, I have been on planets that only have one soul group, one language, one religion, and of course, you could readily agree that this could be a specific advantage.

On the other hand, sometimes being in a homeostatic state of consciousness with like-minded people does not create the necessary conditions for evolution. I know that because of the experiences here on the Earth. You all are going to make great evolutionary changes. I know that you already are making great evolutionary changes and great evolutionary development in your spiritual work. You will understand the contrast between what you have observed down on the Earth and how you personally have experienced Earth duality. Believe me, these experiences of dualism and polarity are invaluable. You will be desirable person energetically on the higher levels because you are coming directly from a challenging dualistic experience. This experience is connected to the other realms. It is hard to realize that what is happening on the Earth is also affecting other higher realms. You always think that the higher realms will affect the lower, but maybe you do not understand that the lower also interacts with the higher. So there are many spiritual groups and soul groups on the higher planes that will welcome you when you return to the higher realms. They will want to hear about your experiences. They will want you to share some of your insights into being on this planet.

In fact, some of you were students of Ascended Masters, such as Ptaah, or you were my students, on Arcturus. You volunteered to come to this planet in order to have these third-dimensional experiences. Part of the idea of having these third-dimensional experiences focused on your commitment to return to the higher realms to share your insights. Also you will realize how much you are advancing because of these experiences. So being in a fifth-dimensional state, being enlightened, also means that you can move in and out of duality. Let me repeat that, because people might think that being in an enlightened state means that you stay in the fifth dimension. However, being in an enlightened state means also that you can come to the third dimension, hold that consciousness, experience the duality and return. This is one of the important ideas of the Ascension.

I know that many of you are devoted to the Earth and to the development of the Earth. I know that at the moment of ascension many will go to the higher realms and to the Stargate. At the same time, I know that some of you will choose a path that will lead you back into the third dimension and back into helping the planet. I especially know that the Native American Ascended Masters hold a deep connection to the Earth and always, as part of their training, choose a path of returning to the Earth. This is not required, and I certainly know that you will have a free choice. Some of you will choose quite comfortably the opportunity to go to planets that have mostly older and advanced souls, and I encourage you to do that. I encourage you to have that experience again. I know that you will enjoy it and you will appreciate it. I know that the experiences that you have had in this dimension, in contrast to the enlightened state you will experience in the more mature planetary systems, will greatly accelerate your soul evolution. So remember that the Ascended Masters do remain interactive with the duality and the third dimension.

I want to also speak about this idea of spiritual intervention. I want to speak about the idea of how soul groups can intervene in a third-dimensional planet. Some of the elder soul groups have helped to bring special starseeds to the Earth. I know that you have heard many stories about alien intervention in the DNA and cross-pollinations and “intergenetics” from the alien forces. I also want you to know that the alien forces also can participate and intervene through the incarnational cycle. There are examples of fourth-dimensional beings who have found the path and the codes to reincarnate into the Earth. So this genetic manipulation that many of the psychics talk about should be expanded to include the fact that the manipulation also occurs through aliens intervening in the reincarnational cycle. That is to say that the alien species can, through the discovery of special codes, intervene and reincarnate.

So there has been much abduction and many stories of taking eggs or doing other experiments with the unwilling, unsuspecting people. I know that some of the stories include actual accounts of types of alien torture. One of their overall goals also was to look for ways to enter the Earth’s reincarnational cycle. These other beings understand that genetic manipulation is not just on a physical basis but also on a spiritual basis and a reincarnational basis, so they can through interventions come into the reincarnational cycle of this planet. Many of the different alien groups have accomplished this. This is why you are seeing some very positive groups and also some extremely negative aggressive groups come into the incarnational cycle of this planet.

So this planet is not homogenous in terms of soul groupings. This is the main reason why you are seeing so much conflict now on this planet, because there are a divergent number of soul groups that have cracked the codes and learned how to reincarnate into the Earth’s cycle. When they incarnate into the Earth cycle, they bring their level of soul development, and some of the beings are younger souls that are not mature. You personally have seen the results of such conflicts. Sometimes the results of these conflicts are tragic. The Ascended Masters have not been asleep. The Ascended Masters know that the Earth is a free will zone. It is a zone of dualism and polarity, but in order to have dualism and polarity, there must be free will. This is part of the laws of spirituality in the galaxy and in the universe.

So free will is a great opportunity for soul advancement. In order to have free will, you must have duality, but because there is free will, then many groups can enter this cycle of the Earth. It is like an open invitation. So I know that this is a drama. This is a cosmic drama, and part of this cosmic drama is to experience this openness that you see on the planet right now. It doesn’t look like it is being very successful, but I am going to point out that there are actually many successes.

