Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We have reached the month of September 2013. At this time we are going to review the year 2013 as we are well past two thirds of the year. I think it is important to comment on this year already. You are aware that December 21st, 2012 is a marker date. It is a marker date in terms of the Mayan calendar, and it also marks that point in which the Earth and the solar system, including your Sun, has crossed an ecliptic point whereby it is and has become in alignment with the Central Sun.
This alignment does have significance. The date of December 21st, 2012 does have significance. We will be speaking about that event and also look at the year 2013.
Let me begin by stating that it was predicted that 2012 on December 21st would be a transition point marking major Earth events. It was also said by many prophets and psychics that there would be a major upheaval of the Earth. Everyone remembers the predictions of tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions and even the possibilities of stray asteroids striking this planet. You may have thought and had imaginative pictures of fires around the planet, volcanic dust blocking the sunlight and earthquakes splitting the continents causing irreparable damage.
Now, these dramatic events that I have just described did not happen. So, from the outside, many people concluded and also sarcastically said that these starseeds and the mystical people were crazy, and that there was no evidence whatsoever of any type of transition, or of any type of upheaval. You know that they then felt that things can continue as usual. No effort was made to grasp a deeper understanding of what December 21st, 2012 really meant.
I want to comment on what is happening on this planet, again. I want to comment on it from the perspective of December 21st, 2012, and I would like to review the Earth situation. People always are asking me, “Juliano, can you give me an update? How are we doing on the spiritual progress of the Earth? How is the work of the Ascension going? When will the Ascension happen? I am ready to go!”
First, I want to say that there have been major upheavals! There have been major shifts in the Earth since December 21st, 2012. These changes and these shifts have not been as dramatic as a planetary upheaval which would make the headlines on the six o’clock news. But, do not be fooled. There have been and there are now major Earth changes happening. If you were able to have a more long term perspective, then you would agree that there was a turning point, there was a major shift in the planet on December 21st, 2012. In fact, there actually is an energy flow into this planet that is causing upheavals. These upheavals are measured in a different formula and a different format than spectacular and dramatic pictures splashed over television screens of thousand of people dying due to one planetary event.
In reality, this planetary event since December 21, 2012 is an upheaval which is more of an ongoing affair. If you were able to go back in time and look at the asteroid that hit the Earth approximately 65 million years ago at the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, then you would see a dramatic shift, a dramatic change. But, the plants and animals and dinosaurs did not die in 24 hours. They did not even die in two weeks. Certainly there was a lot of death around the point of the impact of the asteroid, but the deaths, the dramatic weather changes took several weeks, several months, and even in some cases, several years to have their full catastrophic effect on the planet.
Turn the clock forward to December 21st, 2012. Remember that if we had a perspective of these current Earth events from a perspective of millions of years, then we could identify this one specific time of 2012-2013 as the point of onset. The time event from a greater perspective can be over a period of months or even approximate years. Now when we look forward into 2012, we will see that there is a major life changing planetary event occurring right now in September 2013. For example, we could be close to a nuclear war. (Note: this is a reference to the Syrian crisis.) This world is on the brink of WW III. This world is on the brink of totally destroying an entire ocean system, that is, the Pacific Ocean, due to an untimely and catastrophic nuclear accident at Fukushima that is not even two percent contained.
There are other serious devastating events that are continuing in 2013, yet unfortunately there is no general recognition of these major events. The reason why is because there doesn’t seem to be one catastrophic dramatic event, such as a meteor impact, a meteor crater, an earthquake or a volcanic eruption. Yet, for example, the ocean life is continuing to dramatically decline at an alarming rate. In fact this era of extinction that we are now experiencing is the fifth or sixth major extinction of life forms that have occurred on this planet. The extinction continues unabated.
So, you see, this is a planetary crisis that you are witnessing right now. At the same time, you are experiencing what can only be called a global pattern of denial. This is almost a conspiracy, if I may use that word. The general governments and general world leaders are refusing, either from lack of knowledge, ignorance or denial, to deal with or address this global crisis that is now before the planet. The global crisis is dramatic. It is real.