So the Ascended Masters are helping to download and bring in higher, more mature souls into this planet. It is happening now as we are speaking. It is happening in several ways. One is through activations and awakenings. Some of the older and more mature souls are having difficulty waking up and remembering. But it is also happening to many young people who are older souls that are now coming into this system. There is a tremendous number of young starseeds on this planet. These starseeds are anywhere from 16, 17, 18 years old now. Some of them may be 20, 21 or 22 years old. Just like you, when they came into this Earth, they forgot who they were. You know, when you come into the third dimension (this is another one of the laws), your forehead is touched in a certain way, and you forget all of the wisdom and knowledge that you had attained. The reason why this happens is because when you come into a planet with a clean slate, it helps the evolutionary possibilities, but actually older souls don’t always have everything erased.

Society and the culture encourage an erasure of past-life memories. But there are ways of remembering things from the past. There are ways of activating. For example, you will see this more obviously with young musicians who have talents far beyond what is possible just in two, three or four years of living on the Earth. They have brought with them and they remember some of their soul experiences from the higher realms. I certainly encourage people on this planet to raise their children with encouragement of remembering. Usually the most dramatic and accurate remembering is between the ages of three and six, but it is easily repressed, so it is important to encourage children at this age.

There are a tremendous number of young souls coming into this planet, young starseeds who have new knowledge, new information to bring to this planet. So you may think that spiritual interventions have not worked in that there is a continual downward spiral of destruction, but the spiritual interventions have been powerful on this planet. There have been extreme prophecies of dire cataclysms going back to when Edgar Casey predicted a mass Earth change. To this point it has not occurred. There are many other prophets and psychics who continually see more devastation coming. One of the ways of looking into the future is to project what can be seen. However, there are many intervening variables. One of the great intervening variables now is the spiritual powers of meditation and the spiritual forces that even small groups like yours are exerting on this planet.

I want to make one comparison and it is a complicated comparison. It is based on the concept in computers that is called “Moore’s Law,” and basically the idea is that computers every two years are doubling in power. Every two years not only are they doubling in power, but they are also getting smaller. Each one of you has seen this because you probably own a computer that is called a laptop, which is relatively small. The laptop computer that you have in your home is probably equivalent to what people were able to do with computers two or three rooms in size in the fifties or early sixties. So you are personally witnessing this phenomenal experience of the doubling of the power of computers and the decreasing of the size. So over a period of 20 to 30 more years this process will continue. There is no reason why it shouldn’t. But it is difficult to even imagine what kind of powers the computers are going to have in 20 or 30 years. But there is a technology in computer science that will emerge for planetary healing and planetary cleansing, and there is a way that computer knowledge through this doubling effort becomes so advanced that they will be able to develop techniques for cleaning, for example, the Fukushima radiation levels. This increase as described by Moore’s Law is happening, having this doubling effect every two years.

Now I want to explain Juliano’s Law. Juliano’s Law states that the spiritual powers and the spiritual energy on this planet also can double every two years. The spiritual technology and the spiritual abilities of the starseeds are able to exponentially increase actually at a more rapid rate than even that which is described by Moore’s Law for computers. Remember that Moore’s Law is stating that there is doubling every two years. The spiritual exponential increase is really based on quantum principles. Therefore, the time is not limited or restricted, but for the purposes of our discussion, we like to have some structure or time limit. That is why I compare this to Moore’s Law and to every two years.

Now let us look at how the spiritual technology and spiritual intervention can double. What does that mean? There are two ways of doubling spiritual powers. One is increasing the numbers of people who are engaged in spiritual activities. The spiritual activities especially that I am talking about relate to the fifth dimension, to the Ascension, and some of the new spiritual techniques of downloading interventions into the Noosphere, and using the Ring of Ascension to change the thought fields of the planet, and also for creating corridors to the fifth dimension. These corridors then can be used to download new spiritual energy. Part of the process that I am specifically referring to in this lecture is the process of helping to awaken starseeds, especially younger starseeds. I see that this is one of the main points of intervention that the spiritual work needs to focus on, and I want to lead a meditation and spiritual intervention today to encourage this type of activation.

So, using these ideas, you can increase the effectiveness of spiritual power through numbers. You can increase the effectiveness of the spiritual intervention through the increase of the numbers of people participating in exercises. So again I will compare this to computers. The computers are able to become more powerful. They can do tasks more quickly than the earlier computers could do and also can do it more efficiently. They don’t use as much electricity. They are smaller. There are a whole series of factors with the computers that show an exponential increase in their abilities and power. Well, it’s the same with the spiritual world. You have been able to do great spiritual interventions on this planet. You are doing wonderful work with biorelativity, for example, and your power of biorelativity healing and planetary interventions has really gone up dramatically. I know that you do not get the necessary feedback on your successes, but nonetheless I observe and I can see this. The biorelativity work and the work with the Ring of Ascension and the work with all of your different spiritual interventions, including shimmering and the Cosmic Egg, are quite dramatic. So I have offered this idea called the Arcan Power. The Arcan Power is a measurement of the spiritual effectiveness and thought power that you can exert to influence planetary change. So using Juliano’s Law, you can visualize and imagine that your Arcan abilities double every two months.