The point of December 21st, 2012 was a turning point. If you review earlier lectures, you will see that we had pointed out that December 21, 2012 was a point where there was still a chance to begin to reverse the planetary crisis. Many systems had not yet become catastrophically collapsed at that point in history. I ask you one simple question and that is this: Do you think in the past eight months that the Earth on a global basis has made any moves as a planet to address this global crisis? This is a catastrophe that the entire world is now experiencing.
There are and have been and will continue to be fantastic spiritual leaders and spiritual starseeds like yourself who address this subject. You have to ask a second question: Is the power and the unity of the starseeds strong enough to make this planet reverse the denial that you and I are witnessing?
I want to offer you another perspective that will also help to address this serious issue. The first perspective is that this drama and this exact issue of planetary crisis has occurred on other planets in this galaxy. Your planet Earth is not the first planet to experience such a major crisis. In fact, there is a history in the galaxy of exactly this problem and similar types of crises. These planetary crises in other parts of the galaxy and on other planets have an ancient history. These problems go back to before the Adam species, before the Earth beings, like yourself, the humans. It goes back before the Pleiadians. It goes back before the Sirians. It goes back to an ancient group of galactic beings living in a part of the galaxy called Lyra, and the people on Lyra were known as Lyrians.
There are even histories of ancient civilizations before the Lyrians in which these traits, these warlike patterns, these patterns of self-destruction, were downloaded into the genes of the species. We have studied this and we have seen how other planets struggle exactly with this issue.
I want to also point out that the original genetic codes and genetic structures of Adam contained a purity in the DNA. This purity has partially been corrupted by the downloading of alien external visitors who have mingled with the genetic codes of the Adam species. There are references to this event in several ancient texts. The most obvious one occurs in the Old Testament with references to the Nephilim. The Nephilim were extraterrestrial beings that arrived to this planet and were interested in using the energies of this planet for selfish gain. They did mingle. They did intergenerationally breed with the Earth beings. Some of their codes and genetic aberrations or distortions transmigrated into the DNA of mankind.
This was a code in the historical memory that went back to these other civilizations. Remember, other civilizations have destroyed themselves in the galaxy. There have even been other civilizations on Arcturus. We are a star system and we have several planets in our star system. There has been a history of one of our planets that actually blew itself up through self-destructive behavior. This is also in our memory banks. We have not always been a totally peaceful and fifth-dimensional group. We have had a history of similar conflicts.
This fact does not make it any easier for you who are so sensitive to bear witness to what you are observing. But, I feel that it is important for each of you to understand our history as well. The reason is because you are reincarnating on this planet. You have been in other planetary systems where there has been planetary destruction. Many of you have actually witnessed such destruction, including planetary destruction. Of course, there are many among you now who were in Atlantis and were in Lemuria. You saw the destruction of a civilization. That destruction of civilizations that you saw was with the same energy that was brought here to Earth by the ancient Lyrians and their descendants who are now on this Earth.
This drama that you are witnessing in this Earth time of 2012-2013 has cosmic and galactic roots. It is an old story in this galaxy. It is a drama that older souls have seen before. It still is a tragic story. It still is something that is painful and traumatic. It is part of this galactic history. It is part of the process of growth and expansion that occurs in a galaxy. There are cosmic principles and events that are quite complicated and profound.
I just want to point out one other factor. The galaxy itself may look stable and peaceful from your vantage point. Do not be fooled. There is a great deal of violence in all galaxies. For example, there are a great deal of exploding stars. There is a crashing of planets. There are supernova eruptions. There are pulsars. There are neutron stars. There are many different gamma ray bursts that can occur from distant places. The galaxy itself is filled with violence. Just for example, a gamma ray burst within say 100 to 200 light years from the Earth could cause dramatic destruction events on the entire planet. Admittedly, these bursts do not happen often statistically, but they do occur, and these are examples of exploding stars sending out death rays throughout a galaxy. Fortunately, this is not in the picture for the predicted future of the Earth. The Earth is not going to suffer dramatic bursts of gamma rays from an exploding star in the near future.
You even know that your Sun is going to eventually die. As it goes into its own death, the Sun will expand its horizons to such a far reach that the normal Sun which is now 93 million miles from the Earth will actually fill up all of that 93 million miles and also even go out to Mars. So that is how big the Sun is going to be. Perhaps this will occur 2 ½ billion years from now.