A smaller, focused group can also exert higher spiritual powers and higher spiritual Arcan Energy. A smaller group can focus and have the ability to have tremendous influence. Yes, it would be better to have more people, but it is not better if the people are not committed or not willing to work on this Arcan level to double the spiritual powers.

Just think about doubling your spiritual power every two months. It is actually necessary because the dualism and the polarity are also increasing. I think that is really a good point to repeat, because the polarization even today on this planet is worse than it was even 30 days ago. You have seen examples of this in the political situation in America, in some of the terrorist activities. So it is equally true that the spiritual powers can increase as well. So I am going to lead you in a special meditation now.

I, Juliano, call on each of you to connect to your Inner Self. Connect to that part of you that is directly linked to the fifth dimension and directly linked to your Higher Self, knowing that you have this ability to be a fifth-dimensional being. You have this ability to bring the fifth-dimensional energies into the third dimension, and you have this ability to communicate with the Noosphere. You have this ability to exert spiritual interventions for the planet.

You are spiritually developed in interventions. You can send powerful thoughts into the Noosphere and these thoughts will manifest. Direct your thoughts now into your Third Eye. Feel the power of your Third Eye. And as you feel the power of your Third Eye, become aware that you are coming into a beautiful Cosmic Egg shape with your energy. Command your energy field to go into the shape of the Cosmic Egg, because when you go into the shape of the Cosmic Egg, then your thought powers and your Arcan Power improves. Feel the line around the energy field. Feel the line of your aura pulsing.

Here is the thought I want you to send into the Noosphere: “Young starseeds, awaken now, especially in the age group of 17 to 22. Young starseeds, feel the energies of we, the planetary healers.”

Feel the power of your thought going through the Noosphere and reaching many of these young starseeds around this planet now. They are going to receive this calling to awaken. We will go into a brief meditation now as you continue to send this thought with great Arcan Energy.

The power, the Arcan Power of your thoughts is traveling around the Noosphere, and many of the starseeds of the younger generation, 17 to 22, are being activated at this moment. We need you, young starseeds; awaken. You have knowledge and talents that are needed now to unify and heal this planet. Chief White Eagle will now speak to you. I am Juliano.

HEY YA HO YA HEY! HEY YA HO YA HEY! HEY YA HO! HEY YA HO! Greetings, I am Chief White Eagle. Yes, there are many spiritual warriors that are going to be activated during the next month or two. We, this healing group, will be at the home of the Galactic Kachina on Earth. We will have a wonderful opportunity to download a further spiritual intervention into the Noosphere of the Earth. This will be an opportunity to bring the Galactic Kachina into the consciousness of many more starseeds. The Galactic Kachina has great spiritual and Arcan Energy. You know that it is important to prepare so that people can receive the powers of a higher light. Now you, the starseeds, have done so much to prepare this planet for a great influx of light, energy and healing. Do not despair at the polarizations and dualities and uncontrolled conflict that you are seeing. This in part is a purification, but also it is the last dance of a cosmic drama making way for a greater unity and a greater starseed influence. You have done a magnificent job in holding this foundation of light and in making spiritual interventions.

We, the Native Ascended Masters, work with the Grandmothers’ and Grandfathers’ spirits. And I call on the Grandmothers’ and Grandfathers’ spirits of the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff to be ready for us as we are coming to do great spiritual work. We are coming also to be seeding the spiritual energy and powers. Be prepared, each of you, even if you are not going to be there. Be prepared to receive new instructions and new spiritual power, because you each have been preparing for so long, and you have done wonderful manifestations.

O, Creator, Father-Mother, Light of All, help us, the starseeds on Mother Earth, to increase our spiritual powers, and in particular we ask that we each have the special power to awaken the younger starseeds, for they are going to bring new healing powers and healing energies to the Earth. Yes, it is true many Earth problems seem so unsolvable, but that is only because we continue to use our third-dimensional minds. Know all of you that the Galactic Kachina is bringing quantum healing energies to this planet. Awaken, younger warriors. Awaken, young spiritual warriors, now. We, the Arcturian starseeds, are sending out the calling, the activation.

I, Chief White Eagle, am supporting all of the young ones who need our instructions. This has always been the path of the elders – to awaken the young spiritual warriors. It has always been the path of the Grandmother and Grandfather. Remember, one of the great teachings of the Native Peoples is that we honor the Grandmothers and Grandfathers, for they play a great role in paving the way for the young spiritual warriors to do their job.

I am Juliano. In conclusion I want to say, “May the Light of Adonai be with you.” Know that we, too, the Arcturians, recognize the name Adonai, and this is a galactic name for the Creator. Each dimension and each place on that dimension offers a unique perspective of the ways of the Creator, so we too study the Creator through the Creation, and we understand the complexities of the duality and the polarization. We also see that other planets have gone through these stages of development, and many have been able to unify and bring together a higher consciousness, and many have come together and have evolved through this crisis. So know, please, that the crisis that you are now seeing on this planet is part of the process necessary for evolution, and you are carrying the seeds of this evolution.