These are just other examples of the destructive forces that exist in a galaxy. You might be surprised to learn that we have had some of these kinds of experiences ourselves in our planetary system. It was also thought and hoped that a planet like Earth might be able to evolve without this distorted DNA code, or this DNA program connected with self-destruction.
What is this distorted DNA program? That DNA program has to do with self-destructiveness, self-centeredness, controlling of the planet and eventually this includes a desire to kill others. I know this sounds strange, but actually this is part of the DNA program. It is not the dominant program, but it is the program that is now part of your DNA codes. This is the program of the lower self that many of you are working with the Ascended Masters to find a way to purify.
Let me also review several stages in planetary development. If you remember, I talked about the stages of planetary development, and I pointed out that there is stage one and stage two of planetary development. Earth is at the transition between stage one and stage two. In stage one a planet deals with survival versus resolution. Stage one has to do with the development of spiritual technology and the development of scientific technologies. It is dealing with the desire to dominate, the desire to control and to rule others versus the desire to be in harmony with all of nature and all of the living creatures.
You can see that this type of conflict has very high stakes. If the side of control and domination wins, then it actually leads to self-destruction of the entire planet. It is a big irony. It is a big paradox that those who are seeking to control this planet and to dominate the planet are going to do so at the cost of destroying the planet.
The resolution of this problem comes from those who are able to live in balance and gain spiritual wisdom. Spiritual wisdom is understanding the nature of these galactic forces. These galactic forces, even the desire for dominance and the desire for control, are all part of the cycle that exists in the galaxy. You may think that planetary dominance is an aberration and or a distortion, but it also is part of the nature of beings on planets in this part of the galaxy.
There are probably 150 to 160 planets that we have seen and visited that are in one level or another either dealing with or have dealt with this type of planetary crisis. On Arcturus in our planetary system, I mentioned that one of our planets actually exploded and self-destructed, because they could not successfully resolve this crisis in stage one. There were some beings possessing spiritual wisdom that were able to leave this planet and go to another planet in our solar system which allowed our species to continue to exist.
I, Juliano, with great curiosity, have always enjoyed your comic book hero Superman and the story of how he was sent to the Earth by his father, whom I believe is named Jor-El. The father saw the coming cataclysm and destruction to his planet. As a way of saving his son, he put his son into a rocket ship and sent him to the Earth. Of course, when he came to the Earth, he discovered that he had super powers because of the different composition of the atmosphere which allowed him to have great and special gifts. What was not emphasized in the Superman comic book story is the fact that Superman also had great psychic gifts. Actually he was a prophet. He was able to use his powers of thought projection and powers of mind reading and telepathy to great advantages. In the comic book there were some hints of his prophetic powers, such as the telepathic powers that Superman possessed.
The point is that that story is again a reflection of a galactic history struggle of planetary evolution. It also is a sad commentary on how these planets either survive or don’t survive.
Let me also list what we see as the key elements in planets who have survived. Many of these elements you will be very familiar with because we are continually working with you on them. The first element for planetary survival would be obvious, as it is peace. The planets that have survived this crisis, stage one going into stage two, have somehow found the way to create world peace. That is something you all know is so obvious and so important. This world peace was achieved in various ways. In other cases the world peace was achieved in rather tragic ways. It never is simple. It never is easy. It’s never like this: “Oh, we all realize we have come to a spiritual awakening, and we are going to lay down our arms and be at peace.” It never really happens that way in the other planets.
Usually the course of events follows a certain pattern of an experience of dramatic and catastrophic annihilation of one large group. Because of that annihilation, because of the terrible consequences of that annihilation, people are shocked into their senses, and they realize that nobody really wins, and that most importantly, annihilation of a group means that all groups can be annihilated. Therefore, everyone is at risk. When people realized that on some of the planets, then they became peaceful.
You can obviously see the danger in this because what if they annihilate each other so badly that there is no possibility of life continuing? Always, when the planets are in this stage of development, there is a major war and a period of destruction. So I think you can see that your planet has already experienced major annihilation. You’ve already had two world wars in the last century. You have certainly had enough wars in this century to last a while. You are on the brink of another world war with the possibility of extinctions of large sections of the planet and large populations. You have to ask, is it necessary from the global standpoint that it must be a more large extinction through war? Wasn’t it enough to annihilate the millions from before?
The answer to this is found in the Lyrian heritage within your DNA, which means that there are some very powerful warrior spirits that are living on this planet. There are powerful warrior spirits living on this planet. Some of them have achieved control of major governments. It is also clear that there is a history of great warriors on this planet. There certainly is no lack of the knowledge and the capability of annihilation. This was a major problem.
The second major problem that was dealt with and overcome on most planets that were able to successfully go from stage one to stage two has to do with the environment and the biosphere. This leads us directly into the Arcturian spiritual technology called biorelativity.
Why is it that a planet goes to self-destruction and goes to military technology at the expense of the environment? Is that not an odd characteristic? You would think that there must be ways of doing the military technology without destroying the environment. And also, you would think there would be ways of developing technology in general that would not be destroying and polluting. Actually, this second level, the biosphere, has to do not only with the environment but also the use of energy and how the use of energy affects the environment.
Those civilizations and planets that have survived had understood that their planet is a living spirit, their planet is a unified system; what affects one side of the planet affects the other side; that there is a feedback loop system in the planet and that this feedback loop system is affected by activities of the inhabitants of the planet. That one statement is so controversial on the Earth right now. It is difficult to convince people that Man’s activities affect the feedback loop system of the planet and affect the biosphere. There are many arguments by intelligent, persuasive people that have said that is totally irresponsible, illogical, and that there is no scientific proof that Man’s activities on the planet will affect the biosphere and particularly affect the feedback loop system.
From the Arcturian perspective, we have to ask this question (many of those people are actually in power), what level of severity of Earth events has to occur in order for those people who are in power to change their view? Once that new view is accepted, then you are ready as a planet to make changes. But when that view is not accepted, when that view is challenged as being illogical, being irrational, being too liberal, too galactic, too mystical, then we see that the conflict and movement towards self-destruction will continue.
The principles of biorelativity and the feedback loop system become incorporated into a process that seeks to rebalance the planet. Those planets that have been able to go into stage two developed the ability to have a relationship with their planet that is in balance. You and I, I hope, will both agree that this is a simple concept. It isn’t a mystical concept. It isn’t that high in rocket science to state that. Yet, there is such a level of denial on this planet that this is now a controversial view. There is a level of planetary imbalance that is occurring that is not being addressed.
Those planets that have survived have developed that level of biorelativity and that level of understanding. This is why many of the Native Peoples on the Earth are here. We are hoping that many of them will be awakened to participate. This is why the starseeds, for example, and the Cherokee and other Native People have come to the Earth. Some of them are direct descendants of other planets who used their knowledge of the biorelativity. Some of the Native Peoples are here to teach this. This is why we are teaching the Sacred Triangle. This is why we are recognizing the Native Peoples. We have to use that knowledge of the biosphere and the knowledge of how to relate to the planet as a spiritual being and as part of our spiritual energy.
The next level has to do with the Noosphere. The Noosphere is the planetary unconscious or the subconscious of the Earth. We like to refer to the Noosphere as a thought field. As a thought field, it actually contains a vibrational energy. It was pointed out that light does not occupy any space in the universe, yet you all know that without light, you could not live. Light fills all space where it is, but has no measureable effect on space. Thought also is of a similar substance. Thought is very closely related to light that way. Thoughts do not take up any space. You can send thought waves out and you can meditate on thoughts.
The Noosphere actually contains the collective thought field of the entire Earth system. It contains both good and bad thought fields. You are still, from a planetary crisis development perspective, in a very primitive stage of development as a species. This means that there are primitive thoughts that still dominate the unconscious of the planet, primitive thoughts of violence and greed and self-centeredness, for example. Those thought patterns actually exist in a thought field around the Earth. Those thought patterns which are a lower vibration seep into the consciousness of beings on the planet. They seep in in various ways. Sometimes they are brought by lower astral beings, such as ghosts or discarnate spirits who carry such lower vibrations and then attach themselves to other beings that don’t have the protection or the higher frequencies. Then those people act out those lower vibrational activities.
I think that there are certain activities that are lower vibration and that encourage lower thought forms to manifest. I will just list a few: violence, terrorist activities, fighting, drug use, strange music. There are more activities like this that actually encourage the lower vibrational thinking. This is coming from a thought field.
One of the solutions and one of the things that planets that have survived used was the ability to send powerful new energetic thought patterns into the Noosphere. I wish that everyone could see the Noosphere and could see some of the problems that are in the Noosphere and see some of the lower energies that are there. You would then say, “Oh my God, we need to change these thought patterns.” We have also done exercises that are focused on downloading special thoughts of a higher substance into the Noosphere.
We personally like to use higher vibrational techniques to give the thoughts more power. We recommend placing thoughts of a higher vibration into the Noosphere, downloading that with the quantum light, with the Omega Light. The Omega Light in particular creates a more powerful effect far beyond the number of people who are using it.
Those planets that have survived have gone from level one to level two. They have been able to reshape and recreate a more positive Noosphere.
The final characteristic that I want to address, which is directly related to the planets that have survived from level one to level two, has to do with what I call spiritual wisdom and the fifth dimension. The planets that have survived (and this is where hope is residing for this Earth) achieved among their population a higher state of consciousness. They have achieved and experienced altered states of consciousness in higher dimensions.
Planets that have survived have gone and expanded their consciousness to the fifth dimension. These planetary beings have somehow found a way to connect with the fifth dimension, either through religion or spiritual practices, and also through prophetic communications with the Ascended Masters. They have found a way to experience fifth-dimensional thinking and fifth-dimensional light. These planets have used this fifth-dimensional thinking and energy to change their evolutionary process. This is a major event.
It is a major event to be part of an evolutionary change of a species. You have heard me make references before to some of the aspects of Neanderthal Man versus Homo sapiens and Cro-Magnon – that there were certain adaptations that needed to be made for survival. These adaptations were made by Cro-Magnon. They could not have been made by Neanderthal. There are some people that believe that Neanderthal merged with Cro-Magnon rather than Cro-Magnon merging with Neanderthal.
The point is that there was an evolutionary stage of development that the species on these planets were able to reach. What caused this change? It was a change in consciousness. A change in their dimensional perspective is now needed on Earth. This fifth-dimensional consciousness that you are working with is so important. In reality, it is this fifth-dimensional consciousness that will precipitate an evolutionary change now. We are right in the middle of the crisis on this planet. It may not seem that way because I know that many of you are living very comfortable lives and are well taken care of. Blessings to you all for your comforts and may they continue. Some of you will continue to have this kind of life even in the face of some of the darkness and upheavals that are coming. Not everyone is going to be suffering. In fact, that is why we have talked so much about the Planetary Cities of Light as sacred places. They protect cities from darkness.
I will say that it is very important that the Planetary Cities of Light maintain their global connections with each other through the process that we have recommended. I know that many of the Cities of Light think they can do it independently without using a global connection. Of course, they can do it independently. There is going to be a point where the only way they are going to be able to maintain their energy, though, is through a global connection.
Perhaps what was not explained is that this global connection is a prevention, and it is also a protection for coming Earth upheavals. You will need all the protection and all of the protective energies that you can muster. You might think that the structure is unusual and the requirements are unusual, but we have a specific reason for imposing them. Part of the reason is based on the possibility of upheaval and the importance of maintaining some type of global network.
At any rate, it is the consciousness to the fifth dimension that precipitates the evolutionary change that actually will make humanity have a new way. It will make humanity have a new type of being. There will be a new Adam species. There will be a new humanity that will be born. This is all coming from you, the starseeds who are working to integrate this higher consciousness, this fifth-dimensional light, directly into the DNA of humanity.
It is an interesting process because you might think that you have to have children and the children are born in order for the DNA to be passed on. We are talking about something that is much more sophisticated. DNA codes that we are talking about actually are transferred while you are an adult. They can be transferred to the entire pool of the DNA on the planet. The entire pool of DNA of the planet is in the Noosphere. There are specific exercises and codes where we can access and download new codes for fifth-dimensional consciousness in the Noosphere, and then those will go into the entire planet and will affect many starseeds.
In fact, this has been one of the major tasks of many of you, which is to awaken others and to activate others. All is not lost. All is not bleak. Yes, there will be periods of darkness. Yes, there will be upheavals and I, like you, hope that this planet does not have to go through a world war in order to realize there must be peace and harmony. I know that there are some powerful warriors running this planet at this moment.
On the positive side, the groundwork is set for the next stage of evolution. You, my friends, are part of that process. I am Juliano. Good day.
